It's one of the best hotels under budget. And tbh my first choice whenever I visit Chandigarh I've been visiting this hotel from past one year and spent almost 15+nights here the service the staff everything is exceptional. Although few drawbacks the the beds were not clean under thi linen there were hairs and in the recent visit they didn't allowed me to change the room after 2 days I was staying there for 3 nights and without cleaning the room we can't stay in the same room for 3 days but as the hotel was fully booked we adjusted and cooperated with the staff. overall a good experience and if you are looking for a good decent hotel under budget you can definitely try shivam lodge
