Right from arrival, the experience was terrible. There was no one to help us with the luggage. There was a Guard standing who was just looking at us and a Valet person who also was shying away to help us. Rooms are good and amenities provided in the room are good. Food was good in their restaurant Feast. Their Coffee Shop Brew was a horrible experience: it took 40 mins to get chocolate milk and a cold coffee. And even after that specific instructions to prepare the chocolate milk were not considered (this was for a kid). Moreover they refused to remove the item from the bill and they started to argue. This was completely unexpected. Room Service took their own sweet time to fulfill the requests. It took over an hour and multiple calls just to get a pen & few sheets of paper. Definitely not a 5-star hotel in any way whatsoever. Only reason for 2 stars is Good Food and Decent rooms + Amenities

great restaurant. The buffet was laid out soo beautifully. The place is really clean, well maintained, good service, amazing breakfast, and amazing pool. For the price we payed the room was okay sized, and was expecting something better. But the gym is great, I had a good time..All the money spent really worth it

Hi, I must say the staff in the buffet specially Ravi is always on his toes to greet people and he serves each one with smile. I would like to request a appreciation for him for all the hard work he does to make the services go smooth. The food is also amazing from soups to desserts everything is so delicious. Say my Thanks to The Chef and a team led by him too. All the efforts you all put to run this kitchen or buffet for the hotel must be appreciated by your seniors. Once again i thank all of you. I have written this feedback after a hectic day i started in the morning at 4 am. And its a honest feedback.

Location is good....near to chd airport..i stayed for 2 nights with my friends ..room service is absolutely pathetic..almost no room service..u keep on calling reception but service never there... morning breakfast buffet is great but in room dining service pathetic ...

I have almost now 4-5 times and they always demand to pay in advance. If I want to post food in room then they took deposit of 2000 Rs. I have spent in many Radisson and never experience these. Looks like they are only hotel and have to abide there rules.

I am not sure after looking at the food at a wedding and everything about this place what makes it qualify for a five star? It's a very decent hotel, but not comparable to Radisson branches anywhere else!

This is Franchise Hotel of Radisson.Not very professional. I checked in on 24.02.2023 and the reception wanted all advance payment.I suggested to block my card since I will be using the room service n the restaurant..they wanted all advance ..room rent and adhoc lumsome in their credit,no blocking of card which is an away from International hotels norm.After much discussion they agreed will make single charge at the time of check out. Despite this whenever I was ordering in room dining ..they used to ask for payment saying this to be standard rule of the hotel. This is just Ridiculous and not acceptable. The food was very Bland...Be it fried fish or Alu Paratha....The only palatable dish was yellow dal in the buffet dinner on 24 th. Surprisingly while on their website they claim to have a 24hour restaurant but actually they refused me n many others after 11 saying we will open after 1 hour since we are cleaning....This is Pathetic. There was long waiting for the valet to bring the car to porch either they were busy locating the keys or looking for the driver. So overall a very BAD Experience.

Room and bathroom was clean and hotel had all new amenities however Very bad experience. Rooms were not centrally heated and we had to wait and call 4 times for a room heater.. food was bad in taste with very less quantity and super highly prized... Breakfast buffet was also very bad in taste..

My stay was very pleasant in Radisson.. Staff was very cooperative & humble. Room was well cleaned.. But room service was little slow which is minimal important.. Many food options were available in Breakfast.. I thank to all the staff specially Ms Neelam those make our stay more comfortable and pleasant.. Thanks Again....

It was nice staying there. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. And thanks to the catering staff from the restaurant who were there during this morning buffet they were very professional with their work and humble specially Mr. Deepak who was very kind and helpful . However the room service was little slow . And thanks to Rohit bist from housekeeping for his amazing service.

Food and ambience is good. But lobby is pretty small and on entry, only one car can go at a time. This leads to long queues at the time of functions

Added an engagement party at the Platinum Hall and the food and the preparations were quite nice. The service could be a little faster though because once the crowd rolled in we barely had any waiters coming to our table. Everything was good in general though.

Had a great stay for an official meeting. We took 3 rooms and we enjoyed there service. Sushma mam was there during our breakfast who guided and served all good menus for our team

Absolutely a great hospitality we received during our stay. The restaurant service is awesome and they had all the variety of food in buffet breakfast that we took. Mr.Yogesh the supervisor of Restaurant too was truly supportive to arrange customised food for kids. Must recommend.

