I
booked
this
room
on
Orbitz
for
my
76
yr-old
father
who
was
traveling
from
BC,
Canada.
(Nov
14,
2022)
When
he
arrived
on
the
property,
he
asked
the
manager/owner
Abhishak
Mishra
to
go
to
the
bathroom
(after
his
6-hr
car
ride)
before
checking-in.
The
manager
Abhishak
barked
at
him
to
go
to
some
bathroom
outside.
He
was
mean
and
rude.
The
bathroom
outside
was
so
disgusting,
that
my
father
came
back
in
and
asked
to
use
a
regular
bathroom
inside
the
property
and
again
explained
he
is
a
guest
that
is
about
to
check-in.
Abhishak
finally
let
him
use
the
bathroom
inside.
The
horrific
treatment
didn't
stop
there.
Early
the
next
morning,
the
hot
water
was
not
working
when
my
father
was
about
to
shower.
He
saw
the
manager/owner
Abhishak
Mishra
standing
at
the
front
desk
speaking
with
a
friend,
and
asked
him
for
help.
Abhishak
looked
at
my
father
and
intentionally
turned
around
and
ignored
him,
and
went
back
to
sociallizing
with
his
friend.
My
father
called
out
to
him
again
for
assistance,
thinking
perhaps
Abhishak
didn't
hear
him.
Again,
Abhishak
looked
at
him
with
distain,
and
turned
away
and
continued
talking
to
his
friend
for
another
30-mins
before
responding
to
my
father's
need
for
hot
water.
My
father
was
charged
for
using
a
plate
&
spoon,
and
MANY
other
superficial/surprising
charges.
Abishak
(owner)
recieved
his
payment
form
Orbitz,
and
felt
he
could
now
mistreat
my
father
as
he
pleased
and
ovecharge
him.
