They have what is called a 'Family Room'. A must if you are travelling with extended family-- a very Sri Lankan thing to do. Five of us shared a large room with 4 beds. King size, Queen size and two singles. The location is by the whispering waters of Palk bay, you can wade as far as the eye can see and stil be below waist height! Order authentic Jaffna Cusine. You can count, it come with pure Jaffna condiments. Not the 'artficial stuff' The place needs to improve on housekeeping and landscaping. At least they need to clean up all the bits and pieces that litter the place.

They were under renovation, but didn't tell that when we made reservation.We arrived there after 11km ride, and it was smelly, and dirty.The beach was beautiful, and could have been made an attractive place with some good care.Hope the renovations help the place..

A nice location. But the room didn’t have the basic facilities as clothing racks / soaps. When asked for the rack, manager was stating this is all what we have and we cannot reduce our prices. One of the worst experience ever…

Great hospitality, yummy foods , less facility rooms

Such a nice place. I was here with my friends some time ago. It's quite clean and very nice. Some may say it's not modern. They are right, but if you want a nice small hotel to do some sightseeing and relax at night directly at the beach, it's perfect.

Good place with a calm beach. Not so great for bathing. The calm beach allows you to do boating on your own. Nice location for group outings of up to 50 people for a day event, but does not have night stay facility for 50 people. There is a shed that can be used as a common hall. Good overall but needs some upgrades to make it great.

Nice and calm place. Pool isn’t available, but the lagoon is there. Can have a beer party at night and beach walking in the morning. You can buy fresh fish from the auction center next the hotel. Average service. Reasonable price, no corkage, BYB.

This Hotel is located in front of a sea bay. It has delicious food and soft drinks. You can have a very nice view of the sea in top floor of this hotel in the morning and afternoon. It's will be a good experience to have a bath in a the shallow sea water with the kids.a you can play volleyball in the sandy beach. A well arranged place to have office parties and an evening get-together.

We book it a month ago and we call them and confirm it. But they didn't say anything at that time to us and just said it was confirmed, but when we went over they are under construction. When we request to call the manager, they even refuse that also. Worst place that I have ever met. They made us lose valuable time of us and ruin our trip completely.

Worst maintenance 😒 Wash rooms are wrost than public toilets. Hand wash basin 🤮.

Please do not order food. Worse food I ever had. Room 3/10. View 5/10 food 0/10 the room was unprepared. Toilets was not good at all. Family is not recommended to stay.

Staff were friendly and nice people but a really awful and dirty place. We have been travelling Sri Lanka for two months and this is by far the worst Accomodation we have stayed in a d certainly wasn’t the cheapest. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. We booked somewhere nearby for same price that was far far better in every way. Can’t believe they were same price.

A nice location but hotel needs updating and redecorating. Not as clean as could be. Good food on the beach watching sunset and then under the stars.

Food was disgusting, unprofessional trainee cooks . Very small quantity which was Overpriced and unhygienic as the cooks has uncombed long hair and beard and not found to follow any basic rule of food safety. Location is nice, property seems to be good ,the food experience spoils the mood.

A really good and peaceful place for hanging out with your family and friends. If you are planning to go there as a group of people then make sure to contact them to clarify whether the place is available or not. Another way around you can reserve the place before you go there. Price is a little bit high but that's totally fine when it compares to the food portion and the quality. You can play Volleyball or take a kayak single-seater boat to a small ride.

Nice beach resort, 5 miles away from Jaffna town on the way to Kayts. Very peaceful area. Delicious fresh,seafood is served here. It is value for money.

Staff are not customer friendly, price is also very high, place is not clean, I've had vegetarian it's just waste of the money
