Edogin is a Japanese restaurant inside Hotel Mulia Senayan that serves all you can eat dining. The place is spacious and comfortable to dine in with friendly service from the staffs as well. During the pandemic, they follow the COVID-19 precaution, one of them by providing the acrylics on each table for physical distancing . They provide variant of appetizer, teppanyaki, ramen, udon, sushi, sashimi, tempura, desserts including cakes, pudding, and ice cream. Here are my recommendation that you should try : - Appetizer : Baby Octopus, Mixed Tataki (salmon, tuna, snapper, beef) - Main dishes : Pork Chasiu Ramen or Udon, Teppanyaki (choose the toppings as you like!) - Dessert : Coffee Pudding (for black coffe lovers only!)

My family loves to eat Teppanyaki. One of our favorite Japanese restaurants is this restaurant. The Teppanyaki menu has many varieties with excellent quality. Friendly service.

Came here to celebrate mom's bday. First time here...food choices are not too variant, some of them have good quality, some not. Tables arrangement are too tight for me especially covid is still around. So it's hard to talk to others because it was quite noisy. Price is a bit too high. Located inside Mulia Hotel in Senayan.

One of the best Japanese Buffet in Jakarta! I got beef tataki it was sooo fresh,their miso soup a bit different but really delicious, don’t ask for the teppan and robatayako, their quality is at the top! But i expect their mini lobster, i had it before pandemic here. I HOPE they will bring the lobster back to the teppan menu!! Also , All of the staff was so attentive! No wonder it is five star hotel restaurant! Thanks!

Its my first time to visit Edogin. My plan is taking my mom on her birthday to having a good lunch here with my aunt & uncle. I didn't expected that all the staffs here will served us with heart. Most 5stars hotel has an excellent service is a must & im aware of that since i also work in customer service industry, but Edogin... i didn't expected they did a very good job with personal touch with their customers. They kept calling us by our names, they kept offered us another dishes which not yet tried by us. Without telling our needs such as refill our drink, they sense it that we need another drink to fill our empty glasses. They know which person who has a birthday today even im not telling them the person (my mom) is the one who sitting next to me. Edogin, you treat us & welcoming us as your guest with a warm heart. Thank you so much for hosting us with your kindness & hospitality. We had a great time here, delicious food, & a lovely moment to remember with you.

I would not recommend the place, the food was A OK, the service was abit odd. There was some discrepancies. Most of the food were too salty and not authetic. The Teppanyaki's taste was subpar, for a five star hotel the Japanese restaurant is just mediocre.

A long standing institution for Japanese Buffet in Jakarta... Food selection for a Monday night was still outstandingly lavish and variety. SERVICE, i LOVED it... very old school, full of attention to details by all the staffs. Friendly, warm and not overbearing.. There was a certain charm and feel of sophistication coming down the hotels long sweeping staircase and then finding EDOGIN resplendantly ready to welcome its Japanese food lovers...

1st day i stay here, i order set of beef teriyaki. Meat are so tender and they also served with miso soup. 2nd day, i order sa chu men, ramen served with pork meat. Definitely, i'll visit edogin again. You have great chef!

All ingredients are fresh. Sashimi were superb. The beef teppanyaki unfortunately, the tenderloin cut weren’t that tender. Rib-eye always more superior. Seafood was fantastic. The spiny lobster super fresh, but in small size. The Saba and unagi grilled were excellent

Food was good and options on the buffet was back to prepandemic levels. However the service was terrible to say the least and the ambiance could be improved. after ordering from the teppanyaki station I was brought the wrong plate and when I ordered again it didn't come at all. Was told to check the chef cooking the food but my plate wasn't there too. Eventually was full from other food and let it go. When ordering the drinks the waiter was also rude and in a hurry getting my order wrong and just decided to leave after being corrected. The desserts were very subpar especially when compared to prepandemic The Cafe. Overall quite disappointed by the place as it stands today especially since much more places with better value and offerings have opened.

First time dining here for lunch. Ambience is nice, service is very good! and THE FOOD IS SUPER DELICIOUS! My favorite from today was salmon sashimi, salmon belly, salmon tataki, chicken ramen, unagi and beef tenderloin! All just melted in my mouth! Will come back for sure👍🏻

Great quality food and service. Good value for money, well portioned and great ambience. A bit too cold and drinks are pricy, but good experience overall.

Tasty food! The foods are varied from vegetables, seafood, meat, and chicken. It has also various desserts. The place is pretty. The staffs are also very nice. There are several foods containing alcohol that Muslim like me cannot eat, and the staff immediately inform me about the alcohol ingredient inside the food that i take. Thanks they inform me beforehand so I can eat conveniently. Overall it was nice experience to eat here...

one of the best japanese restaurants in town! lot of selection and generous portion especially for salmon😉 love their pork ramen with their thick soup. sirloin beef was juicy, fresh seafood, and crispy tempura. dessert was ok, great lime sorbet but i dont really like the mochis because of too much fillings. service was excellent, all staffs are friendly and helpful.

Went here to try their Lunch Buffet packages, the food served here were varied. Start from Sashimi, Nigiri, Robatayaki, Teppanyaki, Ramen, Fried Dish (shrimp, vegetables, soft shell crab) And last but not least the do have desserts as well. Their waiter and server were very warm and friendly.

Japanese restaurant buffet that you should try. The Beef Tataki and Salmon Tataki are amazing!! (Medium rare seafood or red meat, pour with hot oil with mild spices or something). They also have Sushi Station, Grill Station, Sashimi Stasion, Noodle Station, Teppannyaki Station and Dessert Station. All the ingredients are fresh, I have no any complain with seafood. And also they have big portion of Salmon Skin! Soo tasty!!

I dare to say that this is one of the best all you can eat japanese restaurant in Jakarta. Wide range of food selection, from seafood to meat, from raw to cooked ones. The ambience was amazing and the way of the food's being displayed was mouthwatering. The deserts were goregous looking. It's worth every penny. Try and be satiated with the awesome foods there!
