Good accomodated facilities are available... family packages are excellent and affordable prices... safe and calm place

Prices are okay but the staff doesn't care about the travelers. I was having bath n the water stops coming. I was there waiting for the water for 2 hours but still no water. Then i put my clothes on my soapy body n went downstairs at the reception. The manager at the reception was like " its ok its very common here don't think much" seems like he is very much used to it. Didn't bother about it for even a second.

For 2000 you get a very thin mattress, an outlet, and shower/toilet, and no hospitality (odd in Sri Lanka!). Not too bad for a night or two, however some wifi and curtains would've been nice. Check in was odd, a guy at the bottom sitting at a school desk handed us a key. I recommend getting your own bathroom! The shared one was pretty grotty. Location was good - walking distance to the temple and rio ice cream :)

Proximity to railway station and bus station. Staff members are very helpful. Safe place for solo travellers.

One of the worst hotel experiences. As there were mosquitos, and tons of cockroaches in wash room. It was like spending a night in the garbage outside a resturant

Here's the deal: you get a flat surface (give or take), an electric plug, and some cold water; and the hotel gets a reasonable amount of money. Thus, you can save some money. That's it: no frills - no complaints! (Now if someone only would clean the toilet every day and the drains in the showers stuffed up with hair then that'd be an extra star!)

The sink in the wc is bad, The pipe on the sink turns when you try to turn the knob on the pipe, and the smel in the wc is also bad It's smells like something have dide in there, i have cumplain, we will see if they will do any action on that.

This place was good. It is in a very convenient location for landmarks in Jaffna. Even the staff specially the manager, Mr Niroshan was very helpful
