Firstly when i confirmed the room on call, i had requested if they could provide me an early check in as i had an early flight and they said that yes. They said that if they have a room available, they'll accommodate me at no extra charges. But when i reached the hotel, i was charged an extra ₹3000 for early check in. Since i was in a happy travelling mood, so i didn't bother to argue and made the payment. When i got my room, the exhaust in the washroom was not working and i had made a complaint immediately at the front desk, but even after 2 days of my stay, it wasn't fixed. They have a 24 hrs menu for room service, or atleast they say they have, but when i asked for room service at around 12AM, they said that they have closed the kitchen and they cannot serve anything now. On top of this, the doorbell in our room wasn't working, so i even complained about it on the first day itself. Instead of getting it repaired, the house-keeping staff and the Laundry staff would just walk into my room using their employee cards and later just say that since your bell wasn't working, we used our cards. I have been a guest of Radisson from past 8 years, but the Jaipur City Centre Radisson was the worst experience i had ever. I definitely will not recommend ever anyone to stay at this property.

Very nice hotel and good location for exploring Jaipur. Upgraded to a junior suite with a balcony and hot tub on arrival which was very kind! Good choice for breakfast and for food generally. Not top rated as mini fridge was not very cold and issue with drainage from shower so water would collect and fill the area, taking a long time to drain. Shower head also couldn't be placed well but needed to be held to avoid spraying everywhere.

Nice hotel, good rooms and great food. The staff in the restaurant especially were very attentive but we had some communication problems with reception: there were 3 of us, all female friends, sharing one room, so I considered paying for my own. Another friend had booked his own room not 30 minutes before. I asked reception for a price and the man there was rude, insisted it would cost me more money than my (male) friend had paid for a room and changed the quote 3 times, claiming it would be more expensive because of 'limited availability'.. this was gone 10pm when surely it would be better for them to sell another room to me than leave it empty? I ended up not bothering because I felt like I was being treated like I was stupid or lying or something. My friend also sent some laundry to be done and the following evening the staff said they hadn't received any laundry from that room at all. A while later they found it, and said they would drop it to his room by 11pm despite us having to leave at 4am the next morning for a flight. The bar is pointless too, feels like a random room with some chairs in. Despite all this I'm giving 4 stars for the good experience in the restaurants.

Amazing experience. Perfect location. All sightseeing places are within 5 kms except for Amer fort. They don't allow outside food, so I was bit concerned as I was travelling with my picky eater toddler, however the staff was very thoughtful and help me arrange food for my toddler as per my instructions. Yogendraji helped me manage my toddlers daily food requirements for the entire day. Overall It was a pleasant stay

Good hotel. Excellent service- not only is everyone polite but they execute every request or errand within minutes- room service, laundry pickup etc. Decent tariff. Good transport desk too. Good room, has room to move around and keep a couple of large suitcases. The washroom is also spacious. One gripe: the sweet fragrance they put in the corridors is overwhelmingly bad.

Brilliant hotel The rooms are wonderfully serviced and clean and the televisions are of good quality. You can watch cable but not screen share. The food is BRILLIANT and the service is good. The repsionists are kind and helpful and will not tell you anything for their benefit. Thankyou for the wonderful trip!

Went to the Radisson Jaipur City Centre for the Indian Shopping Carnival. Though, it was cheap and stayed for 3 days. Though the hotel is very nice. The staff is professional.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Jaipur. The property is close to a lot of major attractions and you will save quiet some time travelling around if you book yourself here. The staff is very helpful and caters to all the requirements

Overall great experience. But rooms are old and worn out. No such great view from the property. Its in City Centre but the area is still not that great. Otherwise, the staff was the sweetest. Accommodated most of our requests. Definitely value for money.

The hotel provided excellent service. The staff was friendly and attentive. The amenities offered were impressive, including a lovely pool and fitness center. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. There is no lift connected to Two wheeler parking.

