do not mistake by the lobby entrance appearance of this warung. once you entered, you will welcomed with spacious old javanese vintage ambience. the warung is full vintage decorations, split into two areas, smoking and non smoking areas. the outside space is luashy, shaded with some big trees. they served various of traditional buffet, they main stars among s ayam sambel setan which has three variant levels of spice, low, medium and level setan. they also have some types of soup with rawon is they highly recommends. a bit crowded during lunch time. things to improves are the cleanliness of the place and in the toilet. fast service and helpful staffs. they accept cashless payment. small parking lot. nice warung to have lunch and finish it with their kopi susu bu lurah and call it a day.

My family was seated in semi outdoor seating, in front of the coffee stall,which I think is the best seat to listen to the life music of traditional Javanese songs and easy to order drinks and food. They have outdoor seating near the shallow pool at the back. I really recommend this place for you who want to feel a bit of Javanese culture such as food and songs (tembang).

I think the best is ayam goreng serundeng - very tender and they are VERY generous with the coconut crumbs/flakes. There was a band playing keroncong music when I visited. Taste wise the food I ordered like fried milkfish, egg, tempeh are all quite good.
