A truly one of a kind beautiful palace, away from the hussle and bustle of the city. A tranquil oasis where we were treated like Royalty. The building, the decorations and attention to detail transport you back in time and you can feel like a Maharaja. The courtyard was so pleasant to enjoy, the restaurant is beautiful and the room had the biggest WOW factor. On top, the food from the restaurant is delicious, we asked for butter chicken (even it's not in the menu) and got one of the best ones I've ever tasted. Drinks are available to enjoy. Staff are very friendly and polite. Best of all is that this hotel won't break your bank, it's truly a reasonable rate that everyone should try. Highly recommended!!

At the outset, DO NOT BE ALARMED BY THE ENTRANCE. We almost went back ! The location isn't all that impressive... BUT once you are inside, the old Haveli is awesome, far removed from the madding crowd, so to say. You are greeted by the grandeur of the old building with the courtyard in front of it. The whole place simply exudes the royalty of yore. An experience that's impresses you. The staff is very polite and efficient. The rooms grand and beautiful.

The building is really cool and rooms are great (exactly what you'd expect for a three star heritage hotel). The service at reception is poor, we got multiple pieces of incorrect information about when things were and weren't open (for instance telling us that the city palace was closed on a given day when it wasn't - which messed up our travel plans as we were on a tight schedule). I would strongly recommend NOT hiring a car through the hotel, and do it yourselves. Ours came late and the cars they use are very old (ours broke down leaving us stranded at the Amber Palace, causing panic as our driver didn't speak English for us to locate the replacement car after viewing the palace). The location is also only okay, you'll need to take a cab or tuktuk everywhere from the hotel as it's kind of between where the restaurants and the palace with the road in front being very unwalkable.

The hotel is restored from an old haveli. Very beautiful and in excellent condition. The open space is excellent for leisure stay. Swimming pool is bit small but serves the purpose. Would definitely recommend for a stay when you are in Jaipur.

The rooms are well done. It's an old haveli, that is restored and done up as a hotel. Do not expect lavishly big spaces and big open gardens. It's a rather small boutique hotel. Great for family gatherings or small weddings. The pool is small with not a lot of poolside sitting options. The food was disappointing or maybe I expected a bit much. It is not value for money and is also not very flexible with check in timings.

Amazing, amazing place, go there you will not regret it. The hotel is quite big and quaint. Superbly decorated and full of charm. The outside area is super nice with a great pool and tables for the bar and restaurant; the staff is extremely nice throughout the property. Our room was on the top floor, where we could enjoy a huge rooftop area with a few tables to chill. It is also very well located, within walking distance of the Chandpole bazar. This will be my go to place in Jaipur in the future!

It is a good place to stay as it is in the city and all markets etc. are easily accessible via multiple means of transport. It has a good atmosphere inside and the best part is that you are so near the city yet it is very calm, serene and natural inside.

The two stars are only for the beauty of the property! It’s a beautiful place in the vicinity of main city. But if we come to overall services then it’s quite disappointing. The rooms are very dull and not at all with royal feels. The food is really a negative thing here. The buffet is overly priced as compared to the dishes served. The taste of food is really bad. Staff is least bothered for the guest’s comfort and hospitality. They don’t provide services for what they charge!

Very nice room, tasteful combinations of colors (since not all hotels understand colors), breakfast fine, beds are fine. It's the service that I found dissapointing. A beautiful place like this needs caring, service minded people. But there was a bit of a weird vibe, I didn't feel in good hands most of the time. The pool is beautiful. The garden as well.

This place has a wonderful vibe which involves a lot of calmness and enjoying quiet evenings over here with some beautiful live music is just so enriching. Loved this place and food is very good but heavy on the pocket. The rooms and the overall ambience is also very rich in heritage and culture.

Wonderful 4 nights in Alsisar Haveli. Why stay at a sterile Western-style modern hotel when you can immerse yourself in Jaipur's historic culture? Sure, you may encounter a creaky armoire, a loose drawer knob, or some chipped paint, but the structure is stunningly beautiful, cleanly kept and the overall ambience is a delight. We loved wandering through the labyrinth of passageways to our room, and sitting in the courtyard with an evening cocktail after a day of touristing in Jaipur. The restaurant does well at breakfast and dinner, with an attentive wait staff. The no-nonsense dining room "chargé d'affaires" is a prince, made us feel special. This hotel is the real deal for those who want a cultural respite while experiencing all that Jaipur has to offer.

Really nice place close to older City. Rooms comfortable and spacious, beautiful, very well furnished. Friendly/helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant which is nicely decoratet. Cleaning of bathroom could have been improved. Children (noisy and undisciplined) of owner-family turned restaurant area outside into their playground, without their parents interfering.