Rooms were excellent sized, in good condition. The hotel is very easily approached as it's right next to national highway 7. The food was great, we were lucky to come when they were having a Biryani promatation . The service was great especially from one server called Sunny, he was very helpful and got everything we wanted. This hotel is a definite must.

Great stay and good breakfast spread at the restaurant. Stayed for only 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Swimming pool was well maintained. Would like to mention great service by Shubham at the restaurant- he managed to assist us in a phenomenal manner.

Rooms were comfy. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very good taste wise and also service was good. The only cons was most facilities like spa ,swimming pool changing room is still under renovation and we were not informed while booking

The radisson property is just OK to stay, the washrooms are not maintained well and even if you inform the front desk they will smile and say sure sir and will conveniently forget. There is another mockery called " One touch service" where I had to call 4 times to remind them to clear the dishes... The dinner dishes got cleared next day morning. There was dampness in the washroom, small insects accompany you here sitting on roof. The bathroom tiles dark Grey are so scaled in soap that they have white soap stains. The buffet area does not have appropriate seating capacity, if all the people come in same duration then restaurant + bar as well fall short , people have to wait. The buffet items specially fruits whatever has finished remains finished till you are having breakfast. Very Average kind of a place with such a slow and sluggish valet. Try other properties instead. This is not value for money.

We stayed there twice in fifteen days and the experience was quite nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and live counters were there for hot dosas, omellete and more. Rooms were big, clean and spacious. Service staff is quick and well informed. It is around 20 minutes drive from Chandigarh Airport. The Cafe on the ground floor serves delicious snacks and coffee. Overall, it was a great experience.

The stay went great. They have such great staff. Their hospitality is everything. And the food was amazing everything was so delicious like home made. I would also like to appreciate Praveen who was so enthusiastic and so professional and he always had a smile on his face. Keep up the good work. Would love to visit this place again .

Amazing food... Amazing services.. we came here with kids and wanted to get some food packed. They even did that.. Saksham is the guy who helped us with everything... He is very helpful. Good variety of food. Must come.

It was the worst experience ever for us. When we first entered the room, it was incomplete furnished. Major items were missing. We went on to call them 2-3 times for the items that need to be there befor hand. Next morning while having breakfast half of the staff was staring at me. At the arrival of breakfast buffet, the staff asked for room no from every person. But we were so special that after every order we placed, we were asked the room no again and again. They didn’t let us do the breakfast properly and made a terrible mess. This didn’t stop here. While swimming, I was wearing appropriate swimming costume which is allowed. But one of the staff member came by the pool and asked me to change my costume as it seemed inappropriate to him. And again clarifying everything, he asked the room no. It seemed as if we came there by any false means. This kind of behaviour is highly unacceptable from this hotel having such a good reputation. Don’t call it 5 star if you cannot own it. We also shared the feedback at reception during our checkout but its been 36 hours and still no response from their side. Looking forward if this feedback reaches to the appropriate authority and it take strict action against the hotel staff.

We stayed here for 2nights. Hospitality was good. The below concerns need to be addressed by the front desk so that similar kind of situation can be avoided for new customers 1) we stayed in business class room where 2 king size bed were available. We were 4(2adults, 2kids).They have business class room with only one king size bed and sofa sets. We were given the room with only one king size bed initially even though the business class room with 2king size beds was empty. We had to get it changed since I knew the facility very well. 2) For a family, curtain to be fixed in the bathroom glass., which was not done Hope these would be addressed in the future

The front desk staff was quick at check-in. Buffet breakfast/lunch was pretty good and the staff was efficient and friendly which made me comfortable asking for help. I appreciate that!! Big kudos to in room service, water delivery and laundry staff everything was quick. A big thank you to all 🙏💯

Reasonable price decent stay! Hotel is located close to the Airport (30 min drive). We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Buffet breakfast is not up to standard, but you will get some make to order items. Pancake served to us was really good.

Good and comfortable hotel. Check-in process was smooth. Breakfast was okay. They need to improve on their breakfast buffet spread though. Its not at par with other 5 stars or some of the other Radisson's I have been to. But sleep quality was good and it was quite a peaceful & comfortable place.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. Marina is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
