Very nice place to stay and rooms are very clean. They have a pool, a small gym which are plus points at this price range. Food is also very good and rooms have a TV, AC and hot water. Only improvements I can think of is adding a towel rack and electric kettle to prepare tea/coffee. Room was a bit compact but looks elegant nevertheless.

We stayed there on 17th,18th & 19th of July 2014. I think it was an AWESOME stay there! The cleanliness was just perfect,👍👍👍whenever we need to make-up our room, wow it was done in an instant.👏👏👏 The staff was just so friendly👦💁👦 including Mr.Rohan the manager.👤Then the chef and his food🍴🍴🍴 was exactly the Jaffna type🍲🍲🍲🍯🍯🍯 and at times he cooked us special items such as A SPECIAL PAPADAM ( I'm sorry but I do not know its name). Most importantly one thing I can't forget is the pool,🏊🏊🏊 it was very clean and I just loved it.💝💝❤❤ I honestly think if anyone wishes to go and visit Jaffna, the best place to stay is the ONE AND ONLY PJ HOTELS.👪 ( and of course if u too go there, everything that I had experienced will be waiting for u too guys) LOVE U PJ HOTELS & STAFF. 🙆🙆🙆 Btw the weather too wasn't that bad!!!☀☀☀

One of the best, budget boutique hotels in jaffna. Very friendly staff's, good atmosphere and very clean rooms with affordable price. Highly recommended for weekend family stay.

Excellent  very big hotel. Location good, pocket friendly, modern hotel.  Young owners are  extremely gentlemen, with very helping nature . Rooms, lobby are big , very nice and clean. Swimming pool is excellent, having one gym. also. I was surprised to see such a beautiful hotel with no guests except only 4 of our team members. Must give 5 star rating. Recommended for staying with family and friends.

A good place to stay. Nice air conditioned rooms. The gym is available but not sure about the available equipment. The swimming pool is there but it didn't look real clean when we went there. Overall a good place, nice and quiet. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful with many things. We ordered some food at the last minute before we were about to leave but they didn't inform us that our food would not be prepared as they had already removed the kitchen setup for some reasons. However we were told at the very end, once we went searching for food in the restaurant and spent nearly 10 minutes standing there with no idea. Otherwise the experience was ok. The prices are reasonable as well.

PJ Hotels 20-30 mins away from Jaffna. not convinient when you are visiting Jaffna due to the distance. No nearby attractions , restaurants. Clean rooms. But there is no soap holder in the shower area, you need to keep all the soap shampoo on the floor or go out of the shower to get them.

Really nice place to stay.only thing food is not good.but bite really good(hot butter cuttle fish)have a pool but only the manager can speak sinhala

PJ hotel is located in Acchuweli and is comfortable and located in a serene area. Pool is available and one wjo camnot find a place in Jaffna can easily shift to here. Service is not that satisfactory mainly because employees do not good at communication in sinhala. No food available and no good food parlour available in the vicinity.

I would recommend the hotel as the area and people around are very poor. So the quality is okay for that region, but please don’t compare it to western standards. If you would like to have the room cleaned, you will have to tell the staff. The breakfast was ok, we were allowed to bring our own Nutella etc., service was slow but friendly. Typical for the country. Rooms were ok re the size, but the bathroom was old and dirty. The water pressure in the shower had no power so it takes some time to get finished.

We liked the stay here very much. The Service was really good. The owner of the Hotel is also a nice human beeing. The room was clean and the bathroom was also was good. A good place to stay. We have visited this place for our year end party . It was a good place.. but the food was really bad.

It was awesome. The hotel was clean and surrounded by a beautiful environment.

Everything they prepared but management so bad no water in some rooms no electricity some time no hot water, hotel good looking and the materials they use highly standard and compere the room charge also high anyway good place but cannot recommend due to bad management thanks wish you fix the management issus sooner

I stayed there for 3 days, and found it very inviting. There are 2 Security guards (Most the time Barefoot) that stay awake the whole night making sure everything is safe. The compound is gated and relatively Clean. The rooms aren't cleaned through the day when you're out and about, which didn't bother me because they were in dire need of upkeeping anyways. - windows weren't sealed (they whistle) - water ran down the Walls - there was a Spot on the wall where the paint fell apart due to mold and moisture. - the bathroom was very dirty. Keep in mind, the area doesn't have any money, the people don't have jobs, there's a lot of hungry dogs running the streets, so for that reason, im very satisfied and would recommend it to others. Plus the staff was very helpful. The food was also okay. They use water from the bottle so everything is okay.

Perfect for a 1 night stay, facilities were really good pool was clean and gym was small but there! Staff was super friendly and service was quick serving a good really good dinner that was made fresh for us. Room choices were great and decent sized well furnished. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Jaffna as only 20-30 mins from city centre.
