Great Location- clean and tidy - continental breakfast- perfect This hotel was excellent to us for the full five days we were there, the food is good the rooms are clean and the staff are great. Friendly staff who offered free us free breakfast when we arrived around 8:30am. Quality and yummy breakfast. Free happy hour drinks and snack everyday. Extremely good value if you book early. This hotel is opposite railway station metro piller 148 at gopal wadi nearby kalpana cargo area is like bus stop near to railway station. Hotel is just okay not so much facilities they provide me room no.206 which was not that good it was just okay and booked by goibibo in Rs.300/- they provided room n regular water nothing else.

As i am still staying in the same hotel from past 1 month, their hospitality is best and also it very near to center of the city, walking distance from Metro, Jaipur Junction and Sindhi Camp bus stand. It is quite best place to stay with family friends and for couples too.

The staff is very humble and the property is very clean. You'll always find nice travelers here some even staying for a long time. The staff is very cooperative and you'll absolutely get the value for your money. The beds are very comfy with good quality mattresses. And the location too is sweet. Cheers!! I shall return Its a really good hostel. I had stayed here last WEEK and had a fantastic stay. Clean beds and great service. This year I'd booked too. But due to some reason we had to cancel. The staff was honest, polite and generous enough to return our money back. Reliable place guys!

First the good things - clean rooms and polite staff. But stay here only if you have no other options and 'just stay'. Also this is a budget hotel . Second Great location. Its situated very near to Railway Station Great looking and ambience. Service is good. Rooms were great.

Beautiful heritage hotel. It's incredible n loving atmosphere over there.. Lots of cultural activities happens there like folk dance, folk music etc. Most favourite place of foreigners people. Can't book a room easily due to much visitors. If you come Jaipur must visit hotel utsav Palace it's awesome...... Hotel utsav Palace is exquisitely royal and super elegant. The ambience is magical. It's Luxurious and extravagant. A wonderful experience from the moment you step on the grounds. You are greeted by well-dressed guys and led to the reception for check in where the long-time receptionist helps you get settled in. You are led to your well-equipped room by another bearer. The grounds are very well kept and polished. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very bad hotel,hotelier behaviour very bad and use bad language to guest -In hotel room dirty electricity board not work and electricity wire come out -bathroom is very dirty -water not available in bathroom if u tell hotelier hotelier not listen your problem and -if you book AC room AC not work in Ac 30 'CTem fix and hotelier off AC after 2 or 3 hours -hardly requested to all never book this hotel -TV not work if you tell hotelier hotelier not listen

I have very bad experience on this place. Hotel owners behavior is very bad. Today i am very upset. But hotel staff is nice.

So, I stayed around 9 days with my family at hotel Utsav found that it has a Good service, Nice location(Hotel was so near Railway Station ),rooms were a bit small, they have parking in front of hotel . Hotel does not provide any food service except basic things like tea, water, biscuits etc .but there are many restaurants near by so it is not problem for me. And overall hotel is good. Tip : hotel management has free picking facility so use it.

we book hotel at 1500 price two room... in day time at 8 morning but tomorrow at 6 morning hotel manger say live the room immediately..... we are in good sleep.... Without before inform he say us to live now..... so it's our bad experience..... and bed is also small for four students in all rooms...

Really great place for affordable accommodation. Very close to Jaipur railway station and just infront of metro station.

Love to see that small hotels are providing services like big branded hotel. Bed room to toilet every thing is clean. Also provided with customer care. I am gonna book again next month. Love to see people at the hotel

Very nice place with cooperative staff & reasonable price. If you need anything, just make call to reception, they send help to your room within minutes. Morning brekafast was free in our package and food quality was amazing. Their cab service is also great.Sastha Bhi Accha Bhi

the staff was very good and helphul . location is also good .rooms are in good condition . the hotel architecture is new and quite beutiful . rooms are simple and clean in my budget also . the trip to jaipur was really very very good . i am satified with this hotel . everything was new there .
