What one looks in a hotel ? Hospitality & Service ? Well this place offers more than that. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are tiny yet maintained and the in house catering and restaurant offers scrumptious food. The staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the premises while the service is prompt although, it can get a little slow when the hotel is at capacity during wedding season. Services include gift shops, salon, spa, gym, bar and grill, restaurants, swimming pools, valet and rented vehicles. Will definitely suggest a stay here as the prices vary greatly depending on the season ranging between ( rs 3500-4500 ) and the plus point is, it is located right in the heart of city.

Great service, lovely spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The check in was courteous, friendly. The staff are ever helpful and available. Its right in the city center will restaurants, cafes and other things close. Its also pretty close to the various monuments and other sight seeing attractions. They have a few restaurants and the food is great here. A little pricey I must say but the breakfast buffet is a lovely spread.. good place to stay and enjoy a shut down..

We stayed at the Hilton for a few nights in April & had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was one of the best we had. The only issue we had was that we had some laundry done at the hotel & we found the rates to be higher that most 5 star hotels, we were charged around 300 rupees for a shirt/top & 100-150 rupees for smaller items. Our laundry bill came to almost 6000 rupees, for around 20-25 items! The hotel should inform guests of these exorbitant prices before or during laundry collection. Based on the other factors will still rate them 5 stars

Like this hotel alot. It feels like home away from home. Amazing care and love shown by people here. I think the people at the top of this hotel chain are really cool and smart. Also, Sometimes you get the same room at very low price in off-season.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while checking out we forgot one of my dress in their wardrobe. When we asked them about it later. They denied it and said, "Nothing was left behind as we have report of it." And that's how I forgot one of my belonging which now they are denying to return it back. Well, I am happy that it was just a piece of cloth not something super expensive. This gesture of Holiday Inn left a dent on our whole experience and that's why we are rating them 1

This is a great hotel. Has a buffet as well as an "American" style restaurant and bar. Food is excellent. Buffet has a very large selection of dishes. Large rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Service is excellent. Could not find any fault.

The new airplane has party space, offering a variety of fun activities like pool parties as well as perfect venue for birthday parties and reunions. Additionally they have in-house dining and bridge side dining facilities thus the new airplane future is about to become your favorite destination in the Also the new airplane has parking and locker room facilities as a result, you don't need to worry about your vehicle or any other important thing.

Overall Holiday Inn, is one of the most high rated and reviewed hotel and the truth is yes it is quite good. Overall experience was great and fabulous ☺️. But i am giving only 4 start because of their parking. No lifts in parking and basement 3 is the worst, very smelly and unhygienic. You can literally see dump flowing openly. Consider maintaining it and making it bearable.

In terms of value for money, it was a good stay in Jaipur. Room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool however is completely overrun with (bathing) pigeons, and there was unfortunately a dead one in the area surrounding the pool. Hopefully the hotel can sort out this issue to enhance the stays of guests.

Great rooms and service. The rooms are spacious and was provided with all necessary amenities. Food was good with various options, both breakfast and dinner. One thing I could say they might need to improve is the sink of the women's public bathroom on 1st and 2nd floor. It doesn't work well and the water kept splashing everywhere.

This hotel is the definition of adequate. The location is good for tourist type activities and the food is ok (albeit extremely overpriced). We stayed here for four days. The room was generally humid and sometimes smelled of cigarettes (due to someone next door smoking in there room) even though we booked a non-smoking room. The first room we were brought to when we checked in reeked of cigarettes and we were quickly moved. The staff are what really make this place not worth it, they are generally extremely unhelpful to the point where they could not help book a cab to the airport and recommend that I use Uber. (Which Jaipur may be the worst city for Uber as I was never able to book a ride.) I would recommend that you find and stay at a different hotel.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, well maintained and clean property. Great hospitality. Tasty food (cooked to order so everything is fresh). Having breakfast in the garden with the mountains in the backdrop is a plus. Overall quite, would definitely recommend for a luxurious stay

Pretty nice hotel. It's 5 star on paper but don't expect it to be a luxurious 5-star, it's decent and comfortable. However there were things in our room that didn't work such as the USB port, international plug point and one of the telephones. Service staff were reaponsive and provided an international converter but for a 5-star hotel I expect these things to always be checked and working.

Modern hotel with good location and great service. Food is also great with good spread and mix of cuisines. Front desk staff are active and attentive. Got a city view room. Best part in room is the bedding near the window where one can lie down and view the moving traffic directly.

I have never stayed in their rooms as I live quite near the hotel. However, I have had their dinner buffet countless times in the past. This time though was for a terahvin of an elder in the family held in the banquet hall. The stage set for the devotional music was nice and so were all the other arrangements including food.

If ever there was a perfect hotel then this would be that. The location, rooms, services just wow!! They have amazing stores inside the hotel too. The employees were so friendly, loved their hospitality. Restaurants were really nice. Tasty food. We had a gala time there!!

Excellent facilities. Very courteous staff who were willing to trouble shoot any problem at the earliest..An amazing breakfast buffet. When seeing the city i strongly advise booking a car at the hotel itself as their drivers are trained, knowledgeable and gentle as compared to rental cab services. All in all we had a fantastic stay here and I highly recommend it. To add we travelled with a toddler

Staff were All amazing. I wish I could remember all their names especially in the Dinig room. The breakfast way incredible. Quality and taste and variety Better than Many more expensive hotels
