Clean and peaceful place. Parking available. There are few good places to eat food near by. Near to town and some tourist destinations to see. Care taker good. Few improvements needed for the rooms like however, chairs table etc. I rhink they being improving.

Not recommending!!! We booked a family room using booking.com (we had the confirmation email when we arrived there) and when we arrived to the location, the caretaker said that the the room is not available (without prior informing to us). He didnt even apologised or cared about us. Not professional at all. He tried to make us the fool of us saying that he messaged us through the booking app. But not even an email was there. At least he could have cancelled the reservation before we arrive there. No he hadn't done that. Because as I understood he tried to get the cancellation commission from the booking.com by marking our booking as "The guests didn't arrive" from the app itself. (I have worked with the admin panel of the booking.com, so I know these stuffs) We came to there after a 14 hour of tiresome ride yet they wasted 2 hours trying to solving their issue. Because the caretaker had rented the whole place for a group of people including the room we reserved. Very cunning people. They literally gave us the worst experience in our whole Jaffna trip. Such a bad experience. If you are planning to reserve a room there, please at least make a call and get the confirmation.

Place is quite and peaceful. Caretaker is very friendly and takes good care of guests. Rooms are clean although beds are not very comfy nor spacious.

It's a calm and a peaceful place just will not exceed outskirts of Jaffna and also town. Usually the guests of this hotel have their meal in the town where the cost of three meals per person per day will not be more than 10 US dollars. The hotel also provide food on request. The esthetic view of the hotel is not much, and also it is in an interior place and hence absolutely no noise of the vehicles throughout day and night.

Visited this place on 24/25 th of December 2019..few mins away from jaffna fort and the lady who is there is somewhat nice and place is calm have plenty of space even for dinning for groups are available in this place..rooms are clean but washrooms are bit smaller except in family room..and from the road there is a narrow road for about 20M to reach the hotel I must say, that road was so muddy..the van was going here and there be because of the mud..other than that it was okay.. And due to a personal issues we asked if I could exchange to a room with two beds.. they asked for extra 1k even though there was no single guests in that place on that day..it was bit disappointing fact.. overall good place though
