    Call in to reserve before i come and the reservation was taken by an unfriendly staff. When arrived saw that they had a promo of 2hours + 1 if i posted my visit on ig and tag them. Did all that but they didn't check their feed , got an extra voucher for next visit instead. And their tax is 200k over my 600k bill, 25+5%. The song collection is not that great either. Will not come again.

    The tax kinda expensive 5% + 25% but Idk about other place, I rarely go karaoke. The place is nice and crowded. Better take package than pay hourly.

    Used to come here often before CoVID.. however, when returned here, there are alot of songs not available.. the list of songs are not updated.. The system seems to be not working well.. keep glitching and half way thru the songs, the sound got turned off automatically.. 😮‍💨 Quite disappointed comparing to the last time I visited here before Covid..

😠 Terrible place. Waitress who wears glasses was just rude so much. Horrible service, unfriendly waitress. Seems no training for employees and customers are nothing for this pub. Finally I just left. Do not waste your time and gas. Just find another one. This one is yucky so much 🤮
