Good Place to stay if you're traveling around Kankasanturai. Situated in the Jaffna KKS main road, so easy to access transport facilities. Service is also good and the rooms are spacious with good design. Can recommend this place to anyone.

This is awosame place to spend the day without any issue. Superb service and really enjoyed well. Superb worth for the money I spend. Highly recommended.

This place is very dirty. Saw feral cats running around in the dining area and crows eating from customer food. Dirty plates are piled on open area and animals are eating from it. See the pictures for prove. Horrifying scene. Bedsheets and towels had stains.

Bad customer service. I booked 2 rooms at jaffna heritage bunglow and after a week they are informing me and saying , they cancelled booking because they had some other bookings. They called me at the last moment to tell this. It was very unprofessional for them to confirm the booking at first and then call after a week to say the booking has been cancelled due to unavailable rooms. Pathetic. Do not recommend this place.

Bit small rooms. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast choices are small, but tasty. Convenient location. Good for business trips and small families.

The room is clean. So if a place to stay (bed only) then it is fine. Their restaurant is not functional. No 'complementary' drinking water/ nor is drinking water available at the hotel to purchase. There are no facilities to make tea or coffee. You need to step out for all of these. There is no WiFi either.

Peaceful atmosphere and you will love the architecture of this building for its heritage look. They have been maintaining properly.

Super place to stay. Bed and breakfast also available. As breakfast we took itli. It was super. Nadeshan was the supervisor. He is very friendly. Staff is fluent only with tamil language. But its manageble. Place is quite busy during holidays. Parking available for buses as well. Hot water included in rooms. AC available. TV available with local tamil channels only. If u facing any issues during ur stay in this place. Please talk to Nadeshan and he will help with everything. Kitchen is not functional 24-7, but can arranage some foods by informing them earlier. Room is very clean.
