The property isnt worth sending/going. Booked through oyo. They refused the booking at checkin blatantly.

The staff is uneducated and doesn't have sense to talk with the customers, we booked the hotel from MMT and the staff denied the check-in when we were there on the reception.

It's a horrible experience .....no service at all ....hotel staff was too rude ....no warm water , ac wasn't working , walls were too clumsy ....pls never stay here ....no towels available for bathing... I recommend u not to book this hotel online ...worst hotel

Poor sanitary conditions. Cleanliness and sanitization activity seems to be not done at all. Washbasin pipe leaking very small. Reported many times but issues not solved. Taps not working. Only 1 found working in which water very less. Geyser not working. Staff not cleaned the room. Empty cigarette pouchs in drawers. Dirty bar alcohol glasses lying on tables. That too used and unwashed.

Extremely poor. They have themselves registered as OYO but aren’t. Online price is 514. When you reach there they refuse to book Omar price showing in OYO and ask 1200 and tell you that they aren’t registered to OYO. What makes it all worse is if you call OYO to book this hotel they get you to UPI them money to book this hotel. It’s a lotions scheme

Here they take more money than the booking rate online. Behavior for manager is also not good

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Denied checkin saying the amount you paid online is very less than we charge and the amout the staff was asking is not worth the hotel.

I booked hotel for 2 days but have to checked out within 1 day as hotel was not etal clean , bed cloths old and not clean. Bathroom window was broken and missing and how you expect someone to take bath I finally checked in other hotel on 27-28 Dec It is very bad experience Not to recommend

Hotel location is good and staff is cooperative is the only thing that I like. But other than there tv, internet, not working, along with in there bathroom flush and hitter is also not working. And they didn't provide us balti in the bathroom. It was very bad experience i have ever experienced till yet. Please choose any others hotel instead of this hotel