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Check in was easy but they didn't tell where or when breakfast was, had to ask. Great AC with outside temp 100⁰F. Roof pool overlooks the city while drink a beer, just dial 4 and they bring you beer or food. Check the bill because they charged Rs400 but the sign by the phone said Rs320, but they corrected it. One bother but all over India 3 people in the room but 2 towels. We called for more towels Great until the maid comes and then back to two towels again every day. Restaurants are pricey Chinese restaurant bill was Rs5,000 for 3 with dessert. The other 2 restaurants were either Indian food or Indian food. I will stay again excellent service excellent staff. Breakfast on 2nd level is excellent with bacon, sausage(chicken)omelets to order, donuts, juice, coffee, fresh fruit. There were multiple Indian breakfast food options also, buffet style with 4 sides. Read previous posts about lack of hygiene I looked for that and saw only the most hygienic practices throughout. Minibar and refrigerator in the room as well as inexpensive room service some things available 24/7. FYI all alcohol has a 20% tax on it, so the price is not the price, that's an Indian thing 25% in New Delhi.

Beds are not at all comfortable keeping in mind the brand like Radisson. The location is excellent as it's close to the city and various tourist spots. Food is good, though expectation was much higher. Service is really good and fast.

Great hotel, wonderful helpful staff. Strong air freshening scent in the lobby. Buffet runs about 2600 Rs so if you want just a light bite the 3rd floor restaurant is a good option.

Was disappointed with this hotel. Whilst the rooms are okay, the service felt a little slow on the whole. Food in the main restaurant was also a little disappointing. The variety and quality of food is not as good as other hotels we have stayed in of a similar star rating. The hotel bar is such a dreary place to sit in. It feels like such an afterthought! But worst of all is the traffic noise. The hotel is too close to the main road which means you hear tooting all night! It's so frustrating if you are a light sleeper. Overall it is hard to recommend this hotel.

The room was facing the heavy traffic so the windows could have been more sound isolated but the traffic was reduced during the night so it was ok. The hotel had 3 restaurants where 2 were buffet / set menues the third was Chinese or thai. We arrived late our first night and wanted a small dinner before bed but no we had to have the set menu of 10 courses… a bit irritating when the first restaurant was a buffet and we tried to avoid a heavy meal. We were not the only ones who had a problem this this since we noticed other guests who tried to have smaller dinners as well.

Incredible encounter. Ideal setting. With the exception of Amer Fort, all tourist attractions are located within 5 km. Since I was traveling with my picky toddler, I was a little worried because they don't accept outside food. However, the staff was incredibly considerate and helped me set up food for my son according to my directions. Yogendraji assisted me in providing my toddler with all of the daily nourishment that they needed. All in all, I had a nice visit.

Nice beds and rooms. Clean. Good service. Nice breakfast buffet. Isolated from chaotic street noise. Neighborhood has places to eat. Some security at entrance. Bathroom hardware needs upgrades.

The hotel is located in the Jaipur city center on MI Road and offers spacious rooms. Check in was fast, room was well prepared but surprisingly the towel was not available in the room. I didn't had meals in the hotel but thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast with amazing spread of snacks from North Indian to South Indian and few international dishes as well. Plenty of bakery items, fruits, juices and live counter for eggs dishes and Dosa's. Checkout was equally fast and would love to stay again in this property.

A Radisson hotel in the centre of the Pink City. Formerly a Country inn ... It's small but well packed. Partly refurbished and completed well. The rooms are large well done with nice beds and clean linen. A nice warm all day restaurant named Mosaic is it's heart. Loved the food service and the people there. Also the choices of a Chinese and other restaurants. A nice terrace pool and a well equipped gymnasium. Overall a nice experience.

The stay was good for the level of hotel. It met all expectations. Staff was friendly and bd helpful. The only issue was initially when our booking through an external website was for 1 person instead of two which took some trouble to figure out but after all was good.

The best hotel experience in India. I’m from California and really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The food was delicious! The staff is very accommodating and attentive to their customers. I usually don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to let my fellow travelers know that this is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Jaipur!

