I changed my review from 5 star to 3 star as hotel receptionist forcefully gave 5 star rating from my phone which I felt was not good at all. I stayed there for 2 days. Service, cleaning, and food quality were ok. I got a bad experience with the food of our choice. When I ordered some food, that food of my choice was not available, I changed my mind and order another one and again I got the same reply that this is not available. Sorry for the inconvenience. If your service is good then you need not about rating. And provide everything which you have mentioned in your menu card.

My experience at the hotel is not that good. I was promised that we will not be charged any early check in however, they charged us 500 bucks for early check in where they made us wait for 3 hours before providing any room. The room didn't justified the charge I had to pay for 2 nights and 3 days and they didn't even offered water to us. Room service isn't on point like if I've called reception for anything, they'll made me wait for a whole day before I call them again for the same thing. And they don't have any slippers for bathrooms and the food is overrated. Overall not a 5 star experience like before (coz the staff took my phone and rated their hotel themselves a five star hotel).

Nothing palacial about this hotel. Do not go by its name. Tiny rooms and bathrooms are so small that it becomes difficult to get adjusted in them. Very limited breakfast items. Room service starts from morning 8 and if you need anything before then you have to go out of the hotel to get it. The only positive thing is that the rooms are neat and clean. But many other good options are available in Jaipur city so go for them. What you see on their website is certainly not what you get in physical.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and something very serious happened to me. The security guard took a photo of us in his mobile and when he asked why he took the photo, he threatened us and then the hotel management did not guarantee our safety and we were told that if you do not feel safe in our place then you can checkout. They took up this issue very lightly. Hot water only till 9 o'clock in the morning, Mineral water bottle not included in the package & charging Rs.32 for Bisleri. TV recharge not available.Bedsheets and hygiene are also not appropriate. Breakfast is good.

Amenities are really good. Economy rooms are actually different sizes. We booked 2 economy rooms, one was bigger than the other. Service is good. Only one thing, we called intercom for hot drinking water but we had to call twice, then they got it. If it happened only once, I wouldn’t mind but it happened for two days in a row. The food was amazing!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER This is not at all 4 star hotel, it's fake The 1 star is also given as Google is not accepting 0. Otherwise this hotel deserves "0" rating. Rooms were completely different than shown in pictures. Very bad rooms. Shower was not working. Exhaust fan started making tremendous noise in night. Phone was not working. Toiletries not provided. Reception person was not cooperative. "One should never book this hotel"

Beautifully decorated room and great service. The washroom was super small but I think we are okay to ignore that. We loved our 3 days of stay at Sarang Palace. We did not like the restaurant that much. Not sure how it received so high rating. Or may be it was just a one off case where the food was not so good. Overall, a great place stay in Jaipur. Highly recommended.

Room size are too small, basic amenities are not available even hand towel is not there in the room, tea maker is not in the room. Restaurant services are very bad, staff behaviour is very bad. Although my experience of traveling jaipur is very bad just because of this hotel. Hotel is entirely different as pictures are shown in the different apps. Don't ever book your candle light dinner on the terrace of this hotel. Very disappointed from the services, in today's world they are just low class services which may not be provided even in one star hotel.

We were 4 members and we stayed in family room with 6 bunk beds which was a new experience. But the room was shown in a very different perspective. It seemed like the room was quite spacious but turned out congested. The beds were dirty the sheets were not clean the bathroom didn’t have a hand shower. Moreover when we are checking out the staff made us give a review in front of them which was kind of rude. The aura was good but I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience by my team. The lady who picks up calls for dinner arrangements is irritated all the time. No emotions at all. We had booked a theme dinner proposal yesterday. She was getting irritated to even talk. If you are so irritated madam kindly stop arranging such emotional concepts where feelings are involved. She literally threatened to cancel at last moment. Pathetic experience. Avoid booking g dinner arrangements as they can cancel anytime for no reason

Rooms are clean but the property seemed old. Pillows and bed linens desperately need an update. Room amenities are limited. Absolutely no noiseproofing, the neighbouring room occupants were extremely loud and you could hear everything inside our room. Staff were alright. The service was decent though the initial attitude could be improved. The intercom handset in the rooms really need to be updated because it was impossible to reach the reception via the telephone, we had to go down to the reception everytime.

I had a good experience at the Rooftop dinner date on my second wedding anniversary at the hotel Sarang palace. The decoration was good, staff is great. Veer was our attendent and he did his job well to make me and my wife comfortable. Taste of food was decent. Overall it was a good memorable experience spending time there.

