Most valued and delectable hotel buffet you can find in Jakarta. I tried their breakfast, brunch (weekdays) and weekend brunch. The menu varied on weekdays and weekends, so was the price. I recommend going here on the weekend (brunch). They have full on menu, dishes and cuisines from all over the world. Highlight on seafood sections with fresh clams, oysters, lobsters, blue crabs, and big prawns. Roast section / carving had roast beef, rack of lambs, turkey, grilled fish (catch of the day). Japanese section is also recommended. Fresh sashimi that never stops, udon and tempura. Indo food was also delightful, some traditional snacks such as tempe goreng tepung, tahu isi goreng with some rawit. Satay, nasi gudeg, lontong sayur, so many variety to mention. Overall the service was nice, food taste and quality was very good. Superb Sunday brunch experience.

We spent our last iftar at this sumptuous, all you can eat restaurant. It was 440.000 ++ per person with plentiful choices. My choices of foods were seen on the pictures. Love, love, love their breakfast buffet selections! By far the best breakfast I've had compared to any other hotels in Jakarta. My fave picks are: smoked salmon, hash brown, chicken sausage, soup with chicken/beef broth. Even the scrambled eggs are perfection. If only I have more space in my tummy, I would spend 3 hours to slowly digest and savour the taste. I look forward to try their lunch and dinner buffet some time in the future. The Indonesian options were quite good, good variety of sate, sambals, etc. you can even have bakso or mie cooked to order. I like how there were many dim sum bao options, specifically the porcupine salted egg baos. But internationally, the sushi is a little worse or on par with fast food sushi. The European food is just cold and undesirable. Everything else just felt lacking. The desserts are nice to look at though, but not spectacular tasting. This place has a lot of reviews so I thought it would be good. For the price it is not worth it, maybe it would be good if the price was half. Mike Chen reviewed this place and called it the best buffet in Jakarta— he is a liar. But I guess that’s what you get for a luxury hotel lobby restaurant. I was expecting something higher-end (like oysters) available but most of this food is quite typical. In addition they will charge you 90,000 IDR for their special mineral bottle water without your knowledge. Not worth the 550,000 IDR I paid in total. If you’re looking for that Buffet experience this isn’t it. I didn’t stay at this hotel and I specifically came for the buffet based off online reviews, but was really disappointed.

We went on 3rd July during dinner time and asked for inari sushi with salmon, and he made this. He clearly never seen nor made inari sushi since he asked me to describe it numerous time. Food selections were not interesting and tasted average, servants weren’t attentive which caused a long wait. Overall dining experience was flat and dull, nothing special compared to other buffet in Jakarta.

Although the price point is no joke, Pullman Sana Sini consistently delivers a high-quality and diverse culinary experience. The main draw (for me at least) is the ability to experience multiple meals options for a price that’s comparable to dinner at a nice traditional restaurant. As a fan of upscale buffets, i have personally made several trips to various places across jakarta, and never leaving unsatisfied. In fact, I’ve never even left uncomfortably full, as gorging yourself to the point of discomfort isn’t necessary to get your money’s worth. I highly recommend this to any visitor. It’s a perfect place for both business travelers and person leisure The dining area was enormous. It is broken into several areas based on food category. My suggestion for eating at Sana Sini Buffet is to pace yourself. Drink only enough to get your food down. Please don’t waste food. Only get enough so that you will finish it all. We came here for dinner as our wedding anniversary. We loved most of the food... For italian food we loved the beef, all the pastas, for dimsum we loved the salted egg bun though their bun less on the filling, chicken siau may, and ha kau. For the indonesian we loved the satay both chicken and lamb And my husband loved the clam in singapore sauce and the japanese rolls and i assume they use the agar agar to make the rice sticky. Last but not least what we love for the dessert was the apple pie, the mango mousse, chocolate cake and of course vanila and coffee ice cream and i also loved my hot cappucino and longan tea.
