Good & peaceful ambience with pool side. Food was also good. Good for the people who loves peaceful & calm place. Evening is the best time to visit this place as it becomes more colourful.

The hotel is close from the airport but it’s a little far from the main city and its attraction locations. The staff is very courteous and tend your requests. The pool is on the terrace and has great views. Definitely worth staying the property. Also you can call and ask for rates, then you can get a better deal. The breakfast spread was also big and really good.

Jewellery shop & Souvenir shop are the charm at lobby. Rooftop Pool and Color Bar is big plus to the hotel. Every room is equipped with bathing tub and premium amenities available for the Guests. For me the Biggest plus.. It’s No Smoking 🚭 Zone property but for smokers the only option is roof top space otherwise a fine of Rs 5000 is waiting to be put on!!! Location of the property is Nice. If you’re having wish to ride 🐎 On the backside of the property Training space is there (Paid) Where you can hone your riding skills.

Although Radisson Jaipur is not recommended at all, this bar is a must visit if you are staying in Radisson Jaipur or nearby. Recommend for harddrinks, cocktails and a mouth watering food menu! Away from main city Rooms are very old. They have not done much to upkeep the property. Doesn't live to the standard of Radisson. Food is good. Only in the restaurant Marketplace located on the ground floor. The Asian restaurant is BAD!

Well decorated, spacious, modern rooms. The best part is it is just besides the Airport but there is no sound disturbance. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant serves delicious food. Bar options are good. Worth mentioning is the gym which has all the latest amenities. Well behaved security and housekeeping staff. Overall the hotel is well equipped and easy to go at any point of time specially for solo travel

We didn't get any welcome from hotel during check-in. Room environment is good. But the door of washroom is not locked and the key card is not functioning maximum times. Feathers of pegion are found in swimming pool and pool time is not sufficient (7 am to 7pm). Gym facility is satisfying. Tooth rush and paste is not provided at all even after damanding through hotel staffs.

It's a decent hotel which is not too expensive. Good for families and couples. The food was reasonably good as well. Located on the 'lifeline' road of Jaipur, so it's very conveniently placed. Ready to get taxis and other transport.

A good option in Jaipur with proximity to the airport. The food and the service standards at the restaurant are good. The Chef was kind enough to go around talking to the guests. Check-in was a quick affair without hassle. The food is a bit overpriced even by Radisson standards. The gym is lousy to say the least, and even 3 star hotels have better equipment and space. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Good food. Excellent security. But the drinks were very expansive. We paid 20$ for one beer, a coke and a lassi.

Avg considering they had a wedding ceremony.. not relevant to price. Can provide a cheaper and attractive stay place like hyatt palace they treat there client in a good way . Raddision not sure due to lot of customers. Only in breakfast the person monitoring the breakfast table was good asking about food and stuffs.

I went here for attending international live conference. Meeting hall was very good and well managed. With great service. catering was also good.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. I stayed in a business class room but the rooms were poorly maintained, the staff was rude, and the bathrooms weren't clean. I wonder about the state of standard rooms in the hotel. Despite the high cost, the experience fell far short of a 5 star property, making it an unworthy and unpleasant stay. Even more pathetic was to wait in queue for breakfast buffet which made me really think about the standard of the hotel and their management. I regret my decision to choose this hotel for my stay. Not at all recommended.

Mixed review for this hotel . 1)Rooms were good however there was improvement area in room service . The in room dining person asked me to either pay upfront or talk to reception so that I can sign the bill and can settle during checkout in one go . It was bit surprising . 2) The reading table chair was dirty and old . 3) Most problematic part was the invoice copy . The front desk did not provided me the invoice copy during checkout and when I wanted to get one after 4 to 5 days they kept on shifting me from reception to finance department and back to reception and so forth . To get this simple task done it was a cumbersome experience and still not received my copy. Not at all appreciated ..

Zero star rating. This is not at all 5 star hotel, 2-3 star hotels are much better. Property is in extremely bad shape & mismanaged. Key highlights- broken furniture, Dirty sofa, bed & curtain, unhygienic bathroom. If you really care about personal health & hygiene then never plan stay in this hotel. Hotel staff will try to provide alternate room but unfortunately entire property is in same condition. Never recommend to anyone.

The worst experience ever. Service is very poor. I stayed there with my 1 year old kid and this so called 5 star hotel is not at all kid friendly. Staff is not co-operative. Don't come here if you want to come Jaipur for vacation. Person at reception whose name is Richin, is not at all co-operative and impolite.

Horrible experience at redisoom blue. Booked a room at thier flagship jaipur property from 20th till 22nd only to be greeted by a rude check-in and a room which had a chewing gum stuck near the door. The wood work falling apart stains on the furniture (see the stains on the red couch and guess what that might have been) and shower with fungus growing on it. But the real horror starts after notifying the hotel staff about this. First the house keeping staff came and had to have a look and dissappred. After 20 odd mins I called the reception and asked for a manager. He came had a look and dissappred. We went to the reception and after waiting for another 30 mins we were offered and others room but the state of the room was the same, falling apart wooden work stained furniture and my favourite spider webs underneath the table. Mind you we came to the hotel at 11 pm and it was already 12:30 am by now. Furstated we asked for a refund and started looking for alternative stays then the manager came and offered us a suit. We had a look at the suit and it was filthy as well so we asked for a refund and the were told the suit was the best they could do. It was already 1 am furstated we asked the hotel staff to show us the suit again so we could film just how bad of a condition the suit was in with curry satins on the couch, dirty bedding, dirty rugs and Fungus in the shower!! Please avoid booking this property and save yourself from the nightmare.

