i had stayed in Sarovar premier in Jan 2023. when we had booked the room we were promised room with King bed and bathtub but when we actually went in, the desired rooms were not available and even after paying a hefty amount we had to compromise with the room. Another thing, when i checked out my jewelry and bag i forgot in the room. so i asked my friend to collect it as she was still there. When she asked in the reception they said there was nothing left in the room. After a lot of argument they gave back just the jewelry. They stole my bag. Be aware before going there.

This place is worth every penny if you are staying under Rs. 1500-2000 per night. The location of this place is really good and it's on the main road only but, please don't expect any good view from your room window. Hospitality wise this place is really good. I have only one concern and that is the room floor. The floor doesn't look clean even after room service.

Beautiful piece of property. The only problem was reaching it as google maps location was confusing and had to circle back 3 times before we saw it. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Good breakfast buffet, helpful staff and nice ambience.

Rooms are clean & neat. Hotel is premium. Parking is available. There is also a Bar. Bathroom and toilet are in best condition. Pool & Gym also available in best condition. Hotel management is polite and professional but except the technician who look after Tata Play services. Breakfast has several varieties which are delicious Problems - Chefs serve the meal based on their requirements in serving to the rooms. But approaching to reception, the management helps you quickly. Most of the meal are not available everytime in afternoon, evening and night for being served in the room. Dining staff doesn't pick up the phone until you reach to the reception. I also asked for bringing a soap but they didn't provide for 3 hours. Technician person not professional, he talks with sarcasm and different tone.

Every other sound... May it be people talking in next room or corridor or a train whistling away afar... Or even a dog barking on roads comes vividly into room... Besides, our room was beside the lift. A few hours after taking yesterday's breakfast at hotel restaurant both myself and my wife started having abdominal cramps and diarrhoea. At night we ordered a plate of steamed rice, boiled potato, one roti and milk... They gave it after one and half hours after two phone calls.... Besides, they charged 395/- for two boiled potatoes. Lastly,I had booked this room about a month back from their website ... Had to pay approx 7000/- per night with breakfast... We booked for three nights... After we checked in their same website showed the same room at 4000/- with breakfast per night.

Couldn't sleep all night due to loud honking of trains just outside our window and music of a wedding No heater Overall miserable stay. Never again Paid 9k for this misery. Not worth paying even 2 k

Room interior is well designed. Breakfast and dinner have buffet system with multiple options for veg and non veg. They also serve on demand items. Apart from this they have live counters in food. Bar with wonderful open space. Swimming pool facility is also available.

We stayed here for a night and found the place to be good. the rooms were clean and well maintained. But for triple occupancy the room are small, since we just stayed one day didn't feel it be inconvenient. But if you are planning to stay for more than a day it might be. The staffs were very polite and made a stay pleasent.

Right from the start this hotel has all serious issues: Infra, uncooperative a d rude staff. The do not even clean room properly, forget the desired standard of this hotel. Receptionists are not only non cooperative but also very rude. They seem to take guests for granted. If we ask for some problem fixation, they say this is what can get and if we ask for manager interference for resolution, they say we can't disturb the "manager". The quality of room is in standard. The bedding is totally disgusting. Staff is literally uneducated and not a problem solver and damn adamant. I am highly disappointed in my stay. Deeply regret my decision of opting this property. SHAME!!

I found the hotel an average hotel. No such wow feeling. The entrance gate could be improved. Parking area is quite less compared to other hotels. Reception was courteous. Room was neat and clean. Hot water available in shower. In room dining received call after so long but room delivery was on time. AC was good but not cold. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.

Came here to attend a marriage, the hospitality and rooms overall top rated. Quite popular among foreign tourists is what I saw in my stay of 2 days.

PATHETIC service to say the least. No one cares about the guests' requests for towels on the pool deck and it takes them nothing less than 30 minutes to get a single towel. And you approach the staff to give feedback on the issue and no one cares. I've never seen a hotel of this "stature" treat its guests like this. I'm going to be making sure this reaches the highest levels of the management. Those seeing this review, AVOID this property.

