Such a pretty place. This is an old palace that's been turned into a hotel, so don't expect the luxury of modern day hotels. It has a quaint charm to it and plenty of quirks - windows in the bathroom that open to the room, for instance. That's probably because the bathroom used to be something else back in the day, but it's all been creatively transformed and we had no complaints. Loved the colour scheme and decor. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is good and surprisingly inexpensive. The peacocks in the lawn are a bonus. The pool doesn't seem to be operational. Overall, we dug Diggi plenty :)

I had visited this magnificent Palace during the Jaipur literature Festival 2020,it was a memorable experience .The most beautiful place of this Palace (which I like )is Darbar Hall,It is iconic venue for JLF.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city. It is a beautiful palace with gardens and a lot of birds around, peacocks too. There are two restaurants in the property serving delicious food. The room was clean and spacious packed with all the amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

If you got a deal online and want to book a 5 star experience, run! This is not a 5 star. Very old, dingy, and unmaintained hotel. All good reviews are from the wedding guests who probably just attend the event and not stay. Do not get fooled like we did! - Overly catered to white people. Color of your skin matters a lot to get good service like others review pointed out - Very noisy, loud music, and partying guests, difficult to sleep - Bathroom faucet was horrible. The water flow was super low, and hot water took forever! Took cold showers for 2 nights in a so called "5 star" hotel - Doors don't lock properly, can easily hear everything from the courtyard - Requested for an iron, and took them 45 mins to call us and tell us that it will be a long wait as they have very limited irons. I mean you are a 5 star hotel and we have to wait for an iron??

This hotel is to be avoided at all costs. It’s run down, they hold noisy events into the night, the service is terrible and hot water is intermittent. Other guest were also complaining about the standard of service and poor internet. Is a bad star three charging five star prices.

The most beautiful setting - an oasis of calm and tranquility. I was lucky enough to experience a stay at this this stunning property through attending a family friend's wedding. Our every need was met. Service with genuine with smiles at all times. The general manager, Wilson is courteous and helpful- going the extra mile. He looked after us even when we checked out to continue our onward journey - ensuring that we arrived safely at our next destination. We'll be back!

Well where do I start! We spent a long time searching for a hotel in Jaipur that would be suitable for our whole family to stay in, we didn’t want a big chain hotel and as such were looking for somewhere more authentic with Rajasthani charm but with good quality and cleanliness. Hotel Diggi Palace exceeded all our expectations and we had the most fabulous stay. Just a few of the highlights: - fantastic character filled rooms - the most friendly and helpful staff (from reception, to service to housekeeping) - a really fantastic breakfast to cater to all palates- including freshly cooked dosas!) - very tasty and reasonably priced food (beers are however rather expensive!) Plus the bar connected with the hotel has a really great vibe and atmosphere and is perfect for an evening drink! Honestly I can only sing this hotels praises - from the moment we walked in we were all so impressed and the whole vibe and ambience of the hotel is just perfect. We were a mixed group of Indian and British and all of us loved the hotel and would stay again in a heart beat! A special shout out to Mr. Wilson the manager for looking after us so well and helping us to sort out anything we needed- his personal touch was the cherry on top of an amazing stay! We stayed in the Heritage Rooms and they were perfect- all individual with lots of charm and lovely decorations! For this price range this hotel is really amazing and surpassed all our expectations! Thank you Team Diggi Palace!

The stay at Diggi Palace was amazing. My kids enjoyed every bit of it. The property location was perfect. The Heritage room where we stayed was excellent. The food and ambience at La Brass was over the top. Special thanks to Mr Wilson who took good care of us. Thanks Diggi Palace for the love and hospitality.

Nice central location. Staff were good. Most didn't speak much English but were still extremely helpful and polite. Mr Wilson (the manager) spoke good English and took the time to chat with everyone and anyone. Breakfast was good too. The rooms were quite big and spacious. It was the kind of hotel that you just want to sit and relax in the courtyard instead of actually going out and about to do stuff. My only real issue was noise. We were on the east side of the hotel. In the morning, there would be construction or the morning call to prayer. In the evening, there was construction going on until about 10 one night. The hotel also hosts a lot of large events (weddings, etc). These were loud, and while they did always quiet down by 930-10 PM, it was still hard to relax with tons of drums doing off. All in all, quite a nice time at the Diggi Palace.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff clearly maintains high level of cleanliness in the room. The hotel also boasts a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant, which was cozy and inviting. But what really set this hotel apart was the open area. It provided the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, of great value, and enjoyable stay. With good rooms, good room service, a nice restaurant with good food, and a fantastic open area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can confidently say that it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This hotel truly deserves every one of its 5-star ratings and more. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and I was escorted to my room with the utmost care and attention to detail. The level of service throughout my stay was unparalleled.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Diggi Palace during my visit to Jaipur, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the regal charm and warm hospitality that the hotel exuded. First and foremost, the location of Hotel Diggi Palace is fantastic. Situated in the heart of Jaipur, it offers easy access to the city's major attractions, including the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and the vibrant markets of the old town. Whether you're a history enthusiast or a shopaholic, this hotel serves as an ideal base for exploring the city. The property itself is a stunning oasis. The palace has been meticulously maintained, preserving its original architecture and incorporating modern amenities seamlessly. The moment you step into the grand lobby, you're transported to a bygone era of royalty. The intricate frescoes, beautifully carved pillars, and Rajasthani motifs adorning the walls create an enchanting ambiance

