I hope i can rate them -100 their service is really pathetic,I have ordered 3 items from brand factory online of my dress missing belt so raise request for exchange even send them an email last month..no response even i am keep calling their customer service they not respond you on call i am keep calling to them from last 1 month no one respond they just pickup your call and put you on mute for 40-45 minutes and then disconnected The dress i have raised for exchanged already picked but after that no one respond now i don't have dress don't have any refund no response on email no response from customer service Really pathetic service

Need time at this place. Minimum 2 to 3 hrs because they have a mountain of stuff. Although the staff are present to help you, most are lazing around, but few are very helpful and concerned, so out here, move your body and ask for help only then you'll get it! Huge selection of brands and lots of genuine discount. This shop feels value for money and if you shop above 4000 additional discounts apply. So more bang for your buck on greater spends. Ladies stuff have much better (cheaper) pricing than gents. The choice here beats Elante or any other garment shoppe in all of Chandigarh!

I wish I could give them 0 star. Had worst experience. They have low staff. And that low staff is also incompetent, inexperienced and rude. Their store is a mess. Everything's messed up from clothes to signages. What to say about cleanliness, there was dirt on men's shirts. I've never seen dirt on clothes in a store that is located in the mall.

Although a bit far from city, constant ongoing offers make this place an easy go to for shopping. Almost all major brands are available but if you wear small or extra large size then it can be quite troubling to find the exact size for yourself, tho saying that it has enough brands to choose so you'll end up finding something for your need eventually. Staff is well mannered and very helpful if asked to help and are very committed on helping customer.

All major brands under one roof, that too at very good discount. People who have never visited this, they must go and try. Complete family store for clothes. It's really happy to buy at 50% or 60% discount. Would love to shop again.

Discounts are good there but their policies have a lot of If and Buts. When you purchase they tell you a lot of offers like Cashback, movie vouchers and other discounts on your next purchase but when you try to avail the offers on next purchase, You'll get to know that offer is available only on certain brands and you'll hardly find anything suitable out of the list of brands they ask you yo choose.
