We stayed here for one night. The service and hospitality was not up to mark. The couches and chairs near pool area were very dirty with pigeon 💩💩💩shit and nobody cleaned it. During check in they didn't even tell us about welcome drink. Breakfast buffet was average in taste. The staff was only concerned about review and kept telling us to write a good review mentioning there name.

This hotel is simply stunning. I cannot hold the staff they did everything in their power to make our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and there’s so much to do and they clearly are made for relaxing. the bathroom is huge, and the walls of bath can be opened up so you can relax while soaking and watch TV at the same time. The shower is a delight I have never seen a shower so huge I couldn’t stop showering. Fantastic addition to have lots off shampoo and body gel in the bathrooms, instead of those tiny tubes, most hotels have. Highly recommended 👍🏻

They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in very early. The executive rooms are little dated and needs refurbishment. The sleep comfort can improve as there was noise coming from outside. The breakfast was great. The staff at the property was caring and pleasant.

As the name mentioned it's a luxury stay. You would enjoy well maintained room and lobby temperatures, friendly staff and all the five star services. The rooms were clean n place is pet friendly. The only issue is their check in times are big time mess, we requested for an early check-in over call and they confirmed on same but when we reached the hotel the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in lobby and infact we were given the time later than their normal check in times which was post 3 hours of our arrival. This is really pathetic for a 5 star.

Didn’t use the pool since it was too cold, but the gardens are gorgeous. Room bed was springy without being too soft. Would stay here again for sure

The stay was splendid; however the reason for 4 stars, rather than 5 would be another night spent at a different property(Taj, Amer Jaipur). The staff at this property does require some training on giving a more inviting Vibe. The front desk staff is good; however other staff does need some training on greeting the guests when they see in lobby or elsewhere as would be expected from a 5 star Luxury and expensive property(as compared with almost all similar properties in Jaipur). Smiling faces as well would help, which I did not see many among the staff. The make of the hotel is spectacular though and so is the food. A walk at night by the pool is amazing if the weather is pleasant. A dimly lit garden and soft music playing in the background makes you stroll by the pool more than you would like to. Nice place for a stay with family, solo or friends. The location is the centre of the city so simply hail a cab or the hotel will provide theirs(chargeable) if you are tired to drive. Though I would most probably put a repeat stay at Taj, but this hotel is worth at least a stay to feel Rajputana Luxury.

Located in the heart of city and very near to railway station this property offers unmatched services in terms of rooms, dinning or recreational activities one cannot ask for more. Super cooperative and friendly staff will make your stay as memorable as it could be. Highly recommended

The staff doesn’t seem to welcome the Pet on the pet-friendly property. Apart from being a pet-friendly hotel, other services were excellent. My sincere suggestion to the hotel management is, please drop off a pet-friendly facility from your hotel. My rating here is only for Pet-friendly. If I exclude pet-friendly: The rating will be 4 stars. I felt like a hostage with my dog in your hotel and you can’t judge my pet and me with your past bad experiences with other pet parents. If you didn’t like a pet on your property then remove this from your facility list. Many thanks Uday

The interiors of this hotel are amazing, luxurious. The reception area is huge and has a very royal look. Many of the interiors and rooms have got white marble finishing and has quite premium look. All the restaurants inside the hotel are quite popular and offer spread of multiple cuisines. Central located pool is quite big and its definitely a fun area.

It was OK. Not happy with the way room interior are and the placement. And in summer the arrangements aren't good .kindly improve on summer arrangements for wedding functions it gets super hot if any function is in the exterior. Such a fancy hotel with beautiful interiors but rooms could have been better designed as well. And the wedding banquet hall is so small

Immensely beautiful property! But what made them exceptional is their services. Be it Housekeeping, restaurant staff, or anyone, they were extremely sweet, kind to us. They genuinely looked after us very well. I wish I could remember their names for appreciation but everyone were so good!

Had stayed there last year, indeed one of the best property to be away from daily corporate routine and a feel of a royal cuisines.... makes it feel awesome. Room was clean and sanitized. Room service and customer service is little slow but responsive. Enough place for kids to enjoy. Food in room service was cold and not to our taste and so we complained. Chief himself called and took the request of what and how we wanted and made it for us. He even made Sply for kids. Only best places with best hospitality gives such spl feel. Really enjoy and look forward to be there again...

Great property to stay in. Outside architecture may not give one the vibes of a "Royal Rajasthani Property" however once one is inside - the architecture, the friendliness & professionalism of the staff demonstrates really sets this property apart. Evening time around the pool is also a relaxing experience. The breakfast spread was above average and while I have heard great reviews of "Peshawri" restaurant, I found the food to be average for my Indian palate.

