When we checked in, the initial experience was very good but it very quickly turned bad when we checked in to our room 122. Right behind our room there was some wedding lunch and DJ going that was so loud that our room back door and windows were shivering and the glass was making noise. We reported this to the hotel staff but the hotel staff completely failed us. They did not take any corrective action and the loud music continued. We as a result left the hotel premises to escape the loud music. When we come to a place like yours we expect absolute guest comfort and it seems the hotel is constantly holding LOUD wedding events or other events. Both the days during our stay it was loud and noisy with no regulations to events for noise control. We pay so much 90K plus money to stay at such an establishment and we spend a lot of money on food (20K) and its a total waste and Zero value for money. If we cannot have peace of mind what good is such a fancy establishment. The hotel staff did not even offer us any upgrade or different room options. However the hotel Chefs, service and people are outstanding. The chefs went out of the way to provide my son with out of menu milk shake and food options.

We stayed here for a weekend and can't wait to visit again. The place is awesome so as the staff. We were here to celebrate daughters birthday. They have arranged wonderful cake and decorated our room. Breakfast is awesome and staff pays attention to all your needs. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed and will always prefer to Taj properties now.

My room was not only immaculate but also beautifully designed, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel's facilities, from the spa to the on-site dining, were exceptional. What stood out most was the breathtaking view from my room, offering a stunning perspective of the city. I had a really positive experience. The check-in process was easy because of the staff's extreme friendliness and assistance from the moment I arrived. The room exceeded my expectations in every manner and was the perfect location to relax and clean after a tiring day of traveling. The hotel is in a great position that makes it easy to get to local restaurants and activities.

On a discount coupon we went to this beautiful place. The place, ambience, lawn, architecture and food is great. The staff is courteous and polite. This place is an old fort converted into a heritage hotel. Although the price is slightly high on pocket but worth going once. U can listen to live music and dance by traditional dancers and singers. Overall a good experience

Beautiful stay at a beautiful palace! The best part of our trip had to have been our driver from the palace- Sataynarayan. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, informed about the city, and had the best recommendations. We felt like we were in the best hands during this time. Thank you so much Sataynarayan!! If you have no idea how to begin exploring Jaipur- seek him out. Such a wonderful time because of him!!!

Located close to the main shopping centre and historical monuments, Jai Mahal Palace is ideal for exploring the fascinating city of Jaipur. The majestic palace, a vast complex of regal rooms, pretty pavilions and charming colonnades set amidst 18 acres of landscaped gardens, traces its origins to 1745. What a treat to the eyes!

Beautiful Hotel with large quaint rooms and an extensive menu with great small local touches such as the flutist at breakfast, and the show at tea time. Special mention goes to the quality of the staff especially our hotel driver, Shankur, who went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The restaurants suggested were great and the 'off the beaten path' shops were well priced and of high quality, while Shankur ensured we got best pricing and were buying authentic items. Will visit again soon.

One of the best properties in Jaipur, located in the heart of the city. They have amazing food at their restaurants, specially at Giardino and Cinnamon. Staff is very polite and great service. One thing that really needs improvement is the entry at main gate during the press conferences. Every time there's a mess if you book this place for events. Otherwise this place is beautiful in all aspects.

Heritage property with huge spacious lawns. The best place to dine in open setting is its marble arch restaurant. The pool is superb. The rooms could have been bigger considering how large the property is. The nuisance as a guest is the weddings in the garden.

This was our first visit to Jaipur and were looking forward to our trip and our stay with Jai Mahal Palace. We heard a lot of good things about the hotel prior to our visit so we had very high expectations. The hotel truly lived up to our expectations. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Impeccable services, spacious, clean, and luxurious accommodations. The ambiance and the food at Marble Arch were delicious. From the moment we entered the hotel, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Loved the service of Marble Arch restaurant staff, particularly a big thanks to Mr. Aslam Khan. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and exceptional service made our experience a very memorable one. This is a five-star retreat that exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

We love this place. Our second visit and still as fabulous and homely with it. Great gardens fantastic staff, lovely pool. You come to Jaipur to see the sites but don't want to leave. Thoroughly recommended. There is also the even more upmarket Rambagh palace hotel, but I do prefer the Jai Mahal.

