One Jakarta's best hotel buffet place. But oddly, my highlight from this place is their lychee tea. Super refreshing and good. Oh, dont forget to get their desserts too. So many variants and they're all taste great.

Okay, first time to have had a dinner buffet here, the price during December was IDR 560K excluding drinks, we can get free-flow drinks for IDR 84K for soft drinks, lemon tea, and mineral water. They have a lot of food stalls, here is the list, the dessert station is the best and the most favorite, from gelato, es puter, pudding, mini cakes, frozen yogurt, candies, and traditional snacks. Appetizer station contain of fresh seafood from shrimp, crab, oyster, scallops, vegetable salad, Tom yum soup. They have local food stalls, kambing guling, rendang paru, tongseng. For steak stalls, they have tenderloin, sirloin, tuna, snapper, roast duck, and the Indian food stalls at its best. They have sushi and sashimi stalls, a lot of items here, and they have Italian food stalls.

Though the interior decoration is not the latest trend, the various cuisines from Eastern and Western are still super yummy and tasty for you to fulfill your stomach. You can start from sashimi and oysters, tasting the fresh flavor from the seafood. Then have some sushi, grilled stuff, such as steaks, fish or chicken satay. Noodles from Japan, China and Vietnam provide you the energy to warm your body. You can have some Indian and Indonesian cuisines to feel the variety of different spices finally. Fruits, desserts and ice creams are what you must try as well. Those stuff are so fresh and delicious to ease your full stomach. It is not so crowded on week day but you may need to book it on weekends. Good place for you and families to enjoy the wonderful meal on weekends or holidays. Just come and have fun here. Enjoy.

Had a buffet dinner here during a bukber event. They offer wide range of foods to eat, from Indonesian to Indian food. The sashimi tastes fresh, and I would say that their kambing guling is the best one. They also provide wide variety of desserts, from pudding to ice cream.

The Café offers a lunch and dinner buffet; I tried both and found no difference in the menu at the stall. At lunchtime, The Café is usually quieter and used for client meetings (including what I often do) 🫣 All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The menu is extensive, offering both Indonesian and International cuisine. Lamb, sashimi, beef steak, and lychee iced tea are must-order items on the stall, in my opinion. They never cease to amaze me with the consistency of their food's flavor and quality.

The food tastes slightly different. Maybe they change the chef? Sashimi, salted egg prawn and steak are still good. They're very nice but less coordination, suddenly they just close without prior notice us about when about last order lunch time . Lastly we try all the lychee, longan, coffee, orange, chocolate jelly dessert menu, just perfect and making us feel good.

Among five stars hotel, the Cafe always consistent have great taste and many choices. Would be very busy in the morning, but staffs keep good pace providing good services. Noodle station always my starter

After a long time we haven't been here, we had luncheon with my wife. The food quality is still top notch, we had a salnoe steadn and and Angus beef steak. We loved the service as well, quite profesional.

My favorite fine dine buffet. The taste is never change since my visit in 2011 My favorite menu is sashimi, bebek peking and the desserts. There are many variant for the dessert like : coffee pudding and the ice cream are really good.

Celebrate my wedding anniversary here at The Cafe, rumour on the street said they had various tasty food, and it was true. I wouldnt deny it, everything was good, food, ambience, hospitality of staffs are beyond perfect. They give us anniversary cake too! What a place to celebrate with your partner.

First time to gladly and happily give a full 5 star rating for this establishment. Not only their very quick, responsive and polite service, but also their lavish variety of their quality buffet. First, tried their sashimi platters, from tuna to salmon they are all fresh and sweet. Love it. Then their freshly made seafood noodle, is to die for. A complete condiment from fried shallot to corriander leaves. Amazing The sirloin steak is just so so to my pallete, but their indian food corner is also delish. The cheese nan is my favorite. Uh. Almost forget to mention my encounter to the scallop and prawn on the seafood corner. What is amazing, again, they provide several option of sauce from tomato, chili to thai chilli sauce. Those are to me, really add to the enjoyment of eating. Lastly, their AMAZING desert selection. Options of ice cream, cake, jelly to chocolate fondue complete with variety of fruit, from ananas, grape to strawberry. Love love love. Btw, I just eat a small portion of each, but honestly to full to try other corner, such as local food, lamb shank to name a few.

