I have never seen such bad service in my entire life.where as it is and AC but with good ticket prices I have traveled to Gurgaon and the driver behavior is so unprofessional, very rude and behave like local rowdy. On the dinner halt my kids and wife came running without washing hands, as the bus was just started with out care of the passengers went for dinner. And on Gurgaon the driver denied the stoppage and told us that he will not stop at all and told all us almost 4 family to do what ever possible. After so mush resistance he suddenly stopped the bus in dark and thrown the luggage , in nov winter morning we were helpless looking for the transport as it was not a dropping location and with no landmark nearby. Even ola and Uber drive was helpless to get the exact pickup location as it was opposite side to flyover. Better to pay even double money but do not travel to this bus.

I'm traveling to udaipur through and they gave me ticket of sleeper with Sleeper number I and told me that you have first sleeper. At time of departure ticket conductor mis behave and changed my seat from first to last which is very disgusting. I'm a regular customer of this travel agency but afyer this incident I'll never ever suggest anyone. You are such a worst travel agency in India.

I m right now sitting in ur bus with 2 of my kids, there is no cooling on the chair seats whereas I hv been charged for AC, ur conductor has made 2 of her known ladies to sit whereas I hv asked to switch my atleast 1 seat to sleeper cabin, but he didn't allowed me but his known aunties r sitting and chatting in ac. Me n my kids r suffering badly here but they r not considering. I would never suggest anyone for this travels ever. I mau sue u in consumer court for this unprofessional behavior. 😡😡😡

Had travelled with this travel agency from kota, rajasthan to Banswara ,Rajasthan. The experience was very bad. Bus was too much noisey. The drivers and conductors put the commercial courier in the bus luggage area and thereby the travellers face uncomfort in keeping luggage and fight with each other due to shortage of space inside bus to keep luggage. Second most important thing is that this travels sells seats to weird villagers like local bus. Very very cheap crowd gets into the bus for which we pay 500 per seat. Once travelling on the same route through this bus my footwear were stolen by the villagers in the midnight. Third important thing is that there are not much good travels services left to find an alternate, hence this one being one the oldest travels is little more trustworthy better in the race.

They changed plan at the time of journey. Got call that seating tickets will be cancelled as only sleeper bus is planned while I had booked the seating ticket before 2 days. At the same time they demanded extra charge which I had to pay.

I journeyed with a Babu travel from Indore to Dausa. Although the agreed drop-off was Collector Square, Dausa but they left us on the Mumbai-Delhi Expressway at 6 am, which is 8 km from the intended location.
