A place where you will enjoy your own company. Nice environment, mesmerizing views, Neat and Clean, Attractive and beautiful. It occupies very large space. Better if you go with your own essential stuff like food, water, etc. Be careful in rainy season.

There is a beautiful dam situated in Ranchi district of Jharkhand. There is a lot of greenery around this dam. All of you people can come here easily. One can come here for picnic and birthday party. The location of this dam is very beautiful. All kinds of shooting is done here.

Good place for a half day picnic. Nothing much to see, but filled with green views at one side and dam in the other side. If you are lucky you can witness water being drawn out of the dam through opened shutters. I'll say a place where you could click a lot of photos. Early morning and late evening are the good time to visit.

This excellent place to visit with family friends here nature's vibes one side green area another side dams water for a long ride. Scenic beauty and very peaceful. You will enjoy sunrise or sunset view from the site

The place is amazing specially the road which leads you to the Dam is just awesome one.

Good place for visiting......my suggestion one time chilling Place. No any good hotel restaurant shop near The dam. So if you are going then be prepare before hangout. And rest is ok. Scenario is awesome.

A great destination for a long drive. The route is more mesmerizing than the dam itself with forest along side the road and mountains.

Beautiful and long water front of the gigantic reservoir [catchment area 717SqKMs]. A half-day getaway [37KMs from Kanke road, Ranchi] in Ormanjhi. Ten KMs road (NH320) is in bad shape. Better to take your own drinking water and food items.
