they
want

asked
them
about
the
treatment
process
and
the
products
they
use
for
keratin
on
clients
to
which
they
said
they
can’t
disclose
it
over
call.
I

what
??
You

disclose
the
price
to
the
client
?
Are
you
ppl
for
real?

requested
them
that
it’s
very
difficult
for
me
to
come
down
twice
for
one
time
keratin
treatment.
That’s
very
unprofessional
and
now
I
understand
why
ppl
prefer
professional
salons
here
in
Chandigarh
Zirakpur
After
reading
the
reply
I
genuinely
thought
of
editing
the
review
for
anyone
who
is
coming
to
read
the
reviews.
I
would
summarise
the
whole
thing
in
brief:

for
the

question
is
why
can’t
they
inform

customer
abt
the
process
and
treatment?
What
is
there
to
keep
it
private?
There
are
various
hair
treatment
and
it
is
not
necessary
that
it
is
gonna
suit
everyone.
So
if
keratin
is
not
going
for
my
hair
and
I
need
botox
hair
treatment
or
May
be
olaplex
or
whatever
(
obviously
the
expert
needs
to
check
the
hair
for
that
before
going
for
any
treatment)
and
they
only
do
keratin
the
whole
point
of
visiting
the
salon
will
be
in
vain.
So
I
wanted
to
know
about
all
the
treatments
and
processes
they
provide.
How
this
thing
can
kill
somebody’s
privacy😨

Brand:
then
I
asked
what
brand
they
use.
Now
I
would
like
to
know
how
is
this
tuning
the
privacy?
I
wanted
to
know
if
they
use
brand
products
bcoz
L’Oréal
doesn’t
suit
me
so
I
wanted
to
make
sure
if
there
is
any
other
brand
available
too
(specially
the
L’Oréal
shampoo
for
washing
the
hair
before
keratin
as
I
wanted
to
have
head
wash
too)

Professional
Salon:
Just
to
let
you
know
that
professional
salon
do
tell
their
customers
the
brand
they
use
and
some
times
they
even
mention
it
on
their
website.
This
is
what
I
meant
when
I
said
PROFESSIONAL
SALON.
4.
Review
without
service:
Review
section
is
just
not
meant
to
provide
review
for
your
hair
treatment,
facial
etc
services.
It
also
meant
how
you
inform
your
customers
about
your
services.
In
Management
sector
this
is
called
Client/Customer
Service
Management
abd
for
this
reason
I
have
the
full
right
to
review
about
customer
service
over
call
Experience.
And
to
my
disappointment
it
was
pathetic.
But
yes
definitely
you
can
improve
on
this.
Inform
the
customer
to
every
nitty
gritty
of
the
services
you
have.
There
are
customers
who
would
have
lots
of
questions
like
me
and
if
I
get
treated
like
that
I
would
definitely
post
my
experience.
It
is
very
difficult
to
reach
heights
but
even
more
difficult
to
maintain
it.
If
you
have
another
definition
of
it
I
am
really
not
interested.
And
the
reason
why
I
am
replying
is
just
that
so
the
next
time
when
somebody
asks
you
about

process
treatment
brand
or
any
other
thing
you
can
provide
them
information
