It's located in vannarpanni ,jaffna good looking complex

This is actually a very late review. About 2 years ago me and my friend went to this hotel. We booked it the very last minute though all the other hotels were booked. Fyi pre book any hotels before you go to jaffna. Speaking about this hotel, room was big and the AC was okay. However, there are no towels or soap available. Blankets stinks. There's no food available at the hotel so the reception guy told us there are plenty of restaurants nearby.. so then at the hotel premises we saw some cycles parked.. We asked the guy can we take 2 of the bikes. The guy told us rs 500 will be charged for each like seriously? So the funny part is that there are no restaurants nearby. We had to walk about 5/6km in search of a restaurant. Basically the guy lied to us. And that night we asked him can we rent out a motor bike for next morning. He said yes of course and the next morning no bikes whatsoever. We got late to start our journey and we had to rent out a bike from a different hotel. This was our experience. Will we ever book this hotel again? No.

100% recommend booking here. My girlfriend and I have been backpacking across India/Sri Lanka/Indonesia for 6 months now and Senthil Complex has been genuinely the best place we have stayed. The rooms are very spacious and the AC is great. But the real highlight of the place is the staff and the service. We've been to 5* hotels in our time that haven't even come close to the service we had at Senthil Complex. All of the staff are so nice and the manager sometimes offers you a beer for free which is very thoughtful after long days of exploring Jaffna. You can also rent bikes and they're the best bikes we've had, felt brand new and very economical.

Once i went to make reservations for my friends coming to town. First the door was locked so had to wait few minutes. It's seems they are only interested in those who make reservations from foreign. I don't know the reason though.

One of the best places money’s worth! Very clean rooms and toilets. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly service.

They have got everything you need for a pleasant stay; A/C, nice breakfast, mosquito nets..etc. The staff are amazing. Very helpful. They go above and beyond for their guests. We would love to stay here again.

For a busy traveller needing comfortable and clean accommodation not far from the city, this could be an ideal place. Lot worth for the money. Excellent breakfast and very good service. They don’t accept card payments.

We stayed at Senthil Complex in Jaffna from 18 - 19 September 2023 and found the place to be a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Senthil, the owner is a friendly and helpful person who made our stay really enjoyable and pleasant and so were his staff. This is a good location for all visitors to Jaffna.

We booked 2 rooms and Stayed 2 nights and 3 days . Rooms were clean and spacious. Clean bathrooms. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. They had all the facilities available such as free wifi, hot water, a fridge, air conditioned rooms. Highly recommended place in Jaffna.

Spacious and clean rooms for a reasonable price! The washroom of our room did not have a bidet shower, so you might need to check with the reception first.

Very peaceful place and good ambiance. Staff are friendly and ready to serve. Clean and Quiet Place.

I stayed at Senthil Complex for two days and was thoroughly impressed with the attentive service of the staff and cleanliness of the room. The hotel is well maintained and located in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to the major sights in Jaffna. I would happily stay here again.

Fantastic accomodation, clean, welcoming hosts, good food and services. Great secure location, moped hire and the hosts will do anything for their guests. Highly highly recommend this hotel for value, access and service. I'm sorry to say I forget the names of the couple that run it but they're lovely people and when I'm back in Jaffna this IS the place I'll stay. They also have good relationships with the tuktuk drivers so you'll never get ripped off and always depart and arrive on time.

Stayed at a family room for 3 nights and 4 days . The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were good as well. It was a pleasant stay. The staff members were friendly and helpful, provided us with delicious breakfast (string hoppers, dosa, poori and parata). They had all the facilities available as well such as free wifi, hot water, a fridge, air conditioned rooms). Will definitely come and stay at senthil complex the next time we visit jaffna☺️
