It was great to be in a property which is serious about customer service. My room had issues, like no towel or TV not working etc but they promptly responded and ensured a great experience.

Very good and memorable stay in this hotel. We went as a couple and the check-in process was seamless and friendly. The rooms were clean and the ambience was cosy and nice. The food was delicious and some healthy options were also available. The thing I didn’t like was the swimming pool. It was small and looked like it didn’t belong to the hotel due to its location. Overall a satisfying and fun stay! I will highly recommend this place if you want luxury in budget.

Good hotel with swimming pool and lavish breakfast spread. The chef who was handling the egg counter was excellent. In my dad’s words “he made the perfect fried eggs”, the best my dad has tasted in ages.

Location- 5 star as on Highway Rooms- Well furnished, spacious, clean ( I stayed in pool view room) which has very green view. Hospitality -5 Star Valet Parking Food - Long Menu in Breakfast Buffet which is very good in taste, but tried Biryani in Dinner that was average. Overall Experiance - Mind Blowing, will recomend to everyone.

Very poor experience at the restaurant on 10.8.23 around 8:30 PM. The restaurant had only two or three tables with customers. Waited for 10 Minutes in the restaurant and no one came to take order even after requesting two times. Had to leave without placing the order. Room service was better.

Decent rooms. Front office was prompt to accept our request for early check in. Restaurant service very slow. They took around 20 mins to get one pineapple juice. Even for the lunch. I chose this hotel for kids pool. That was good experience.

Updating review after a year- Sep 2023. While the basic standards continue to be maintained, the hotel and especially its ‘Duty Manager’ lack basic hospitality and management skills. The staff does not have the ability to cater to just 3-4 rooms booked for a group, and it is painstakingly slow and inefficient to deal with. After multiple trips here, I can surely say that the service and quality has been nothing less than 5 stars. Clean and well maintained rooms, prompt service and great food are always guaranteed while staying here. Kudos to the team for a good breakfast spread and great service there too.

It was a nice stay. Hotel has luxurious aesthetics and food is super delicious. Especial thanks to Banish ji, he helped us on time to book our stay and provided all facilities we wanted.

Services are very slow. It's very rare that any request is fulfilled without calling twice or thrice at room service or guest service. I stayed at a neighbouring Ramada 3 days ago which was far much better. Breakfast was very mediocre so-so in comparison with Ramada, which serves excellent breakfast to guests. Managers should compare quality of their services from other hotels too so that they can make desired/ necessary changes .

Located at the city centre. I rated as 4 star for rooms because it’s a 4 star hotel but it has a huge room. And the hotel was quite busy due to the wedding occasions that the hotel was booked for. Overall breakfast and fruit basket provided and it was great

The property is located bang on the main road. The room could have been better especially the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff was courteous. Decent property for a quick stay.

Everything was excellent stay was awesome staff is so greatfull but i felt a little bit of staff shortage at the time of breakfast it was taking soo long to bring the orders

Worst experience in terms of service, I had to follow up for as little as getting a press in the room or a packed water bottle. I still wonder what makes delivering an already packed water bottle or press such a hassle and worth 40 mins? If you want in room service for food, expect it to be 1.30 hrs After paying so much, it feels like it's not even a 2 star restaurant. Management doesn't do anything else "Sorry Sir!"

Rooms is Spacious but with no amenities (Water Bottle) etc. only available you have ask for that and Washroom is like small cupboard. Good Spread of Breakfast but served cold. Only good thing is staff is well mannered special mention (Shubam). I recommend to others not to visit property on reviews.

Stay was good, they need to have the focus on cleanliness of washrooms. Super Deluxe rooms are good as far as deluxe rooms are concerned these are small In size. Food is good but expensive. So they must re-work upon the prices.

Fantastic service and good ambiance. Rooms are very comfortable for stay. Food so tasty. Overall my experience is excellent in County Inn. My recommendation too. Only one area need to improve at guest receiving area. They not allowed to park the vehicle at the premises. Apart from that Everything is okay.

There are so many great things about this Radisson Country Inn in Chandigarh. The rooms are sound proofed. The Beds are brand new and high quality. The room decor is also absolutely modern and yet comforting. The bedding is the best I have ever slept in for a hotel because the Duvet is natural feathers in very soft Cotten cover. The glass wall showers allow the guest to see the room while showering which is a pleasure. And then there is the staff. The managers work so hard to help the quests with anything they need. And the staff in the restaurant waits on you hand a foot which is very unusual in these times when larger hotels must care for too many guest so give this kind of personal service. Actually I stayed in this Radisson Country Inn and then tried the others in Chandigarh which are nice also but I returned yesterday to the Country Inn because it is so quiet and peaceful and the staff are fantastic and the rooms are the most comfortable in Chandigarh I am sure. And the more reasonable rates of the rooms make this hotel my top choice when I travel for work to Chandigarh.

This is really a good property to stay. Have stayed here couple of times. Both times i has an amazing experience. Rooms are very clean and the break fast is also very good yummy.. can't stop eating it.. coming to staff.. they are very humble and take care of their guests..

The first room we got was not cleaned (cigs in the washroom) , the second one had twin mattresses on a king bed, but third time was the charm. We finally settled and this time the room was good and our stay was comfortable. Breakfast spread was great too. Staff is very helpful and considerate of your needs.

Stay was excellent! The check in staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mr. Vinay also made sure we settled in to our room without any issues. My son had to go for his SAT exam early morning before the breakfast buffet opened. Mr. Visual and the breakfast team were very helpful in preparing a hot meal for him before he headed out to take his exam. The dining area is clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling through Zirakpur or Chandigarh.

Had a wonderful stay. Was there for one day. Liked the property. It was clean and newly decorated. Staff was also very supportive and helping especially Ajay during the breakfast. He took care of all our requirements with a smiling face.

Complete experience was awesome starting from room to breakfast buffet to staff. Everything was up to mark. Rooms had nice paintings and lightings which made it more beautiful. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of options. They have small gym as well which included lot of machines to keep u fit. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Washroom was a bit small but still functional and very well kept. We loved the food, particularly the breakfast spread was awesome. Dinner was also nice but breakfast was just great. Keep it up guys!
