Their hospitality is great. Food is too good. The ambiance here is pleasant and they too have a pool inside the palace. The whole decor and how beautifully it is managed is what’s catchy about it. If you ever vist rajmahal palace, don’t forget to try their Amritsari murg and rajasthani experience thali. If you stay there for 5 nights, they give a complementry tour to city palace in their own car and it’s free of cost. We stayed there for 5 nights and it was the best experience of my life. We enjoyed a lot staying there.

No place knows royalty like this! Went in for a high-tea experience, and the flounce around it was just beautiful. However, the food options in the high-tea coupe definitely be worked on. For eg, the vada pav, barely tastes like vada pav or the dessert options aren’t the “best” out there. The tea, is of course fabulous. For a high-tea that’s almost INR 4.5k per person, one expects better tasting food overall. Nonetheless, the staff was extremely courteous and the palace is of course, of extreme grandeur.

I made a reservation for 51 Shades of Pink, but they only open that dining area for larger parties. It’s up the hall from the The Colonnade. It’s a beautiful dining area. I had the avocado pomelo salad and butterfly pea tea; both delicious. The staff was very accommodating. My lovely server, Yashpal Singh, took me on a quick tour of the grounds as I was the only performing dining.

Me and my mom stayed here for two days in the Mountbatten Suite which is one of the 13 tastefully decorated rooms. Besides the history and elegance the hitel staff went out of their way every time to ensure that we had an amazing stay. Jypti at the front desk was amazing. The hotel pool was amazing too. Food was exceptional and the drinks were well made. Every single hotel staff was respectful and showed the best hospitality that Rajasthan is famous for. We will definitely stay here again.

Attended wedding there. It was decorated beautifully, combining old culture and modern. Feeder service was available there to pick up and drop off. Variety of foods were there local dishes, South indian, Italian. Overall I had good experience.

This property is full of fascinating wallpapers. Once you head there, you cannot stop clicking photos...! The hotel is a perfect holiday destination in Jaipur and is extremely centrally located. Literally THE WORST luxury hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at RAAS Devigargh and had expectations of something similar or better. We reserved the Queen Elizabeth suite for 3 nights- this property felt like an Airbnb and definitely not a luxury property. DONT stay here or be mistaken by it’s fake palatial features… even the wall decor is all wall paper. (The only) Positive: - good food - very picturesque Negative: - untrained staff ( didn’t know much about the property when asked for a show around. Ie where the changing rooms from pool was, location of gym and spa as well. Mis informed us about things that will be charged and won’t be ie transport, extra food items or even just opening hours of stuff on the property itself. - rude staff - no security ( they left our rooms/doors open multiple times without our knowledge nor concern ) - unclean pool (algae on the walls and floor.. I was shocked!!) - the ACs don’t work !! Someone else has said the same thing in another review. They have ACs but they don’t switch them on unless asked?! Which property does that during a sweltering summer. - very very poor management - they closed the property one night at 11pm and No one was there to let us in!! There are only 13 rooms so how can they forget that one of their only guests hasn’t returned back to their suite?! - room facilities are horrible. Please take your own toiletries as they don’t provide much Ie no shower cap, cottons etc. Unreplaced/used soap. - poor house cleaning. They don’t change used cups and plates?! I was shocked once again… I genuinely can’t believe this is a RAAS propriety?! The staff was as lost as we were. What a horrible horrible experience.

Beautiful place, an oasis in the middle of the city, beautiful gardens and really nice rooms, food was great the only reason I’m giving this hotel four starts instead of five starts is because of the constant interruptions during every meal, it is over the top and we couldn’t have a peaceful and private conversation without someone coming to us and asking us how was everything like 3 different people every meal. I suggest to lighting up this effort to give your guess time to breath. Everything else was excellent.
