I was stayed with my family on 13th & 14th of December. The staffs in the guest are more helpful and they take care of us in excellent manner. Specially I want to mention some thing about Mr. Justin Raj, the owner of the guest take more care of us during my visit with good hospitality. The rooms and wash rooms are well maintained and in order. Any one can stay at Yaarl Holiday Inn without any doubt......

Don't go to this place, the boss is a very silly person who doesn't have any respect for his guests! We booked for 3 nights for 3 people, when we arrived his says there I no room for us, and started to act like if it was our fault! He didn't even try to help us and shut the door in front of our faces! It's the first time I met someone that much unfriendly and disrespectful in Sri Lanka!

Stinkiest bathroom ever seen. I book a room for 1410 lkr but i was charged 1500 lkr. Room was small but not bad but there was alway a really bad stink coming from the bathroom. I closed the door properly but the bad stink was always there. Wifi speed was such a low that i can't browse. Breakfast was normal neither good nor bad. If u want a budget room YMCA Jaffna has better room at cheap prices there is a park outside and surrounding is also good There is also a small restaurant next to YMCA to get snacks tea n cold drinks. YMCA Jaffna is a much better option if u are looking for a budget friendly accommodation.

Really nice and clean place situated in a decent neighborhood. Price is reasonable and close to major attractions of Jaffna. 5 minutes walk to A9 road. The owner is very helpful and hospitable. If you book online they expect you to call and confirm you reservation.

Crocoches in the toilet. Bathroom not cleaned prior to check-in. Basin tap not firm and water was speedy and spreading. Outside sewage smelt inside. Two different sizes of pillows. Breakfast bought from a nearby hotel and served. Very limited not buffet as promised. Boiled egg served two days and then no eggs. There was no daily room cleaning. Previous guests rubbish was there under the bed. Friendly Staff.

I was stay only one night in March 2019. Budget place. Small rooms and very small bathroom. But with all facilities. Clean bed sheets and laundry. Dilaksha is very help full easy going person. Sinhala knowledge is low. Be sure to call and remained your booking prior your arrival. Help full friendly staff.

The male & female staffs was very friendly than we thought. He were asking for everything we could feel comfortable. Calmful place for stay. Rooms worth for the price. But, The Non A/C room was very hot due to the jaffna weather. He served us break fast also. I recommend this place for budget travellers. To the town from this place Bus fair is Rs.15 and It will cost 150 rupees in tuk tuk. You can find a huge Jaffna map also.

I booked the room two days before and reconfirmed the day morning I was to go , but while traveling to Jaffna they called me and told one person has booked online so you better see another option and they are saying that it is not their mistake . And they gave me options for green inn which was the best.should thank them for that.green inn was more worth the price have a TV too which yarl holiday inn doesnt have.I got a double bedroom for 1500/= . Owner is friendly too

The worst service by the owner who thinks the guests are his slaves. He didn't even provide food to the room boy who was ill-treated. He disconnected the power supply to the aircon in the mid of the night.

Yaarl holiday Inn offers excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms and great rates. I had booked a room with a shared bathroom but the manager upgraded me to a private bathroom. Just because she's nice!! The hotel is conveniently located just a 15 minute walk to the city centre, or 5 minutes by tuk tuk.

Actually the location was quite good and owner seems nice. But we were so upset with the room we got as it was not fair for the price at all. The room was so small with two beds and a desk. Just like mouse trapped. The washroom was unclean and unpleasant, and an issue in water sinking, made it a flood. And there was no mirror in both washroom or bedroom other than a small hand-mirror which made us difficult in our work. Also the A/C machine does not function properly though they charge for it. One of the worst places we stayed. I recommend others, Not to visit this place and experience what we have already undergone.
