We
the
Abuthalib
Sadaka
organization,
is
a
non-profitable
charity
organization.
We
arranged
a
family
tour
in
Jaffna.
We
visited
your
place
earlier
and
we
informed
you
that
we
will
be
having
175-200
guests.
You
agreed
to
that
and
asked
us
to
pay
an
advance
and
we
paid
100,000
on
16th
of
May.
You
agreed
to
provide
the
kitchen
for
us
to
cook
and
drinking
water
facilities.
As
we
entered
the
hotel,
we
faced
many
difficulties
and
I
will
mention
each
and
everything
below:
1.
Lift
facilities
was
stopped
completely
and
our
members
who
are
old,
they
had
to
climb
stairs
up
till
the
third
floor
and
eventually
they
turned
sick.
2.
Water
Supply
was
really
bad.
We
were
suffering
without
enough
of
water
for
all
three
days.
Didn’t
have
proper
water
to
even
use
the
toilet
properly.
Even
small
children
were
unable
to
use
the
washroom
properly.
3.
The
kitchen.
The
kitchen
was
provided
in
a
place
where
the
surrounding
was
filled
with
drainage
water.
Extra
15,000
was
charged
for
this
too.
The
kitchen
was
cleaned
by
our
people
too.
4.
Earlier
they
promised
that
the
banquet
hall
can
be
used
for
us,
for
lunch
and
dinner.
And
eventually
when
we
went
they
told
us
to
sit
in
the
floor.
But
we
didn’t
use
that,
instead
we
ate
outside
in
the
parking
area.
5.
Drinking
water.
They
didn’t
provide
the
drinking
water.They
had
arranged
a
water
tank
and
stand
and
they
told
us
to
pay
15,000
to
pump
mineral
water
outside.
Due
to
the
above
mentioned
reasons,
we
strongly
believe
that
this
management
is
really
a
failure.
The
management
didn’t
treat
us
the
way
we
want
to
be
treated,
instead
everything
was
done
for
money!
The
management
didn’t
keep
up
with
their
words
and
actions.
