We booked 3 rooms. One family RS 5500 for double and rs 8500 for family. Family rooms are spacious but one single room toilet didn't flush, other single room hot water didn't work. One room was smelly all the time due to bad toilet. Had cockroach in some rooms. Good things, great hospitality and the friendly staff. We have little kids they accomadate needs like washing our clothes when requeste, and with drinking water. The owner get us a van and they charge us enormously. The hotel is walking distance and charged RS 3500 which is very bad. Be careful when you hire a vehicle from him. Very disappointed.

Totally disappointed very very bad accommodation in Jaffna. All reviews are well planned and all are totally wrong..... Cocoroges mice and lot of mosquitoes..... They asked me to book for a week but I ran away my first midnight by the cocoroges..,.. they never give my money back ...... I spent 25,000 for a day for this useless nasty place.... Very poor customer service ...Im really wondering about the all reviews... Totally false

Nice place to stay in jaffna.this is located in town area. But it is very calm environment there. Very kind and friend full staff . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Delicious food.And special thing is they have a good guidance about traveling in jaffna. Where should we go. When should we go . The manager channa instructed us about the places and times properly. It was caused to be success our journey to jaffna. Highly recommend the place for guests who go to jaffna..

Clean room with ample space but bathroom 🚻 are very small. Great 👍 location near jaffna railway 🛤 Station within 10 minutes walking distance.

Room was OK for the value(Rs.5000). Double room with AC. But the bathrooms make the disappointment. 😏 Hot water not working. Water from Bath shower and hand shower is not even enough to wash hands. Hotel is close to Jaffna Railway. Don't ask them for a vehicle for rent. They resell with a high commission value. We got an Alto car for Rs.6000 per 100km... Actual value was Rs.4500... If you got any vehicle, refuel it and handover. Don't pay for fuel meter indicator. It cost 1400 per 1 indicator unit.

Really appreciate way they treated us within the period of 26th Aug to 29th of Aug... It is a center for reaching every places in Jaffna... Provided professional service by proprietor Mr Jayarathne & his staff... Wish them every success

The rooms were clean, the toilets were not that well maintained. Over all it was a good place to stay and very relaxing.

Large rooms, washrooms could be better. Linen and soap was not available. Only 1 towel was given for 3 persons. Should improve on those. Very obliging staff and owners though. Food was good.

Great hotel and highly recommend! Worth the price of the stay, very clean and confortable specially the mattress. Moreover, the hotel is nicely located. They are very welcoming and warm.

We spent 2 nights here in December and we both agree that out of the many places we have stayed at in developing countries this hotel is the worst 1. Foyer full of dirty laundry all the time, it looked like someone's house rather than a hotel 2. We had to ask the drunken owner and his friends to stop playing music and singing at 3am...... Twice. This was a joke. 3. The blanket was dirty and was actually for a single bed lol, so useless for 2 people 4. A/C has a very bright display panel(white lcd) which means the room is never really dark, it is also very loud. Consider staying elsewhere as the drunken behaviour is concerning. This a very poorly run hotel that should be avoided

My 3-wheeler driver took me to this place and on quick look around I liked it. The Manager Mr Channa was very pleasant and hospitable and no request was too much to ask. He made an awesome cup of tea, breakfast was included and it was simple and nice, just what I wanted. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom was clean and delightful. The staff were very hospitable and nice and were always asking me to join them to have meal with them. The owner was also very friendly and became a good friend. Manager Mr Chana also became a good personal friend who helped me search hotels at my next port of call Kandy. He arranged transport by car for me to Kandy and was always delightful to have conversations with. Next time in Jaffna, I will surely go back and stay at King Palace Holiday Inn and would recommend it to all my family and friends. Big 'THANK YOU' all you lovely guys at King Palace Holiday Inn for making my stay a very memorable one. Missing you guys already.

Perfect place to stay in Jaffna, in the city center and very close to the train/bus station. Personal is extremely nice and welcoming. They arranged a scooter for us and helped us book our transportation for our next destination. The room is very clean, the bed is huge and comfortable. There is also hot water! Highly recommended!
