Special shout out to Mayank from the staff who was kind enough to suggest us some great locations for food and hang out, and was always a good conversationalist. We loved our room here. The property is beautiful if not huge. The services provided by them are impeccable. The location of the hotel is great, nearby to most of the tourist locations. It is located right opposite the Jal mahal so the top rooms have the most beautiful view. Cabs are easily available, and if you ask the hotel staff store your luggage after you check out for a few hours while you can visit or roam around. The only setback we had was that the buffet had a limited menu and a lot of the things weren’t good in taste.

Our stay at the Trident Jaipur was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff especially were extremely courteous and hospitable. In all the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed I don’t think I’ve experienced such nice hospitality anywhere else. Kudos to the entire staff and management.

Very beautiful property located near Jal Mahal. Staff is very polite and helpful. Good hospitality. Really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast buffet was awesome . They have cultural evenings everyday followed by some activities for kid . 10/10 Really appreciate each and every staff member who were present during my stay. Keep it up..!

The room was great, hygienic and regal. The food was lovely especially the Mutton Rogan Josh. Their hospitality is unmatched. The staff were polite and helpful at every turn. The property is quite large and near to Amer Fort. The lawns are nice and well maintained. Ideal for kids and for long walks. Points to improve- there was low ventilation in the room, we had to keep a window open at night for some air circulation. Also the bed is so creaky that it wakes you up if you toss or turn in sleep.

Absolutely 5 star. Staff are gentle and polite. Food is awesome. Enjoyed my stay here. One drawback wasn't able to get the full view of Jal Mahal from the room, because of tall bushes.

Great location for the property - near the old town, and on banks of one lake. Property is spread out and amazing. Rooms are little spartan but comfortable. Food is great, bar is nice. But service is a little slow. Strangely, there's no cigar lounge. Never thought I'd miss that in a hotel!

Excellent hotel for vacations. Right in front of Jal Mahal. Very nice location. Ample of parking space. Hotel staff very very efficient. All our needs were taken care of and attended immediately. Nice swimming pool. I especially mention here F&B staff, front office and housekeeping staff are very good and pleasing. They truly understand service mentality. Always reaching out to guest. Rarely see such nice breakfast service with smile and patience. I give 5 star to service. Stayed for three nights and truly enjoyed it. Thank Trident and staff.

Its location is easy-reaching and near to every attraction of the town. Having facilities like suites, dining, kids club, meeting and conference spaces, fort-like front lawn, spa and wellness, gallery showing history of the place are widely attractive.

have to say was really happy with the service and staff of the hotel. They were extremely accommodating, helpful and made our stay so easy. They were friendly with the kids! The entertainment program with the puppet show, the bangle making, the traditional dance with happy hours ensured we never left the hotel! So extremely happy. The rooms are slightly small and bed comfort vary from room to room but overall really happy with the service. Will surely go back!

Courteous staff and good service especially when we were with many kids we loved kids club the lady was polite and engaged kids very well.. Many activities were planned for the day, staff was cooperative. We orders milk twice and one meal for kids for which they didn't charge us extra.. Overall kids friendly hotel. The rooms had good interior but the room size and bed size is medium however the view from the room was good. Would not mind booking again:)

This place is great. The hotel is in a perfect location. The service, rooms everything was great. The parking place is the basement here which they also use for staff accommodation. If many cars are there then it's difficult. Otherwise it was a great experience

I stayed here in a suite for a short vacation... The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was situated in a good location but far away from the city. They have a good buffet in the main restaurant although the service level drops when the restaurant is full. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff hospitality is the best aspect of the hotel.

Staff and hospitality was good, oscillates between great and okay depending upon how busy they are.. but rooms and bathrooms are dated and decent sized, not what one would usually expect from a Trident, so that was a little disappointing. Lakeview rooms- you don’t really see any lake- it’s more like garden view rooms.

It is a decent property with lake view rooms having a Spectacular view. Rooms are of decent size with a balcony(or Jharoka) but are not so mesmerizing as per the estates reputation. Real disappointment was the food(buffet), not much variety and most of the dishes tasted average. There is a gymnasium,swimming pool(4-5ft deep max), pool table & lawn(which is not very big) having kids area and if you are expecting to have a "wow" experience then it will be of a bit disappointment.

Charging 550 +taxes for a bottle of coke which if you cross the road you get it for 40 including taxes!!! The rooms were preety small in size as well as compared to other 4star properties. Staff was very well mannered and co-operative but they seriously need to think about the prices they charge for food and drinks.

Good hotel in a good location. Good service for most part. Good breakfast buffet. Location is good but can be a little noisy and traffic or other noises can disturb your night sleep. Kids activity room has friendly staff and variety of activities but is being run in a tent 😞.

The hotel has quite a good ambience and the staffs were also very good at their service, as well as kind and helpful too. Check in was hassle free. No problems as such during the stay. The food was also good, breakfast buffet has many options. The hotel is super clean and nice. It makes you feel comfortable straight after entering the main door. You can witness main highlight of Jaipur “Jalmahal” straight from your room. Staff provides cake and decorate your rooms for special occasions. Nice gesture by them. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights which was a family trip with an infant, so my review is based on the comfort provided by the staff to my baby. 1. Beautiful property with perfect location. 2. Helpful and cooperative staff. 3. Best hygiene and clean rooms 4. Food is good, in case of infant they served food even at midnight with no charges. All over stay was comfortable and the best thing is staff is ready to help. Thank you.

Amazing staff and super amazing service. They make sure that you have amazing stay at their place. 4 star for rooms coz, rooms are little small but their staff covers it. Starting from the guard at hotel entrance to room service or reception or servers in restaurant, they just have the best people in business. I had an amazing experience staying at Trident Jaipur. Truly a 5 star, be it rooms or food or service. Hospitality at its best, awesome buffet with diverse cuisines. They go extra mile to make sure that each guest cherish their stay at Trident.

A little expensive unless you can easily afford it. If you're from a middle class family and visiting as a tourist then I suggest a cheaper place but visit the hotel for dinner so that you experience best of both the world's and not end up paying very high cost.

Absolutely stunned by Trident's jaipur hospitality and extremely courteous staff. They will go extra mile to make your stay super comfortable. I want to mention Shoumi (Restro Manager) for assisting us for our special requests for our lil baby, she ensured that my baby is getting hot and fresh baby food. Big thank you for that. Every single person engaged in Restro service made sure to help or assist in their best possible way amidst Covid. Hotel is bang opposite to Jal Mahal, if you are staying in Trident than opt for Lake view room. Also amidst Covid, trident has maintained all the covid norms which is commendable. Good stay and experience at the hotel. The location is a little far from city center. They can work on improving the breakfast service. The management was overwhelmed with the crowd on one of the days we were there and the service was mismanaged. We didn't get couple of our orders.

Be very careful while booking this hotel. They have hidden charges in their terms and conditions. I paid them Rs. 30,000 for my booking, and after a month they started pointing to some fine print in their Terms and Conditions and asking for additional Rs 13,500 for "mandatory" dinner. Very unscrupulous people, please check all Terms and Conditions ..even if it's 5 pages long before booking.