Hotel is good, clean and good quality of food. But I am changing my rating from 5 to 4 star as hotel receptionist forcefully given 5 start rating from my phone which I feel is not at all good. They should not worry about ratings if they have provided a good service. Also I personally felt hotel managers should talk to their workers politely.

It was a wonderful experience during the stay here. The staff is very polite and agile, rooms are well maintained and the food is fresh and fully satisfy your tastebuds. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great budget stay, friendly staff, and proximity to major attractions in the city. Clean rooms, prompt service. They also have a fantastic roof top dining, with special occasions package.

It was an amazing stay. Went with my family they enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good and staff was very welcoming. They have a lovely terrace and well decored space. The location of the hotel is great, close to the city. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a really bad experience with this hotel, we have booked this after seeing the Google reviews and photos. Unfortunately the economy room and washroom were small and disgusting. I doubt if they have cleaned the washroom properly each time. The quilts and linens were also unclean. They didn’t mind to provide water bottles at least to the guest. We had to catch a flight to native hence booked this. Not recommended for families especially. The food and service were also not satisfactory. Only advantage is that this place is around 3 - 4 kms from Hawa mahal, city palace and shopping streets.

They are posting fake pictures of the rooms. The worst hotel in jaipur. Rooms are tiny and the washroom is so dirty . You have to make your own arrangements in washroom to protect your privacy as they have opened window facing towards to the lane. The food is tasteless. I will never recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Location is very convenient. Economy rooms is very small. Other rooms in the hotel looks good. For the price economy room is not value for money. Room is clean. Extra bed is also kept in the room if required at no extra charge.

Don’t go on the website photos. 1. The rooms are extremely tiny. 2. They'll make you do the payment upfront before you check in. 3. As how a heritage hotel stay should be, there is no such hospitality given too. Not good experience.

The hotel location is nice but the rooms are very small. staff is as usual rude and careless not even pick up the phone in emergency. The food is good but very very expensive. Don't go by their photos extra charges are taken if u want to have any sort of decorations as shown in pics. They allow go on terrace only if we have done booking for for candle light dinner.Hotel staff are greedy sometime they overcharge you if you show them as you are needy. Overall we give it only 2 star.

We had booked for one day at hotel Sarang , the stay is good , washroom can be little more clean. They don't provide water bottle and charge double for that. One bad thing is they will make you to give good review forcefully by taking your mobile, which I feel is not professional You will get good review when you give such services to customers

The hotel itself is super cute. We stayed in a decorated room as well as a regular one (due to availability and last-minute changes in our plans). Rooms were neat and clean. Decent hotel for the given price (4k) for 2 nights however they need to re work on the bathroom as it's really small and congested (the toilet and bathing area are less than one arm's distance from each othe

In short if you are visiting Jaipur, it is a must visit! We opted for a royal dining experience- rupees 1000 per person and it definitely was worth it! Food was incredible, staff was very friendly, musicians were great and the ambiance was perfect! The whole village itself was amazing and I felt very proud showing around and sharing my experience with my husband‘s family from uk. The whole village scene with dances, magic shows, games, food stalls, history etc etc is so well done!

I've seen fair share of terms and conditions in my life BUT never any hotel has asked me to pay the full amount in advance. Now we did it because it was compulsory but even after paying hefty amount the rooms were not at all nice, the door was not opening fully, what else will you expect then from them! The room were also small and the water was not coming. Their main attraction is their decorative dining and all, other than that they don't know how to manage a hotel!! I request you all that don't trust their other reviews because it's all their gimmicks

Rooms were neat and clean. Decent hotel for the given price (4k) for 2 nights however they need to re work on the bathroom as it's really small and congested (the toilet and bathing area are less than one arm's distance from each other). They need to make it a little more spacious. The major plus point of the hotel is the location as all major areas and tourist spots, restaurants etc. are easily accessible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped foot into this hidden gem, I was captivated by its unique character, intimate ambiance, and the exceptional level of personalized hospitality. The boutique hotel exuded an air of exclusivity, tucked away in a quiet corner, yet conveniently located in the heart of the city. The moment I entered, I was welcomed warmly by the attentive staff who exuded genuine warmth and passion for ensuring a memorable stay. The personalized check-in process made me feel like an esteemed guest rather than just a room number.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an absolute gem. The accommodations were luxurious, with spacious rooms and all the amenities one could desire. The dining experience was exceptional, with a menu featuring exquisite dishes prepared with culinary mastery. The staff provided impeccable service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set it apart. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay and an unforgettable dining experience.

