Very good hotel. Kudos to front desk (Lokesh and Ayushi), they were really helpful from booking to checkout process. Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Room service also great. Perfect place if someone is visting zirakpur and wants to stay.

I visited this hotel second time..It was overall am awesome experience this time when I visited for the first time service wasnt that great...but now I should recommend this hotel for clean rooms & food

Overall hotel is good and well hygiene.. but I only have one concern with the receptionist’s I ask them for food bill they said we will send you on tomorrow morning but next morning I didn’t get anything then I call them again they again said ma’am I will give you in a while but they didn’t send me reviews till now. Hope you will understand the customer satisfaction is your priority you need to fulfill the customer requirements if we are paying you a good amount you need to be punctual for customers requirements and their quires too… thanks

I have been visiting this hotel since 2021or2022 it was amazing experience good and polite staff members great hospitality enable price if you want good room in zirakpur area in reasonable price so West end view has good option food also good in this hotel
