Food quality and taste is good. Even deluxe rooms are very small. Staff behavior depends. Some are very good, some are rude. Location wise: Good for people coming from Railway Station. If you have your own vehicle, then choose some other place as rooms are small and online reviews are misleading. Parking is not their own, it's a mixed marking of multiple hotels and is open.

I stayed at Hotel Metro Inn in October for 5 days and had a delightful experience. The food was not only tasty but also served promptly. The service was exceptionally good and quick. While they didn't have an electric kettle in the room, they assured me they could provide it anytime I needed, and true to their word, they quickly delivered one upon request. Staffs are very well behaved. Call at reception were received in a single ring. Overall, a satisfying stay with excellent service and delicious meals.

First of all the staff were super amazing , they welcomed us whole heartedly . Seamless check-in process , we did late check in and it was no issue for them. - We booked a 6 bed room which was the best part for as all the friends could stay together (this room can be preferred by family too). - Fast service within 5 minutes. - hot and cold water (water heater available) - comfortable beds + hygienic - Night walk to the railway station was great as it is about a km from it. Final verdict : Do visit without a second thought.

The hotel is indeed amazing. I've stayed here 3 times and the service has been perfect all the times. The owner is one gem of a person, for whom customer satisfaction is the biggest priority. The location is in the middle of the city, right around the railway station. Will always come to this place whenever I'll be coming back to Jaipur.

Great place at great price. The rooms are equivalent to what you pay for. It’s reasonably cheap and at great location. It’s near to the Railway station and you can have access to public transport conveniently. Stayed there for three nights. Staff is very friendly. Their restaurant’s food is good as well. I just had an unlikely experience with the bedbugs in the sheets and pillows, they seemed that were not much new and washed with appropriate hygiene. Got rashes on my body. Rest was all good.

It was very bad experience. Rooms were very small. Room was lacking ventilation. I felt very suffocated. Bedsheets were dirty and smell all around. I had to call house keeping to change the bed sheet and quilt. No exhaust fan was there. Don't recommend at all.

Had an amazing stay. Initially we booked for only 1 night but after we saw the service and hospitality, we extended it for 5 nights. Staff service is amazing, rooms are well equipped, maintained and clean. Food is awesome, mouth-watering and affordable. Interior of hotel is too good. Staffs are genuine. If I am ever going to Jaipur, i am going to stay in this hotel. It's so good and near to the station too. Guys, just go for it and stay there. You will not regret.

Simply excellent stay !! It is very affordable and convenient hotel for budget travellers. It is very close to Jaipur railway station and metro station. It takes 5-7 minutes of walking to reach railway station and metro station. You can visit many tourist points in Jaipur by taking a quick metro. The hotel room was clean and hygiene was maintained well. The most important thing was 24 hour hot water facility that we received in this chilling winters :) thank you ! Additionally the kitchen staff was super active and hardworking. Very quick response to any orders that we placed from our room. The reception staff ensured our stay was comfortable by checking on with us regularly till we checked out from our hotel ! I'd recommend everyone to stay here :)

I stayed in this hotel in January 2024. Excellent service and very near to Jaipur railway station. The hotel also provide the cab service if the tourist is interested. The price was tour is cheaper compared to other rental cars available there. I also thanks the cab driver Mohamed Rafi who guided us on the first day tour with extra time he spent with us and guided us with the best and cheap shopping areas and shops. I also thanks driver Feroz for the next day tour and appreciate his humanity for returning my mobile which my daughter mistakenly kept in car after our tour was over. This is the advantage of the cabs if we hired from hotel itself. Overall very nice staff and quick service. The reception person are available at anytime if you call.

Rooms were smelly and poorly cleaned. Handle knobs of the doors were loose in every door. Bathroom didn't have heater, it didn't have window but was instead covered with newspaper! No exhaust in the bathroom either Only thing which was good was food and service, rest was poor! I expected better at this price range ~1800

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The room provided was very small and washroom was small too. The hotel located within the walking distance of railway station. Restaurant located on the top floor which is small too. The behaviour of the stuffs were good. Overall this is a budget hotel, if someone coming here looking for luxury that will not be found.

It was decent. Staff was quite friendly and service was also fast. Restaurant in the hotel only has really good food, that's totally 5 on 5. Room was also clean. I would recommend this place, just check from various websites for cheapest price, I booked it on goibibo at 1257 per day including taxes

We had a very good stay. Place is neat and clean. Fan could use some repair. But have to really thank reception staff and the owner of the place who asked us to think of it as our home and take their support since our train got delayed. Thanks a lot.

Good hotel with spacious rooms. Bathrooms are bit small but manageable. Service is great. The location is good and near to Railway station and metro station. Rooms are little expensive as compared to other hotels in the area.

Overall hotel is good considering it to be a budget hotel. People are courteous. Service is good. Manager went the extra mile to make hot water available. Veg Food is good. Outside food is allowed. Non veg allowed inside hotel but need to arrange from outside.

There are also many other options nearby but I can say this was one of the finest according to the service and price. As this is a medium budget hotel you will not find too many facilities but over all it was a good experience. Even after all time was complete they kept our luggage this was a nice gesture by them thank you.

It had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff called before my check-in and made the room ready by the time I reached. The room was well maintained and comfortable. The staff is very helpful, they provide packed meal and water on desired time with no hassle. It was an overall great experience!
