We had our meals here during our Jaipur stay, and the staff is very humble and courteous, especially Mr. Shiv, who made sure our dining experience remains impeccable. Kudos to him and the rest of the staff. The food’s quality is good, but taste needs to be improved a bit. Great experience overall. Both dining as well as the stay as Lords Plaza.

Nice hotel with tasty food near swai maan singh hospital jaipur. This hotel is hardly 200m away from Gate no. 4 of SMS hospital jaipur. But it is very costly not for ordinary person. But very clean hotel with delicious stuff.

At the heart of city. Rooms were quite good and spacious. Check in was very smooth. Had dinner at hotel in its Terrace Restaurant and again it was a great food. Break fast was superb and had many options. Overall, a great experience. F&B Manager Mr. Shan Siddiqui, Ravi, Bhikam, Naresh did a fantastic job. Thanks Guys

Very good biryani and service. Music playlist could've been better.

Chicken was partially raw with red bits in our chicken biryani. When we complained they took the piece to the kitchen and came back and told us it was not raw. We should have taken the foto before sending it away. We even showed the waiter that it could not be cut as it was raw. Secondly we ordered crispy fried chicken. They served us chicken fried rice instead, when we sent it back they came back with chilly chicken! We had to again send it back!! When we complained no one was ready to take responsibility. All they cared about was full payment even for raw biryani. I will not blame the chef as to his credit the flavours were good, small mistakes can happen, but the manager in charge of the restaurant and how he handled the whole situation. Very disappointing!!