They have very big rooms and well cleaned. Food is really tasty, I have been there twice and each time they upgraded my stay for no extra charge which is very rarely done by hotels in India. A real 5 star hotel, I must stay. The hotel is sold out most of the times but if it is available for your dates and if you can afford, go for it. Images and videos don't show what the hotel really is, it is a real palace with real palace rooms. We've stayed there for 6 nights and every problem was resolved by them asap. Big parking space and lot of space to roam around, located in heart of Jaipur.

Diggi palace is a heritage property, right within city center. Near City Palace, Albert hall and markets. Rooms are spacious as per catagory. Best part is morning that comes with chirping of birds and peacocks.

Best option on a budget in the center of Jaipur. Rooms a bit dark and outdated, but it’s clean enough. More of a rustic historical experience than luxury. Grounds are nice for kids to run around. We weren’t here more than a quick overnight so not much to say about service or food.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff and helpful. Not so ideal that the Wi-Fi does not work in the room, but we noticed that this happens often in India. Green oasis in the middle of a bustling town

Diggi Palace was the highlight of our trip to Jaipur and, in my opinion, is the only place to stay. The Diggi family have done an incredible job at maintaining and showcasing this incredible heritage palace and grounds. It is a tranquil place with a grand feeling balanced with a soulful and and homely atmosphere. The general manager, Wilson, was a pleasure to interact with. He was professional, personable and helped us with anything we needed.

What a place, right in the city centre, it's an Oasis from husle and busle of the Jaipur city. Once you turn in the road leading to the palace you leave the city behind and welcomed by dancing peacocks and traditional Royal Rajasthani swagger. You will live with the modern day royals as if you are their very own guests. If you lucky you will get to hear some takes from the olden times while sipping on your tea or coffee. The places has beautiful rooms and a lot of nooks and corners for one to just get lost in time. They usually booked for events, but if you lucky to can find a booking, so book in advance just to be sure. FYI: The family has just opened a modern bar/Bistro too, which quite happening in the evening, check it out.

A magnificent palace which hosts a lot of traditional Rajasthani style and other weddings. The place oozes royalty and offers you mental peace. It's located very conveniently on the main road and has Johri Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar nearby.

Hotel Diggi Palace is strategically located in Jaipur. It’s a clean hygienic and bears cultural importance to Jaipur. Though on a higher side of budget, but worth a place to visit!

Great place to stay, within the city limits, good open space, Heritage property very hospital people. Enjoyed the good variety breakfast spread and overall food is good. Heritage rooms are compact and other room are big and spacious; safe premises hot water available throughout. Only issue is there are no lifts available; we travelled with senior citizens and at the time of booking itself got confirmation to provide two rooms at ground floor. Extremely disappointed that only one room was provided, in contrary to their booking commitment. My mom 80 plus found it very difficult to climb up and down; those with such requirements may kindly be careful. While we understand the Heritage value of such buildings, It's important to upgrade with basic facilities like lift, without making much disturbance to the structure. I think for the money charged having lift access is something basic. Else at least they should ensure to honour there booking commitment!!! otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. One star less for not honouring their booking commitment!!!

Overall great stay at Hotel Diggi Palace. Staff was very polite and accomodating. Had requested for an early check-in which they readily provided. The hotel is located in heart of the city and easily accessible. You can hear peacocks throughout the day.

If you want to eat the best thin crust pizzas in Jaipur, this is the place to be. Being local have tried pizza's at almost all the places in Jaipur but this one is the best. Crust of wood fired oven pizza is unmatchable. Service has been great too. This one was my second visit and I was all the more impressed as the restaurant was full house on Saturday evening yet the food order came within 15-20 mins while we were expecting a delay but they surpassed our expectations by serving food way ahead of time. Tried penne Alfredo and it was a 5 star too. Sauce was just perfect and coated perfectly to the pasta. Must visit place for the weekend's. Fantastic ambience, good music, great service and even great food.

Nice location, amazing picturesque hotel. Staff was pretty good. Issues faced: mosquitoes in the room. Repellent wasn't effective. No sound proofing. Could hear other guests and staff outside the room. Wifi didn't work during the entire stay.

Great experience to be there. In busiest city they have good garden/green space. Excellent room service. Also have 12PM to 12AM Restaurant but loud music is something they need to think because the guests staying close to the club must be dancing till 12AM 🤣

Very poor experience. Check in time was given 12 noon and now it is almost 2.30P.M. and still receptionist is telling me to wait for some more time. They are preparing some some other rooms on priority. Not understand the meaning of priority. I think housekeeping staffs are not well trained or sufficient to complete all the rooms in time. In future I will not suggest anyone to keep their prestigious events in this hotel.
