Delicious food prepared by expert cooks/Chef's. Plenty of stores are located inside the premises for shopping. Nice vibes at Lounge18. Large swimming pool and it has decent shallow area for kids too. Hotel is located near Airport. Half an hour drive to major tourist destinations.

The stay at Jaipur marriot was an awesome experience for us. I stayed along with my wife and it was pure luxury helped by great hospitality. The entire process starting from the entrance till thr check-in, the room, the entire place was just beautiful. The staff is extremely generous and helpful. Room service is also pretty quick. Food was also nice. We had breakfast included booking and the entire buffet breakfast was delicious inclusive several live counters. It had both veg and non veg options and it just added joy to our taste buds. The only drawback I see here is that it's quite far from the city centre and it taked you around 30 mins to reach any tourist place in Jaipur. In all, highly recommended for a luxurious stay at Jaipur. Cheers!!

Great place to stay in Jaipur. Amazing breakfast at the restaurant helps the stay. Hotel staff does an excellent job although the same cannot be said about the front desk. Be prepared for some random charge on your credit card days after you check out. No explanation or bill given as to why you are being charged. Hotel goes radio silent on it when you question them. As a Marriott Platinum member I'm surprised this property gets away with it.

We spent a lot of time at the hotel given the hot weather, and loved everything about the property. As a platinum Bonvoy member, I was pleased with the Platinum amenities and the recognition. We had an amazing 5 days stay here. Everything was fantastic.. Amazing hospitality by the staff, delicious food served at okra restaurant, beautiful and extensive buffet spread. We had Amazing experience at Jaipur marriot Hotel.Lot of food options in breakfast and dinner . Very nice clean room, bathroom, pool, hotel. Service was very quick.what a nice view from my room. They even arranged cake in room for celebration. Allowed us to checkout 1 hour late without charges. Staff was very polite, responsive.

My family stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is nice from outside, however the staff is terrible. The kitchen breakfast staff are the only ones who were friendly and professional. The staff at the front desk always looked completely lost and did not have any smiles on their faces. We called them a few different times during our stay, and they told us they would call us back, however we never heard back from them. The housekeeping staff is equally lost and unfriendly. They would pass by us in the halls at all times of the day without any friendly greeting or smiles- just ignoring us! They should not be working at the hotel if they are miserable. A few of the days we had no toilet paper, tissue paper, towels and amenities re-stocked and they even forgot to clean the bathrooms. How does this happen at a Marriott hotel? When we called for the amenities, there was no apology, and they only came with a couple of the amenities. How disorganized can a hotel be? The hotel manager should really re-train and evaluate every staff member except the kitchen staff. The kitchen staff was amazing, they were very pleasant and very friendly. They really made my family feel welcome.

Great hotel that is close to both Jaipur old city and the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they had a great breakfast buffet which even had gluten free bread and pastries! The best part of our stay was the spa which we used every day! We had great Balinese massages and body scrubs. You can contact The Palms Spa directly for booking. The pool and Saffron restaurant looked lovely, however we were sadly too busy to use. The hotel can also arrange airport drop off for 700 rupees. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what I expect of a Marriott. No surprises. Room was well appointed. Breakfast was great and love the selection. The only mild disappointment was the closure of the pool for 2 private events for 2 days back to back (we stayed for 2 nights). Would have been nice to know that it would be closed when I booked it on the Marriott Bonvoy app.

Great host. Friendly, uncomplicated and always easy to communicate. The room is very nice. This place is not walking distance to major attractions but it’s very easy to take an Uber to all the places you need to go.

Fine place, excellent rooms with a huge sealed-glass window. Luxurious bathrooms, and very clean. However, the SYSTEM leaves a lot to be desired. With so many rooms on each floor, identical-looking aisles and walls, and precious little indication of where the lifts are, many of us just kept losing our way to our rooms, and others' rooms, time after time. Quite irritating. And once I couldn't reach a sick person in time, when there was an emergency. Also, some of the staff seemed a bit slow, unsure, or just plain ignorant. They sent me, and my son, repeatedly, to the wrong floor. We would ask for the gym, or the pool, or a particular hall, and they would confidently say something incorrect. When we found them wrong, and returned to the help desk, we would be told the right floor or location. Very strange. My son would mutter 'Idiots!' a little uncharitably, but I certainly felt the same way. On a more pleasant note, the food, particularly the buffet in 'Okra', was excellent. Great variety, well-cooked non-veg, and a very satisfactory salad section as well. But for the confusing maze of corridors and direction-deficient staff, the place would merit 5 stars.

We had a very pleasant stay, the buffet dinners had one of the biggest selections I have ever seen myself. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

We stayed there over the Christmas holidays. Pros - The rooms were good and the atmosphere of the property is really nice. The swimming pool area is especially pretty during the evenings. It is also very close to the airport hence really convenient. Special mention for Mr. Hari, who drove us around Jaipur. He was very sweet and helpful and had a lot of insights about the city. Cons - We had food a couple of times at the various restaurants at the property. Okra is below average. Everything was bland and underwhelming. Even the breakfast spread was really disappointing. As for the service, it was the longest check in process that I have experienced in my life. The staff are all a bit slow to respond, be it for room service or otherwise. I would rate the overall service as below average, except for 1-2 members of staff. I would recommend the stay, but please skip the food and don’t expect prompt responses from the staff.

The stay was really good. I truly liked it. The best part was the sunset from the room window. The hotel location is perfect, nearby (on walking distance) you have Jawahar Circle Garden, EP for movies, main connecting roads of the city. Overall it provides you all services you can imagine from a 5-star hotel.

Nice place to hang out. Those who have been to Marriott before can find similarities between this and other marriott. Food quality interior decoration and rooms are almost the same. If you want to organize a get-together this is a nice place. Buffet, and bar is also available.

One best thing about Marriott is the staff out there is very much humble and very approachable. Serves the best food no doubt and also got very much comfortable rooms. Thank you so much for making my stay so much special and memorable. Looking forward to stay at Marriott soon again.

Great place to stay in Jaipur. International standards but I did notice a few odd bits in the room which I felt needed attention but overall very nice and clean. Service can be a bit slow if there is a event on as they get very busy.

Loved the stay. Great hotel and service. Rooms were really nice and the best thing is the hotel restaurant which usually aren’t that great. Loved the food and the variety in all the buffets. And the food is delicious There was a small issue the day we checked in with the lunch service and the restaurant manager and the chef came personally to our room to understand the concern and were extremely cooperative. The rest of the stay was as smooth as butter I have to travel to Jaipur a lot and this will be my go to place always!

The room was not that spacious. The service was totally substandard. I had to call 5 6 times for laundry pickup and then also got no response. Foods were overpriced; however, taste was not up to the mark. You have to complete your full payment of stay as soon as you check into the hotel as if you are a thief and runaway without making payment. If you take room service, you have to clear the payment beforehand. They have complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service. However, you have to call them repeatedly for the car; otherwise, you will miss your flight. The hotel is situated far away from all tourist places.

Stayed here for 2 Weeks on a business trip. Staff were very attentive. The food was amazing and got to chat with the head chef. Very impressed with the attention to cleanliness during COVID. I'm sure I will be back in months to come.

Located near the airport. Awesome stay experience with family. I had booked two rooms ( one for self and wife and the other for my mother). Got upgraded to a suite with a connecting room. Was like staying in a lavish flat - and very very good hospitality and breakfast service.
