The hotel and rooms were clean and good. We stayed for 4 days and had 2 rooms. One of the rooms did not have good water supply and hot water. The other room was good. The staff was responsive to most needs. It would have been better if toiletries and basic amenities are provided beforehand, instead of having to ask for everything. The food was good. Breakfast buffet is also good. Inconveniences: - They ask for advance payment for everything. We were able to negotiate paying only half our stay in advance. - They need IDs of EVERYONE staying in the room. Even if it’s a family. They wouldn’t even let my grandmother stay, without us somehow finding her ID. I haven’t seen this anywhere else. - There was a management payment problem from their end. They did not put our payment info in their computer and wanted us to pay what we had already paid. They even had our payment slips with them. Overall a decent experience for rooms and food. Would’ve been better without the glitches.

Awesome experience with our friends and family. Staff had been really helpful especially Tina Rajput , Prakash , Satyendra ji , Mr. Bharat Bhushan ji . Would recommend to my friends and family for their great experience and hassle free vacation in Jaipur.

Such a pathetic hotel u can't even imagin. We paid extra for kid's bedding and what they gave us was suoer thin mattress which u will not even use for maid even. In asking to double the mattress as it will be very uncomfortable for kids, they asked topay double for mattress. Also no extra pillow was given with the extra bedding, we were asked to adjust with what ever pillows are available in the room. Staff is also very rude. This was rule of the hotel just imagin. Never ever book or stay at this hotel.

Really felt good inside this hotel. The location and all the grand welcome lobby feels like a 5 star experience. Staffs are all helpful same as the local people here. So trustworthy and honest.

Not a good experience of stay in Lords Plaza hotel at Jaipur. No clean washrooms and lack of services like daily water bottles etc. Location and other services are okay. This hotel is okay for college students for trips, not for the families.

Ms Teena Rajput and Prakash was very helpful staff very nice experience so nice hotel. They helped in all the way while we are stayed here. Their way of communication and dealing with customers are excellent. Next time also we would like to stay in same hotel and our experience in hotel was good.

During our visit to Rajasthan last week. We booked our accommodation for 2 days at lords plaza. The staff has been great in helping shift lagguage They have well maintained and hygienic dining area and the staff was friendly and attentive . Had a pleasant stay

Got club room @ 3000₹ for one night including breakfast for a couple on Saturday. Hotel is very decent considering price point and location. But breakfast was not good at all. So take the room at 2500₹ without breakfast. This price was offered in walk-in, online it was around 4500₹.

Facilites and housekeeping are very good as per the tarriff . Breakfast variety and food was also good. Cleaning staff is also very quick and humbles...Must stay and location is also very good for tourists at city center

Rooms are not worth according to the price. They even don’t provide us room slippers. Not the service we were expecting. Room looks really old and need to renovate the furniture . The jet pressure in the washroom was so uncomfortable . Only one good part was the luggage man and he was so welcoming and helpful.

We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 rooms at the hotel. The stay was pleasant. The help desk was kind enough to provide our family rooms on the same floor (mind you, during peak tourist season) The rooms were big, airy, clean and pleasant. And the room service was on spot. The hotel BLUE CORIANDER is part of lords plaza and their food tastes delicious. The service was very kind and generous. On request, they even prepare some items for you, which I find highly commendable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jaipur. The location is right in the heart of this city, making it a great hotel for families to stay. The only drawback I felt was the balcony not being accessible for guests, I guess that's for the guest's safety as the parapet wall is too low for its use. Overall a great experience. A very calm and peaceful stay.

I stayed here with a few of my classmates for a week. The rooms were really clean and the staff was really friendly. The view of sunset and evening lights were the best part. Also, Prakash sir helped us with everything and made sure we were comfortable in our stay. One of the most interesting things I liked about this hotel is how they welcome you with 'Namaste' everytime you see the staff. That's really sweet.

Hotel rooms are nice and food as well. Hotel manger Pawan Jaiswal is polite and well-behaved. We only had breakfast (buffet) which was good. The only con i felt was service staff wasn't that spontaneous. We asked for water bottle thrice then only it got delivered. Post checkout when we reached to hotel to pick-up our luggage we asked for RO water to restaurant staff but he said he give bottles only to rooms. I said I'm here only and will return your bottle bit he gave water in glass only. Apart from on demand and post checkout service, it's good.

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. Located centrally in Jaipur city. I was greeted with a smile on my arrival despite the odd time of 6 am, when the whole world sleeps. The room was very clean and quiet. The wooden floor of the room was very pleasing to walk on bare foot. A coffee table, a work desk a wardrobe with automatic lights and an electronic safe were added bonuses. The washroom was also very clean and had all essential toiletries. I was also offered complimentary gulabjamuns by the very polite staff. Overall, a very nice place to stay, and worth every penny you spend here. I'll stay here evey time I visit Jaipur.

Our stay at the hotel was a very pleasant one. The service provided was A-1. The rooms were also very well maintained. Mr. Naresh Pandey along with Shiv and the others were continuously at our service. The food at Blue Coriander restaurant was amazing. The butter chicken was cooked so well and definitely a must try. Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel. Highly recommended👍

weeks ago on Google Excellent room with really very nice soft linen.Excellent service I stayed in one of their room and found that they have kept the room well maintained and cleaned with really fresh and soft linen. Their cleaning is really a class. We had a dinner in the restaurant that was delicious made by Chef Kafeel, he came and personally even met us. He made very delicious food. Heartfelt thank you to him and his team.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are staff, especially Chef Kafeel and his staff. The food served was amazing and delicious too. The staff is incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four nights we were in Jaipur.