UPDATE: My refund was processed after they figured it out. I greatly appreciate it since refunding international cards is probably not an issue they run into often. We thought the location was perfect. There’s great food just outside the hotel and it’s in between all the major attractions. The hotel itself is super cute. We stayed in a decorated room as well as a regular one (due to availability and last-minute changes in our plans). We preferred the regular room, but if you’re into the decorations for an occasion then that could still be a good option for you. As others have noted, the bathrooms are a bit dated (the showers, mostly) but we didn’t mind. They work just fine. We also found the service to be really good! Everyone was very kind to us and accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation on short notice due to a change in travel plans. They accommodated our check-in and check-out, which were both in the wee hours of the morning. Overall, the hotel is a great value and I would recommend staying here. This is a really great spot for travelers who like to spend a lot of time out in town, but also like to have a nice spot to come back to. — I really didn’t want to have to leave a bad review because my stay was quite nice. I even waited over a month to post a review hoping that the hotel would resolve this issue. But they have not, so here I am. Because they make you pay before you arrive (odd practice, but alright), I accidentally wound up overpaying 20,000 rupees. They were very nice and said processing a refund wouldn’t be a problem… Except it apparently is. I reluctantly gave them my bank information to process the refund, but then they responded asking for my Indian account information. I don’t have an Indian account, and even humored them by trying to see if I could get set up on any Indian payment sites. It’s simply not possible without an Indian phone number, etc. 20,000 rupees is not a small amount of money, and if you’re going to do business with international customers and their various cards/accounts, you should have the facilities to properly serve them. That’s all.

Hotel is nice & location is also fine. Scope of Improvement: 1. Washrooms are outdated, renovation is must. 2. They charged Rs.250 each for breakfast, but options were very less in that. 3. We called Hotel for booking they gave us someone number and we booked the hotel & paid full that time. At Checkout time reception gave me just the bill of additional food. They told me to take bill of booking from that guy only. Thats illogical, it seems that they are doing booking from 3rd party person. But I should get the bill from reception only.

Hotel is not that bad at all.But the Room was too small as compared to what they describe during the booking. Also according to their price Room wasn't worth at all. They did not offer water by themselves when we check in.Charges extra for early check-in which was almost 2hr before the their check-in time. We waited for 3 hrs as our bus arrival was early in the morning but we told them we will be needed room ASAP in the morning But they don't care. At checkout they forced to give 5 star ratings. Even they asked for our phone to write review by themselves.

Booked rooms here for 2 days and 3 nights through Agoda. Experience here was not satisfactory. Here are the reasons why: 1. The pictures of the room are very deceptive. Room are way too smaller than they look. I had booked a deluxe room and it was merely around 50 sq foot. Even the door of the room could not be opened completely. 2. The bathroom and toilet of the room were unhygienic. Shower head was broken, jet spray of the western commode was also non functional. The basin was so small and ineffectively placed in corner. In all it was not usable. 3. On arrival told them twice to get us drinking water bottle, but they were impolite and said it is chargeable. 4 No eatables allowed from outside because of their overpriced average restaurant. Tried cancelling the booking through Agoda in the first 30 minutes, but the hotel denied. Had no option but to upgrade. But the entire experience spoiled our trip to Jaipur. Not recommended if looking for decent comfortable and hygienic stay. Disappointed with Agoda as well to let the hotel decieve customers on its website. Hardly a one star.

First time stayed in this hotel for two days, Located in good area, everything is reachable, medical shops, atm, departmental stores, wine shops,,.. rooms are neat and clean, bed sheets and bed are also clean. hotel staff are good. washroom also neat and clean but need to add one more plastic mug inside washroom for bath. Well I am gonna choose this hotel again for my next stay in jaipur.

Please don't book this hotel by seeing website photos. Rooms are very small and minimum amenities like coffee/tea are not available. Washrooms are worst possible washroom based on the advertised pictures. Room rents are very high compared to the room amenities. Worst is the fact that front desk is not at all helpful to address guest's concerns. Front desk will give you trouble if there is a case of refund from hotel. All reviews in the hotel website are false. In premium rooms for two persons they supply only one set of sleeper, one set of tooth brush instead of required two sets.
