There are few restaurants that we really like in JKT. Meradelima is by far one of our favorite Indonesian fine dining , where u can have fresh live seafood plus all the seasonal goodies that can not easily found else where in JKT. We always leave Meradelima with our tummies full of yummy dishes. Somehow forget to take photos of all the dishes we had... too busy eating :)

The food taste, in overall is quite luscious. The only reason why I don’t stamp 5 stars is due to the service which considered below standard for typical prominent restaurant. The gesture and manner of the waiter, waitress and door keeper (on 1st floor) must be immediately improved, they are not friendly at all (no greetings, no smile, answer the question with apathetic expression/ not showing respect, etc). I actually still can tolerate the fact that it also took long time to get my food was served on the table, but having unpleasant treat by the people is something that irritating. I think the manager should immediately address this issue (re: service quality by waiter/ waitress) for continous improvement, aside this restaurant is serving great food and having a nice design.
