Nice place and very affordable. Both A/C and non A/C rooms were available. Service was awesome. No restaurant inside but they bring all the needed things from town when requested.

Poor customer service. Ordered chicken soup and they served after 1 hr which taste very disgusting. (3-4 small chicken pieces in hot water) If you visit, 1st ask and taste one sample before place full order.

This is a very cheap place but not very clean to stay. Pillows are dirty as hell. AC works time to time. Had to wake up in the midnight to switch on again. Bed sheets are not provided. Food is not bad.

Location n the house is better to stay. It's close to chunnakam town and only 12km from Jaffna town, easy to reach even if u travel by local bus. Prices are reasonable .But foods were not in a good quality. There was a huge delay after ordering foods. overall experience was fine. But some facilities should be developed.

Gaja Rest House is a wonderful place for a family stay. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay and found the place to be incredibly quiet and serene. Overall, we highly recommend Gaja Rest House for anyone seeking a tranquil and refreshing stay in a beautiful natural setting.