Absolutely beautiful premises with amazing potential. Too bad the staff doesn’t seem to care much (they are friendly but not very professional, perhaps lack of training?). Also zero consistency. Some tables get chocolate syrup with the waffles at breakfast, some don’t. Sometimes there is one juice available, sometimes two. One day you get water and napkins on the table at breakfast, the other day you don’t (while other tables do). You have to ask for simple things (like a napkin) that should just be the on every table. Linen on tables are not changed after someone completes their meal, before next customer sits at the table. Overall an okay experience because the hotel is truly beautiful, with a location within walking distance from metro and pink city.

There Drivers are not professionals. Don’t hand over them your valuable cars. Driver did small accident of my car but not ready to admit his mistake. Icing on the cake they don’t have managers to handle panic situation. General manager did not receive call when he came to know about this incident. I wasted my 3 hours still they couldn’t do anything….. Manager is not able to cross check CCTV

The hotel was cozy and cozy environment. Lived at the top of the hotel, crockery was left there all day at the tables, no one removed the dishes. The service in the restaurant was great and the food good. Really cozy hotel recommended

Except for the courtyard there is nothing impressive here. They need to seriously clean the place. One may have the "heritage" look but in this age & I am sure back then the place must be kept clean. The showcase itself had so much dust & the walk way up to the roof stinks. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry

No good service , no good food and extremely high prices , tea bags and coffee pouches were expired and they didn’t even clean our room even when we asked them to do. No cleanness. Poor house keeping . Empty shower cap boxes were kept in restroom just for showoff. Will never stay here again…

This hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Once you go in through the arch/gate, a beautiful haveli reveals itself. It is well kept, has a nice pool, lovely garden and a courtyard. Its restaurants are clean, good food and service. The rooms are clean and well kept, with beautiful decorations. Just make sure to check if modern facilities like AC/bar fridge are working before you accept the room. Ours wasn't but they switched the room straight away. We had a great and memorable stay here.

Picturesque traditional architecture with balconies, courtyards, and a pool. So it looks good. Limited hot water in the mornings, none afternoon, spotty room cleaning, uselessly slow wifi and surrounded by Jaipur slums. That said, it does feel like an oasis in the middle of Jaipur. The bed is comfy, rooms are clean, and the help is generally happy and helpful. But they won’t do much without a tip lol

Well decorated and maintained Heritage hotel. Every corner is a gem for Insta holics. Mostly spotless experience. Need to work on WiFi. Poor coverage. Breakfast menu is not up to the mark, considering the grandness of this place.

Place is peaceful and nice but service and hospitality lacks. Nobody picks up the call for room service I had to come and order. While dinner they forgot to serve the chapatis. So had to wait 30min for another serve of chapatis. Asked for the water during the dinner and again he didn’t get back. Also the attitude of the service staff is not very friendly. Rest the place is good, peaceful and nice.

Right in the central part of Jaipur , this haveli is really good. I have stayed in a haveli on a prior visit but that was mainly rooms this has a great open sit out area and a decent swimming pool. The rooms are quite large and overall the ambience is of a mini palace.the negatives are average food and the service is not up to the mark .my tv in the room did not work at all for the 3 days I was there despite complaints . Luckily we were very busy and did not really need the tv except for the news on ukraine .some rooms have refrigerators and some do not .

One of the best places to stay in Rajasthan if you are willing to experience royalty. Stay in Alsisar Haveli felt like we were vacationing in our own haveli in Jaipur. Staff was very polite and active, food was great, overall a great stay. Looking forward to stay in their other properties in Rajasthan.

Great Place, Average food & Poor Owner (very poor behavior with guests children treating them like puppets! shouted at us guests (for our child being on the swimming pool fence which was a marble fence where he claimed that it would break with my 4 year sitting on it). totally put off by that behaviour.

Pros: Located close to the better part of the town. Nice property, tidy with standard amenities. Cons: Upholstery needs change, average in terms of room maintenance, very limited menu for lunch/supper, limited room delivery, No exhaust in bathrooms. Staff can do with hospitality lessons.

On arrival we were given a very sad and dark room with one tiny window and so we requested to switch rooms. Luckily we could switch but the toilet in the new room was dirty as if it’s not been cleaned throughly, and there was no hot water in the bathroom, we had to call the reception each time we needed to shower. Generally the rooms were not very clean. The other people with us also had multiple problems in the bathroom with the flush broken, dirty bathroom, mold in the bathroom, bugs flying everywhere. The staff was not attentive to these issues at all! The outside area was nice and it was quiet at night.

Very nicely done has good value for money. They could though adopt some travel sustainability. Too many plastic water bottles given our all day long, and single use plastic .
