There is no option for negative rating either would have rated zero stars. As expected from the reviews from which are posted above also the rude behaviour of the person from the front desk, As it was raining and it is the only hotel where room was available so i have to check-in . The owner charged extra money as there generator was running because there was no light even after paying more amount the light went of 2 times in the night and 1 time in the morning and the front desk guy was rude to me when i ask him to start the generator for which they have charged extra money he directly said no to start the generator and ask me to check-out in the morning itself Such a pathetic hotel Only the good part is the helpers they have some sense how to treat the customers but the owner is very rude.

Pathetic rooms provided.. which were different from the ones given in goibibo.. the room had cracks in the wall with exposed wiring.. AC was not available even though booking was done for the same.. the owner wanted extra payment for the same.. when another room was demanded the owner got abusive and physically aggressive.. very unsafe place.. hope no one else have to go through the same experience..

Staff was good but the attitude and atmosphere of hotel is very bad ...so not advisable to stay in this hotel

Hotel located at good location in dera bassi on ambala - Chandigarh highway. Hotel highly over charges customer who visit & stop on adhoc basis. Actual room costs Rs.1500/- max from any traveling & hotel booking app but I was charged Rs.1800/- per night. I had most boring stay ever in any of the Indian hotel in my almost 40 years of life. Room has no cable TV connection and I had horrible time asking front desk to get me some entertainment on weekends program. No sports or paid channel in hotel. Iam writing this review while staying in same hotel and since morning hotel has seen almost 40 electricity failure and I think they don't care about giving power backup to rooms. Gyser in my 206 room's bathroom is not working and I had been asking hotel staff to get it started but all request falling on deaf ears. It's bloody cold & raining outside since morning with temp hovering around 10 degree and no Luke warm water for shower is really pathetic. I got video recording of this and everything now. Only saving grace of this hotel is it's food & kitchen team...they are great..which is highly recommended. Please avoid this hotel and much better hotels are near by ...like hotel Jyoti opposite to hotel sartaj & Hotel Paras (in same lane)

Worst experience ,dirty room ,tv ,light were not working .don't waste your time and money
