Been here for many times. They always serve an excellence service. The pandemic situation cause several changes include seating , entrance procedure, and all the staffs also wear mask and face shield. Happy day concept is open kitchen, which you can see directly the chefs cooking and serving your food. The chefs also wear masks. The food came out fast and good. The place also clean. No need to worry about the parking area. Everything was perfect.

Food 5/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Price $$ Service 7/10 Many stars and reviews.. that's why more disappointed. Shrimp was not fresh at all. Shrimps in fried rice , shrimps in clam pasta was not fresh. I didn't eat them. Tom yang soup was too spicy. Not much flavor only spicy... Clam pasta was too sweet :( Everything was below average.... price is low but Not going back.

They offer wide selection of western, asian and indonesian food. Most of it has a nice and safe flavor for everyone palate. Good nasi goreng, well seasoned too. The restaurant is a good choice for family dining. Affordable price. We came last hour before closing. Most of the dishes are already sold out.

Happy Day is just giving you a happy vibe . I know there are some bad reviews about this place but come on, your expectations should fit the values offered and priced here . First, they have a lot of varieties of food, drinks, coffee, dessert, from Asian, Indonesian, Western, etc . Second, the place is so strategic, spacious, and comfortable to have lunch with your families, friends, colleagues . To be honest, I dont expect them to have the best quality of taste and quality out there, but surely they delivered . Brought my Russian friend here and he also enjoyed every bit . Keep up the good work!

This is quite an old resto. This was my first time coming to this place after more than 10 years; unfortunately the foods were not as good as they were before decades ago, some of them were quite salty n the steak (meat) was quite tough (hard) to chew. What a pity ...

Ranking so high, that why I want try this tonight, not pricey, but you eat what you pay, don't expectation so high is okay. The pasta is good. Nasi goreng ok, sata Ayam enak, honey chicken wing soso. Overall this resto really a lot option for customer.

It has this old-time 80s vibe. Food is std. Western and Chinese fare. I'd go for Chinese ones. It's just like going to your childhood diner your parents took you. It's a bit warm inside, but the "oar" fans above are delightful to see!

I tried garang asem iga. It was delicious but less spicy. Interior is nice and cozy. But, the resto has only little parking lot.

I was glad finally got to dine in here, based on infos I have gathered this restaurant was somewhat legend, not know for sure. The location is strategic and easy to spot. By the time we entered the resto it looked dark minimum lights yet it feels comfy. Most of the interior are woods. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu are mixed between Nusantara and western, they also have several new menus which I ordered because still at promo price...such as gentong chicken satay (39.9k), dori fettucine (47.9k), and Beverages peach summer collagen 26.9k. Other dish we tried were Soto ayam 32.9k (exc.rice) and fruity snow ice 27.9k. I like the vibe of this resto as wel as the food, they were all flavorful with good portion. A little note for the dori fettucine, it has too much pepper so not recommended for children.

Good ambience but 0 transparency about food quality and the ugly services. Asked waiter what their signature dish and they answered. “happy day steak,” i ordered it but so odd, waiters gives no detail informations about the meat type. I just knew when it come out and its turn out the meat was meltique.. dude, not everyone likes that fake wagyu meat. I checked on the menu book and THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE MEAT TYPE ITSELF. God. Second, ordered salmon steak.. after that meltique meat comes out, 5 minutes still no salmon steak seen. As it turns out, they miss input our order and— our salmon wouldn’t come out if we didn’t ask about it, isn’t? Aduh duh. Third, we ordered green salad. It good and fresh, but— come on, ini salad masih becek and you served ke kostumer. Keringin lagi lah yaa. Ini green salad, bukan fruit salad yang main ingredient-nya memang berair. Ini sayur bisa lebih kering lagi but yall serve us with this? Disappointed. Drink was okay. We order 2 drinks, ice cappuccino and fresh orange juice. Cappuccino was okay but the orange juice kinda bitter. You squeeze it too hard. The only good thing about this place is the decoration and ambience. Hope you change your music selection that fit with the resto itself. Conclusion: would I come again? No.

Old resto.... used to be our family favourite 20-25 years back. Seems to be fail in following growing new cafe concept. And also fail to give fresh ingredients, even far from non GMO products.

I ordered aglio olio and happy day friedrice with some chicken pop mushroom. For taste so so 7/10. But for sauce its completely delicious. I disappointed cos banana split out of order. If you wanna come choose banana split for dessert its tasty. Overall the ambience so goood, I liked to have more time to chit chat in here.

Decided to take-away the meals and it tasted okay. Decent meal for a relatively affordable price. Nothing special anyway.

Been awhile since the last time I was here. The resto still retains its charm and the food is quite decent. The food price is very reasonable for near city center downtown area. Some of the staffs might need a little customer service excellent training as to be more friendly to customers.

The foods are great, they have variety in the menu. I also like their portion because it's still okay for a person but it's also enough for sharing. Beverages are just ok for me. The ambiance is unique, not so many restaurants having this kind of interior.

Nice place to have dinner in this place with your family. The decorations quite interesting and cozy. They have so many menu/options so that can accommodate your preference for sure. Quite fast, friendly service and the taste also ok. Payment can be done by cash and cashless.

Everything was great, been here quite often. The food is great. The drink need to be improved, especially juices, the juices are not so fresh. Despite all of that this restaurant offers great variety of food and I would recommend this place

Great family restaurant. Service is excellent and the waiters/waitresses are very attentive. We ordered spaghetti salmon, aglio olio, pizza, wagyu steak, duck, oxtail soup and roasted duck. All of them tasted good. Lots of choices ranging from italian/indonesian/western and also varieties of dimsum. Overall, great value and experience.

Great diner that serves dishes from all around the world. If someone asks you and they say that they "don't know" what to eat, it would be wise to bring them here. They have a little bit of everything. Western, French, Chinese, you name it. Other than that, ambience is great and prices are very friendly to the wallet. Just beware of parking spots during eating times since it might get crowded.

Happy Day is one of the long lasting restaurant on Juanda street. The food is okay and the portion is rather just enough. The restaurant vibes is cozy and comfy enough for meeting with colleague, family, or friends. One thing you should consider is THE PARKING SPACE IS SO DAMN FEW. Not to mention the traffic on Juanda street is jam-packed during peak hours (11.30am - 1.30pm) and the pedestrian walk construction which further reduce the parking space. Overall I recommend you to try this restaurant with precaution mentioned above.

Arrived here after the eye catching logo outside the restaurant, Dined here for it's ambience, affordable and wide range of menu. Either Indonesian, Western, or Chinese they serve it just right. Not for individual who look for authenticity taste, as they put quite amount of sauce on Salmon Pasta. Overall I would dine here if any other spot close or looking for a decent diner in Central Jakarta