I just loved the property. It's spread in 18 acres and beautifully designed. Rooms are very well maintained. Staff is very courteous and gives you royal treatment. Size of the swimming pool was also very good. Gym facilities were well equipped. The day I visited there was an exibition of vintage cars and it made my visit very special, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Heritage at its best! We had a short stay in this hotel. On my request they decorated the room with balloons for my children and offered chocolates and cookies on arrival. It’s very quite property still within very much heart of the pink city. All major markets are near by. They arranged folk music and puppet show in the evening and live flute artist during breakfast. Breakfast buffet is really rich, I enjoyed the breakfast most :) It’s a low rise building and don’t offer lift facility. So if you are coming with senior citizens, please ask for ground floor room. Staff is really nice.

Grand, took my overseas guests, they were highly impressed. A Palace converted into heritage hotel. Right hotel and ambiance to treat high profile guests. Have Indian and Italian food choices. There is a live folk dance almost daily at around 7pm. It is worth watching. Also you should take your guests on a round inside the hotel and must show the ancient Chess Board.

This property is a joy to be at. The staff here are just excellent, ever smiling and make you feel at home. The ambience has the ethnic Rajasthani flavour to it and the food is good as well. Very happy with my stay and intend to come back with my family later

Attended a wedding here over 2 days in March 2022. Didn’t stay but have stayed in the past a few times commencing from 1997. Beautiful hotel with great service. The wedding function arrangements (4 of them) were great.

Clean facilities, helpful staff, checked in with friends and family as a group of 13. The breakfast had a good collection of south indian and north indian along with continental dishes. Chef Barman was very helpful in explaining and making the dishes to suit our taste.

The place is very well maintained. We were welcomed warmly and taken to the dining hall. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available . Staff are very helpful and courteous. The food is tasty. The place is very clean. There is lot of greenery and wildlife. We even saw peacocks in the gardens. Overall a great experience. The price is a bit expensive but it is worth the grand experience one will get while eating at Taj hotels run by IHCL Please upvote if you found this review helpful. 🙏. Thanks.

This does not feel like a Taj hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely tiny and claustrophobic. The staff is severely undertrained - a "backend" staff entered our room with the masterkey at 12 am (we were two girls) and left after muttering something about being a mistake and lied about our door being open. Room service for tiny things was extremely slow. The staff at Marble arch (the breakfast restaurant) can be better trained too. However, the food at Cinnamon and Giardino was great. They also enabled a smooth early checkin and late checkout. The overall landscape and location was good, with many peacocks around the property adding to its ambience.

My stay at the Jai Mahal was delight. The ambience was very good and quite positive. The staff was very cooperative and were always more than ready to solve any of the queries put forward by the guests. Moreover each member of the staff were very well mannered and soft spoken. The place was kept neat and tidy and met all the expectation I had made of the place.

Awesome property, staff was extremely nice and trained. This is maintained by Taj as we were told. It has three restaurants, which need pre booking, specially on weekends. They have cultural functions at 7pm.

You won't find such a beautiful ❤️💕❤️ place in its original traditional historical style. This is true Rajasthan essence if you are searching for any. Easily approachable and very convenient way. Trained and experienced qualified staff. One of the best you will find in Jaipur. If possible please check once. You will be amazed to see such a beautiful place in this hectic environs.

  • 3/5 Ranjit S. 1 year ago on Google
Terribly overpriced rooms. At close to 40k a night, one does expect the price to reflect the exquisitness of the rooms, and not the fact that the place is merely heading into peak tourist and marriage season. Food was also markedly average for a Taj property. Staff were all exceptional. Warm, welcoming and helpful at every step.

A amazing experience... Good rooms, service... Did i mention Food... One of the best interactions / experience with the staff, Managers n all... The most humbling experience when we left behind a piece of luggage at checkout and they had someone wait on the Road for us to come and collect ... Don't have enough words to explain how i felt ... Hats off to you all.

Well hotel is good. Our experience didn't turn out to be good based on how good the hotel rapport is. Hotel sunset view and all is good. We went for sunset time tea at Cinnamon. Disaster cup of tea. Like in a 5 star facility, I don't expect cup of tea in kullad. Plus it had absolutely 0 taste. Like I would give 10 rupees and have amazing tea anywhere.

The location was incredibly convenient, making it effortless to explore the city and come back to a snug haven at day's end.