Radisson Jaipur City Center We came first time to Jaipur. We stayed in the hotel Radisson city centre. It was a awesome trip and staying here. It was well sanitized, well clean and good services. Staff is very polite. And it's buffet is mind-blowing. It had super delicious food 😋. It had french, north and south Indian, veg.,non-veg. food. In my opinion not only in Jaipur it is one of the best hotel in Rajasthan. It was a family trip and we enjoyed a lot staying here. The swimming pool, gym and Chinese restaurant is really good. Swimming pool was very clean and no insects or no smell or no garbage. Gym is very big and good it has all the exercise machines. I loved the most was the luxury rooms. Every facility available and the jacuzzi was super super refreshing and comfortable. Rooms were small but cozy and comfortable. But I have one complaint of hangers to hang clothes in room bathrooms and swimming pool changing room. All things were 5star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the back side location was very noisy due to traffic, i know you can't help but that's it. I will tell and recommend all my friends or relatives to stay here whenever they'll visit Jaipur. And we also will always stay here in our every trip to Jaipur. We want you to continue the superb services and run this amazing hotel like this only in future. Fantastic room, and first class service and hospitality. The staff were all dedicated toward their work and ensuring the guests had the best stay. Especially in the restaurant, Palavi went out of her way to ensure all the guests were satisfied. Her and many of the other staff members were working very hard, bringing smiles to multiple families faces. Truly amazing, will definitely come again.

I am somewhat loyal to Radisson hotels, and stayed in various hotels belonging to the Radisson hotels. Talking about Radisson Jaipur City Center, this hotel is located in the center of the city this makes it easier for their customers to travel, explore, and reach out to major attractions. Check in process, you will be welcomed by a properly dressed "BIG Moustache Man", foreign travelers find him attractive. Check in was speedy as I was on exact time, for early check-in it's better to inform the hotel prior to your visit, as I found some people were arguing with the staff. Room was fairly sized, neat and clean with all the amenities. Complementary fruits and cookies were given around 4 pm in the room itself. Terrace pool is located on the terrace and is small. Breakfast buffet was amazing, Aloo Paratha and Tea was amazing, perfectly made. Service was amazing. Hotel was neat and clean, there were quiet corridors, the sleeping quality was good, and the bed was comfortable. My overall experience was amazing, I recommend it to everyone. Worth the Money.

The rooms, their services, food, ambiance are all worth it. The breakfast has multi cuisine variety and everything is delicious. The taxi services is really good. They guide you and suggest you everything according to your preference. Whenever in town, I highly recommend you give this a go.

One of the excellent hotels from the Radisson Group. Nicely decorated with an elegant interior. Good travel desk at the entrance lobby and courteous staff at the reception. Although entry to the Hotel is somewhat confusing. It's on the rear side of the main road without proper display board. Multiple cuisine options in the breakfast buffet and the food was delicious. Radisson hotel is located at the prime place of the city, in a close proximity to the Railway station and Bus Stand but this also makes uncomfortable scenarios because during the peak hours you have to travel through congested traffic, and also you can't expect a great view from the Hotel. Overall, it was a great experience.

Absolutely perfect. The rooms were so clean and cool the bed was amazing so comfortable and amazing to sleep in. The breakfast buffet was delicious so many options the staff were so helpful and accommodating always there to help with each request. Would highly recommend staying here amazing hotel

Excellent staff, good food at all the restaurants. The only issue is that even when you are not in your room, they use master key and clean up your room. So plz don’t keep your precious belongings inside the hotel room unchecked. But i must say the staff is honest. One star deducted only due to master key use issue

One of the best raddison hotels, i went there to meet a friend and the hotel room was truly worth it. It was huge, with clean rooms and proper lighting. The room service is fast, and you get tasty meals. The bathrooms are clean. The hotel might be really expensive for a common man but when you visit the hotel its truly worth every penny you spend. The location is easily accessible, the parking spaces are sufficient, and amazing rooms. I recommend people if you are searching a hotel in jaipur, do try staying in this.

A typical good quality hotel by Radisson. Excellent breakfast buffet options with multiple cuisines. Good travel desk and courteous staff. Overall, it was a great experience. As it is at the city center, don't expect a great view

Nothing to say . My experience with this hotel is not good. Room size is not great. The location is also not good. I like the breakfast but the Dineer part was not good. The option was limited in dinner. If you are going with family should explore other good option for stay. .

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is great but need to improve the hygiene during the breakfast. Didn’t get the final settlement bill at the checkout. Don’t want to give 1 star because of above reasons. Giving you a 3 for now. Will come back in few months and will try again.