Due to the COVID, my favorite fresh oysters not provide anymore and also dessert/ice cream reduced flavors. Thats why i can only give 4 stars

Amazing Japanese and Indian cuisine selections. But the others have quite down graded since the last time I was here a few years ago. The food variety has also decreased. But the seafood was very fresh.

Definitely one of the best restaurant in this city. You can feel the ambience of luxurious dining place. The foods are awesome, tasteful, the presentation is also beautiful. There are lots of various food types here, local, asian, and western. I tried Kambing Guling (grilled lamb meat), sushi, shrimp, beef meat, ice cream. They are all very tasty. The staffs were helpful and very professional, they serve pretty much like waiter in some fancy restaurant. Recommended luxurious restaurant!

The Café is probably one of Jakarta’s OG spots when it comes to five star hotel buffets. It has an impressive selection of cuisine: Indonesian, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, and Western. Highlights include the cheese naan and butter chicken, steak, sashimi, sushi, and ice cream! The decor was super festive for 4th of July.

There is an opportunity to do an end year gathering with colleagues at this cafe. Dinner starts promptly 6.00 PM, and immediately you can see several selected menu counters, from Indonesian, European, Indian, Japanese, Korean and European menus. For dessert, various pastries and ice cream are available. Package price does not include drinks. the atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is very helpful.

The Cafe is well-known for its buffet. But on our last visit, we arrived late, so instead of enjoying the buffet, we ordered from the a la carte menu. I had Nasi Campur Bali Wardani, my son had sop buntut and my husband had a tenderloin steak. All of them were delicious. Would like to give a five-star review, but somehow the ambiance is a bit gloomy and old. Need some rejuvenation or some brighter decoration.

Recommended foods: sashimi, bakmie, wajik, ice cream. The steak is too thin for me. The iced lychee tea is in big tall glass. The servers are fast and responsive. Although they did not notice and/or offer help to clean when I spilled the sashimi dip sauce in the table. The visitors are not pacled on Sunday evening. Food variety is quite many.

While making a daily report with my colleague, I ate oxtail soup with ginger tea. Oxtail was vary tasty with sweat fat. I will eat it again at the next opportunity.

Excellent service! I took a few clients here for a business meeting, and they love it. The staff were very helpful because I asked for their extra care to ensure the comfort of my clients, and they gladly cater towards their needs. I enjoyed the fish dish, which I normally find hard, but I think they have an amazing chef. Loving the warm ambiance as well as their coffee.

The place is convenient, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is also delicious despite the price. But it's worth it.

A 5-star hotel restaurant with a wonderful experience. They have variety of food from different countries, with favourite of mine the japanese, korean, and indian counter. All the food taste good, but not special. All food are buffet, and I spend most time eating the fresh octopus, prawn, and oysters. The place has wide area. Covid protocol on the table is good, but the protocol in sharing area is a bit risky. For example, all chopsticks are centralized in one area, and some counter allows guest to take by themselves.

Guys, I just had the most epic breakfast at The Cafe in Senayan Jakarta, and I'm still on cloud nine! Seriously, this place rocks. The food at The Cafe is off the charts. They have everything you could ever dream of for breakfast. From hearty classics to healthy options, they've got it all. And let me tell you, it all tasted incredible. The omelets were made to order, the bacon was crispy perfection, and the pastries were like a slice of heaven. Oh, and the coffee? Pure magic. But it's not just about the food. The staff at The Cafe are the friendliest folks ever. They were always there with a smile, making sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me awesome suggestions from the menu. This review is going to be harsh but honest. Maybe my expectations were high since I was hyped by the rumor that the cafe is the best hotel buffet in Jakarta….it’s OVERRATED. The tenderloin steak tasted gamey and under seasoned. The sashimis were fishy The Chinese and Indonesia food selection was cold and hard… The Indian food is good…but not out of this world good. I think I enjoyed the desserts the most… Would I come back? No way…

I was thoroughly pleased by their international buffet selection. There was a huge variety of dishes to choose from, ranging from Asian to Western cuisines. The standout dishes for me were the steak, saffron rice, and kambing guling, as well as the delicious curry. The sashimi was also particularly noteworthy, as it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. But the real highlight for me was the dessert selection. The cakes and ice cream were amazing, and there were so many different flavors to choose from. I especially loved the Kopyor (Macapuno Ice Cream), which I had been looking forward to trying since my last visit to Table8. Overall, I highly recommend The Cafe for anyone looking for a delicious and diverse dining experience.