Bad behaviour of the staff.. did not agree to give room as per tele conversation when arrived.. and also had blocked the rooms online when we asked to match the online rates.. disappointed with the staff behaviour.. even had checked in at sarovar last nite agra.. it was pretty good.. but jaipur hotel staff didn't even serve a glass of water when asked. Bad experience

You don't feel the hospitality you should feel in such a premier property. I took my mother here because I wanted her to experience her first luxury hotel but it was not up to the mark. No one escorted us to our room after check in. No info on wifi, restaurant time, pool etc was given. We booked the room for three people but the room wasn't big enough. To top it off, every amenity in the room were for two people, not three. Tried ordering breakfast in our room one day but no one would pick the call. I've had much better experience staying at their Portico range of hotels. This was just disappointing.

this place is really good...they call it a 4 star hotel but everything is of 5 star quality and the hotel looks 5 star on the outside the service is also really good and a special mention of Mr Kishen who served us breakfast at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was an international one and is of 5 star quality. The rooms were quite spacious and the staff were very gracious and courteous...on the whole a very good hotel.

Overall decent place - decent service, decent food and rooms but bed quality was very mediocre. I couldn’t entire night because of that. Def not good value for money. I wouldn’t prefer to visit this place again.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s noisy, the hotel has no heater and they play loud music in the corridors. The staff give silly excuses for everything and refuse to take any accountability. Would definitely not recommend Sarovar Premier - please look elsewhere.

Poor property maintenance. The.pool was the main attraction and was maintained well. Rooms and room service was very average. Reception and breakfast at the restaurant was good. Not a great spread but was good enough. Overall an average experience.

great hotel, great price. and the bar was great too! surprisingly one of my favourite meals in india! the chilli chicken and veg pakora were so good! veg pakora was a bunch of different veg fries - peppers, onion, cheese. chilli chicken was divine ! recommend for anyone visiting jaipur !

Room features a spacious double bed, nice desk, nice restroom with complimentary towels, and a safe/closet. Also had some issues getting the tv to work. Staff were kind and friendly and they have a breakfast and dinner buffet downstairs for all stayers. They have plenty of options and their naan is great, and they can even make things like dosa from request. Definitely suggest this hotel great hotel in Jaipur. Only issues I had were the fact there was no retractable couch in our room but the staff quickly resolved it. PS: It is located across the street a bit down from the Google map location

Property and location is good, enough parking. Basic facilities, average taste food. Rates are like 4 star property. Ample Room size, they say it is 5 star but feels 3 star, Don't expect more.

Stayed there with my family and girlfriend when we came to Jaipur this year in November. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me plan my proposal to my girlfriend. They were very responsive and made sure that everything went right. The hotel is well located and very convenient to visit the whole of Jaipur. I really recommend it !

Staff is humbled but don't have house keeping number you have to call directly to reception again and again if you need any requirement related to house keeping. morning breakfast is awesome

Hotel located in a city... Room was very spacious and food quality was too good... But the only problem is service staff.. we asked so many time to clean the room and washroom they did not come and when they come to clean the room they did not change the towels and bath soap and other accessories.. same in tea & coffee refelling. I just wanna told hotel management pls look into this thing and improve your service staff.. rest all the this are good

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Spacious and neat room with well mannered staff. Restaurant is too good. They have a large list on their menu. The breakfast buffet has many variety, and tasty food.

I booked a room. It was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was good. But the staff is very sleepy. They take ages to deliver a dosa and tea for breakfast. The chairs were occupied for the breakfast. Very slow service in the hotel. No one wished Good morning or thank you etc. Only the reception person and gate person wished me. They should provide training to their staff how to treat the guests. No five star environment. Only the building is new and big. Book another hotel instead.
