Made me wait 40 minutes for a pedicure by saying ma'am 5 minutes ma'am just 7 minutes. If I would've known it'd take them 40 minutes to even start, i would have never agreed to getting it in the first place. The pedicure which by the way wasn't anything special was done by someone who seemed almost lost. In all the 40 minutes no information about the different levels or rates of pedicures was given to me or my sister who was kind enough to treat me. After everything was done they charged us a whopping rs3000 for the pedicure and hear this, the girl was basically punching my legs and they had a amazing selection of 5 nailpolishes. 5 colours? What an absolute joke and upon Asking them on why they charged us so much , a price not even the best salons charge, they said you didn't say anything so we gave you the best. There was nothing best about that pedicure in general. It was utterly mediocre at best. They refused to refund us the 50% we demanded and ignored us. Nothing luxury about this salon. It's rather shady. Very disappointing and scammy. Might look luxurious but the service is the opposite!
