An attempt to have dinner at Baluchi at Lalit Jaipur (Their glorified Indian Food fine dining Restaurant) was amongst the worst during our entire trip. So much so that we had to leave the restaurant without eating food because what they served on table was cooked with disoriented recipes and wasn't good to eat. We ordered Paneer Tikka along with other items and what we were served was a tawa fried paneer pakora with a thin coat of besan (see zoomed pictures). On top of it... the chef shamelessly kept arguing that they make tikka like that only and it's correct. They had only 2 servers in entire 100+ cover restaurant on a Saturday night and those servers too were borrowed from coffee shop... so they knew nothing about the restaurant and menu detailing. To make situation even worse... They had a "Besura and Loud" ghazal singer who was not at all in a mood to sync with his own tabla player and if that wasn't enough.... he didn't even remembered the lyrics of songs that he was singing from the era of Black & White movies.... Total disaster

I would like to share my experience in balichi restaurant. This is my first visit here . I stayed 1 night and my first dinner at baluchi restaurant and I saw live gajal with live kitchen.Mr Satyendra suggest the baluchi specials. Wow taste with super fast serving . Thanks you so much all baluchi staff . I will visit soon. Thanks again

It was a good dine in experience. Food was good, little disappointed with lucknowi murgh biryani, it was very chilly. Shahi tukda was good. Dahi kebabs were great. Service was little slow, but staff was very courteous. Specially the server Hoshi, was very welcoming and courteous.

Don't belive in these positive reviews.it's all paid reviews by PR agency.one person contacted me and said that he will pay me if I write positive response for this scam hotel.don't go there.

Very nice place for a party. Had an amazing experience there and really enjoyed the food and drinks they served The behavior of the staff was very friendly and service was very courteous. The ambience is very lovely and the DJ plays really fantastic. Special thanks to the General Manager of this place. I would love to visit again very soon. We had Peppy paneer dimsum and Paneer tikka Pizza both were fabulous and in drinks Agent Orange and Lychee Nutini which were also next level.

Baluchi is a welcome exception. We walked in rather late for dinner. Service was the usual deferential Rajasthani standard of attentiveness. Decor and ambience was like any other high end restaurant. But the food… to die for! We ordered Rogan Josh, rice and Hyderabadi biriyani and got transported to heaven. The Rogan Josh was perfect where you could taste the Kashmiri chilli but surprisingly mild. Obviously without any tomato, the way authentic Rogan Josh is made.

Best out of other non veg restaurants at Jaipur Rajasthan it's items and dishes are my favourites i like the way they make it spicy and tasty ..i recommend this if any of you wants to have a happy moment with non veg!!

Great experience! Had food at this awesome restaurant, 5-6 th time. The experience was the same, out of the world. The Indian food is exclusive, special mention for Lal maas, dal balluchi, kebab platter and the kulchas. Great service by Manoj, Umesh, Jagat in the restaurant, and the bar in-charge Rajesh in circle bar. Would love to come again and again. Keep it up.

The food was really good. And service was very warm and awesome. Please do visit this restaurant for good food. My server was Arjun, he is a very nice person, fun to talk. Must try their Dal baluchi, it's really nice and authentic Indian flavor.

The food is good albeit a bit over priced. Further, regional delicacies are a safer bet, as Other cuisine items leave a bit more to be desired. Overall a good experience but could have been much better too.

The service was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and elegant. The food is overpriced in my opinion. But if your looking for luxurious eating, this is it!