Luxurious place, beautiful architecture and wonderful interior design. Service is excellent and prompt. The rooms are clean and full of amenities. Variety of artistic painting 🎨🖌️ all over the place. The pool is awesome, sheeshmahal is awesome. One of the top luxurious places of Jaipur located at the heart of the city.

My experience with ITC was phenomenal. The 2 days stay in the place gave me and my family an imperial view of Rajasthan. The room services, food, ambience , hygiene and facilities were top notch.

I had a great stay at the ITC Rajputana, the check in was smooth and the staff was very hospitable. The food was excellent and I highly recommend the hotel. I would like to emphasis that our butler Prem was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Courtesy him we didn’t need assistance with anything whether it be food, housekeeping and travel.

The hotel is beautiful with some amazing decor. Staff are friendly and always ready to help, very courteous & professional. A special shout out to the Executive Chef & kitchen brigade. Food is simply superb, full of flavors and deliciously yummy. A team of well trained culinary experts taking you on an amazing culinary journey. Well done & keep up the great work💯💫

What an incredible hotel! Quite the first impression and fantastic service! Our housekeeper in particular, Ram Singh, was exceptionally courteous and attentive! Very fortunate to be in this world class hotel.

This place defines luxury. I had a comfortable stay. The staff was very amicable and courteous. The service was very prompt and the property is beautiful. I don't think I expected anything more from them in my previous visit. However, the corridors were labyrinths as we got lost in those quite a few times. Since it is a huge property, wayfinding was a little bit of a task within the campus.

Mr Dharmesh was really pleasant and helpful, and made our move from one room to another very pleasant. Overall everyone is helpful and the place looks nice and cozy. A bit old , as the building is, but the room looks great, marble everywhere and really clean. We had a nice view over the pool inside and that makes a bit difference than have view over the city.

Amazing experience overall. Entire service throughout our stay was very smooth and comforting. Breakfast was also great. Mr. Sudhir ensured we had a great culinary experience. We thoroughly enjoyed all the exquisite delicacies. Would highly recommend this place in Jaipur.

Terrible hotel experience with poor response from management regarding badly conditioned/scented rooms. Calling this a “luxury collection hotel” is a misnomer. Shout out to the support staff - luggage helpers, concierge - who were very helpful. The restaurant staff and chef were quite friendly.

It was absolutely perfect. lovely room, prompt service, and very good attention to detail. I would also like to mention the name of a gentleman, Mr. Ankur, from the housekeeping. He was very sweet and remembered sweet little things and made the stay even better. The hotel is definitely worth it! :)

Comfortable hotel, very good location, good amenities and service. Facilities are good - spa, pool and club services were very nice. Rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. Housekeeping standards were a little below par, with a complaint needed to get the hotel rooms cleaned to a satisfactory level. Breakfast had limited options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Right next to the railway station. A five minutes walk from the railway station. I went there for a meal and was happy with the service and quality of the food. The food was better value and better prepared than Radisson. The hotel looks aged and old from the outside but is quite smart and attractive inside.

Stayed here for 2 days Very nice hotel & staff, the lady at reception gave us a complimentary upgrade to room 1415. It was a nice room with day bed, breakfast and dinner were good. Special thanks to chef Sadashivji for special breakfast, he made sure we were well attended he’s very good with kids too.

Wonderful stay here, gorgeous quiet oasis in a bustling city - our rooms were beautiful and modern with very comfy beds. The food was absolutely delicious- can highly recommend Peshawri - this is a must visit for dinner (or lunch!)

Just a couple of points to be taken care of - The baby chairs in the restaurant are dirty and needs to be changed. Tye baby play area is also dirty and needs thorough cleaning.

The hotel is huge, our room ) is quite spacious for couple, very clean, modern, Bed is super comfy and clean, bathroom is large and that shower is soooo nice. Very comfortable hotel, clean and pretty and spacious, with great customer service. Everyone is helpful and friendly. There is only one elevator bank for all rooms so it can be a very long walk to get to your room from the lobby. Removed a star because the restaurant (breakfast and dinner buffet) have mediocre food and service can be extremely slow. I’d stay here again but opt to eat elsewhere.

This is a very luxurious property. The staff gave us personal attention that started even before our stay, with texts in advance to make sure our needs were met. The only reason for me not to give 5 stars is that I felt they could have kept things a little warmer indoors (we visited during the winter season when the temperature outside was in the 40s and 50s) and also because they cancelled our driver and tour because of a staff issue, and did not help us to arrange a private driver.