Welcome to the worst Radisson in the country. The servers are worst - we didn’t get water, food, tissues after multiple requests. Had to escalate to their manager who is the most clueless person here. The morning buffet is average. The people at the reception desk and servers are rude. No professionalism. Rooms are fine. Please do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

One of the worst hotel i've ever experienced. The staff is impolite and unprofessional : - calling at 8 A.M to see my passport (informations that have already been checked before) - sending email to tell that i leaved the hotel without paying whereas i paid on their website. Furthermore, the room was pretty dirty (lot of dust, windows uncleaned...) That's clearly not a 5 star hotel.

Nice place to stay with my family staff is very good and well maintained and groomed Miss Shivani and Mr Surya they both very friendly and helpful to me she responded very fast of my all needs she is really very kind girl . Apart from ambience, nothing was good here. Food quality and quantity both were not up to the mark( I only ordered veg). The staff was also very slow. I ordered orange mojito which was tasteless, never had this type of mojito. For me yesterday was the first and the last visit at colorbar, all the very best.

It was a good experience. The service by Mr. Gaurav was excellent. Chef shekhar and chef mahinder were really cool to talk with and food was awesome. Going to visit again soon.

Stay was awesome. Service was very good. Busy place, front desk needs to be updated to cater to load. Pool needs to be better maintained, probably have a separate pool for pigeons as they keep coming and their feathers are all over in the pool.

Just an average stay. It does not feel like a 5-star property at all. rooms are nothing comparable to 5 star facilities provided in other places. Towels did not seem clean and there were many toiletries missing. B'fast was average. No fresh juice - only canned juice was available. Food quality was below average and even the spread options were limited. In the lunch buffet item is very much limited. The stay was very much frustrated.

Hotel is very near to airport. Rooms are good and hospitality is excellent. (For a South Indian food isn’t spicy enough :D). Also, to mention names; Nikita has done exceptionally good job in hospitality. Buffet was good but then I missed having spicy food. Overall I would rate 4 for taste and 5 for other stuff.

Expected 5 Star quality, but totally disappointed. Room's floor had cracking sound, washroom lock was broken, amenities were minimal. Some switches were out of place, washroom's water spilled into the room. And on top of that the key card system was the worst! Everytime I go into the room I had to go to the lobby to fix the key card cause it was malfunctioning, same for everyone who was with me. Staff seemed unhelpful and unprofessional in dealing with customers. Food quality and items were average, many standard items Missing. Overall, below the per quality experience.

I just came back from here yesterday and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Me and my family arrived around 2pm and half the rooms still weren’t ready. We got all our rooms at 4.30pm around. Staff seemed very uninterested in their job. Rooms had a weird smell. All the furniture seemed very old and scratchy. Switches weren’t working properly. Few of the sockets didn’t had power.Toiletries were missing. I asked for an empty cup as all of the cups in our room were used they straight up denied giving an empty cup. Ordering in room dining is such a hassle they just keep redirecting and won’t give a clear response. I have to go down and order the food there also they were stalling. Just save your time and money and don’t stay here.

Food taste is not at all good. Rooms average, maintenance prone. You can have a feel of what you are going to experience looking at the state of the carpet in front of the rooms and the odour around, doesn't give that feel of fine dining/living.

Good facilities and service in rooms. Staff were so polite and had a good experience while talking to them. Nice ambience and clean place. Had a good food but that was too spicy. Everyone doesn't eat too much spicy food so they should have asked before.

1. Poor management. Even when we arrived at 5:30 pm the room was not ready. We were made to wait. 2. The Room that was allotted to us was prepared shabbily and in a hurry. There were no water bottles, no toiletries and no footwears in the room. 3. The tiles in the bathroom were broken. 4. Bedside lamp was not working. 5. Bathroom shower was leaking. 6. The luggage was not delivered in the room. It kept lying unattended in the lobby. I had to go back to the lobby and request someone to shift it. It's only been one hour in this hotel... and i already have so many complaints to make but no one has the time to listen. Update :- When i requested for an audience with the manager, it was conveyed that our room can be changed. A change of room cannot compensate for the agony that we have gone through. The Manager Mr Mohit did not even have the courtesy to see us once and hear our grievance. The Hotel management needs to learn that sometimes just listening to guests is enough. Not all problems can be solved by offering goodies. Sadly i ended up wasting my time running after hotel staff to get things in order.

Great experience staying here. Would recommend to everyone. Food was also amazing. I had one issue, door Unlock was not working. Everytime I had to call the reception to send someone to unlock it with master card. And it was repaired next morning after waiting about an hour outside the room.

Hy I'm so happy with this hotel because of all was very nice and service was very great with neat and clean, In covid time we know that sanitized is very important so all was good as per standard everything was updated and would like to Appreciate to Ms Rajni for her professional work and greet style which was so nice and she has good service sop and she knows how to deal to customers. I've checked in almost every 5 star in Jaipur and this was one of the best stays. On the pricing side, it's on the lower side and they provide a lot more amenities than other 5 stars at the same price like they have a bathtub in a room which is not in case of every room in other Hotels.
