‘Cinnamon‘ and they mean it when they named it that way because cinnamon is what you get as you enter. What also stands out is that it’s all traditional, elegant and contemporary. This is part of the Taj Jai Mahal Palace hotel and managed to dine in twice here during out stay , one for a very special anniversary dinner at the ‘Royal Bajot’ section which is a traditional way of low table seating and enjoying the meal being seated on the floor with the food on this decorated low table. The second time we dined in here was during lunch hours in the regular dining section. The ambience is so beautiful and it sure has a royal feel to it. Food and service was excellent. Zafrani Pulav, Vegetable Biryani, Gatte ki kadhi, the excellent mocktails, the wonderful wine, the Badam shorba would be the top pics for me. Highly recommended.

We had a great dinner at Cinnamon at the Jai Mahal palace. We enjoyed the cinnamon chicken, the subz nawabi handi (veggie dish), some gluten free roti, and garlic naan followed by the cinnamon ice cream. Beautiful setting and nice staff (thank you Manoj!). Would recommend!

I celebrated my b’day with my family on 4th July. The food was delicious and service was awesome. I like dal makhni Gatta curry and rabri malpua very much. They provided complementary cake which was very delicious. I would like to thanks about their hospitality and quick service.

Vibe is worth a shot . Food is delicious so you pay Good 💰 for Good Food. Staff is humble. Staff is less in number but efficient enough to handle things perfectly. Overall had a great dinner night .

Excellent service and nice atmosphere. But food extremely overpriced for being very average. 3000 INR Thali tasty, but not worth that high price. It's not fine dining for food quality, but mostly for fancy setting.

The restaurant was absolutely divine. The atmosphere was intimate within a palatial grandeur. The staff was very well trained and attentive to our needs. We all ordered the trial platter that included all the must try items and all of them were amazingly terrific. Each trial bowl provided a different delight and sensation to the tongue. Even a teenager who doesn't like to try new things in my group, found everything to be amazing. They also really accommodated customers' needs. They asked about food allergies. They even provided vegetarian options if we wanted. We also kindly asked to make each dish as less spicy as possible and all of them were really edible, while still containing the local flavours.

The place looks fine and the food is good, but my god the service is TERRIBLE. They operate a business yet no one trained cared to train them for etiquettes somehow. I and my friend visited the few days ago as tourists and we were on a one day tour so it was pretty hectic for us so we decided we ll directly go and eat and explore as we didn’t had much time to freshen up. We were in our pyjamas and somehow i sensed a weird response from the hospitality yet i ignored as i was in no mood to think about that but somehow they managed to make me. I forgot my charger so i asked if they have a iPhone charger she nodded and said she ll ask , time passed and i m waiting to hear from them yet no one responded. After a while i myself again have to call her and then she says they have one in the lobby and i got pretty excited for a person who’s phone was at 10% so i told her to let the food come so i could click a picture and then she can put it on charge. Next thing i know she says her manager took the charger and its no more there and i ll have to wait. I was like fine I ll wait for a while. After waiting quite a long for my food and response I asked her if they have a adapter as that will work as well. She table never to return and somehow she was not reverting back to me and i ll have to be the one keep asking again and again. Once checked out i and my friend felt like that because we were young they looked down upon us. I cannot believe an establishment such as this treat people so indifferent. We the youth are the future and consumer of this nation treated so bad how they expect to retain future customers or a good review. I and my friend had a fight where he asked me to let it be and I couldn’t hold it in , i saw a smirk on the waitress face, is that how well established hospitality management train them? To not do their job? I had to raise it with the manager yet he was of no help instead he said sure ma’am and walked out of their. The service is very poor and the place treats people indifferent based on how they looking and what they wearing if only they could be trained into how not to judge who has deep pockets and who doesn’t.

The food, ambience and service were all amazing! Chef Navraj Giri made a special spicy sauce for us since we like spicy food. All his preparations were delicious and he made sure to accommodate our food requests. Would definitely go back for his food!

I've had the best safed maas dish ever and it was at this place. Super courteous staff. Obviously prices are a tad bit high because you are eating at a Taj chain. But totally worth the money.

This place is just as described - sumptuous fine dine. It is probably one of the finest places in Jaipur to dine in. We ordered soup which was perfect, with a fine balance of everything. The starters are delicious and so is the main course. They have a plethora of options if you want to have fine liquor - be it wine, whisky or anything else. The staff is super decent, professional and humble. We were served by Mr. Laxman, who was brilliant, and took care of every small request. Thank you so much! Would love to visit again.

Went to the place with my wife and we did have a splendid treatment with sumptuous food! I would highly recommend making a reservation before visiting as food preparation takes time. We had : Silwatte ka murgh tikka 5/5 must must have chicken tikka tandoori starter. Dal cinnamon 5/5. Slow cooked dal makhni Paneer lababdar 4/5. Was a similar gravy like paneer butter masala, I suppose they can improve the recipe of this dish. The lacha parantha was amazing , all crispy aata flakes and no maida 😁 The above quantity was too much for us 2 people. One starter and one maincourse vegetable would have been easily enough. Do visit for an amazing experience. Not to forget, we had Taj epicure membership through which we got 25% off on our overall bill !

I finally had a chance to eat at this wonderful restaurant as a guest and loved everything about the experience.⁷ The buffet was outstanding in range and quality with more than enough vegetarian options and an excellent selection of desserts.

The food is good but the service was the worst! Out of all of the Taj restaurants I’ve visited in India, this one is the last on my list. They messed up our order and didn’t even apologies! On the contrary the server( Khushi) kept telling me that I didn’t order what I had. In the end, she just said “okay” and walked away. Also she didn’t serve us properly. The utensils were heavy and hot and she served the rice and left. We were left struggling with the gravy. Anyway, it was disappointing to see something so strange happen at Taj. This was definitely a first I don’t cherish and safe to say, Cinamon is out of my list of places to visit in Jaipur! So many beautiful places with good service. This one doesn’t come close to the others v

One of the best North Indian food I have had in Jaipur. Prices are not OTT, would say value for money given it is a 5 star property. Recommend the Mushroom Galouti, Dal Cinnamon, Kadai Paneer and Laal Maas.

Royal ambience and bright lighting pumps your mood up for some delicious food. Food was served in dishes of gold, silver or gold-plated. The best goldsmiths worked to produce new forms that would keep the food warm for longer. Glasses, which were ordinary items. Menu has items of different delicacies. Food here is amazing and out performed my expectations.

My partner and I ate at Cinnamon in our last night in Jaipur and were not disappointed! The waiter recommended the tasting menu of Rajasthani cuisine- about 9 dishes total- and each dish was unique and delicious. The chef even made special portions for us to avoid nuts. Great service, very beautiful ambiance. Must eat food in Jaipur!

Visited the Cinnamon restaurant at the Jai Mahal Palace with family for dinner. We tried both the Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Thali. The taste of the food was exceptional. We also had the Malpua with Rabri and Cinnamon ice cream which was the perfect ending to the delicious meal we had. Also, special mention to Mr.Manoj who made sure that all our needs are met and made our dinner comfortable and enjoyable.

A fine dine restaurant with the Rajwada style. The service is top notch and so is the food. Their stand out performer are butter naan, dal makhni and malai kofta, though I am someone who's fond of non-veg but I relished their veg food. Mutton Kacchawa was okay.
