The hotel is the same as mentioned in the image, everything was perfect, no lack of anything but it was far from the center, this hotel is far from bus stop and centre both. I am deducting 1 rating because of the location but giving it a 4 rating because of other great experiences.

My stay at Kalyan heritage was a great experience as the service was very good and fast. The rooms were also clean and hygienic. Locations was way off from the city itself, but i am happy that it saved me from the chaos and the unnecessary noises. Overall, my stay was amazing❤️❤️❤️❤️

"Mixed Experience at Hotel Kalyan" Review: My stay at Hotel Kalyan had its ups and downs. I booked a super deluxe room via MMT for five people, but it didn't live up to expectations. The TV didn't work, there was no hot water in the evening, and the room felt cramped with limited space. On the dining front, the restaurant had a significant wait time of 40 minutes after ordering for both dinner and breakfast, which was frustrating. It seemed the hotel was short-staffed during my visit. However, I must acknowledge the positive aspects, such as the good ambiance and vibe, which added to the overall experience. While the stay had its shortcomings, the atmosphere made it somewhat enjoyable.

It is centrally located 2 star hotel. Rooms are maintained well. It is a nice place for visits to the city during business meetings or with family. Services here are good. Atmosphere is good. Especially the ambience is very commendable over here

Location is ok, 13km away from hawa mahal. Best for those coming from delhi becoz it's well connected to delhi route.

The person who are taking calls for booking information is very rude. He don't know how to handle customer's. Don't book this hotel and Kalyan waalo possible ho toh please teach some manners to your receptionist. As he also don't know how to talk with women. Gatiya customer service hai don't book this hotel.

Staff was polite and always ready to help. Food is awesome. Rooms was clean and hygiene and spacious too. One thing to take care, hotel is located in residential area and away from main road. Local transport isn’t available easily but ola and uber are accessible so that not an issue. As this in remote area you can’t roam around to get food or sutta near about so carry all your stuff with you.

Nice and affordable. 5star for the staffs hospitality and their helping nature.

The towels were stained and there was some leakage issue with the air conditioner and the water was coming on the bed.
