First thing i noticed was their health and safety protocol is well executed. I've tried every single food assorted on the buffet and every single one tastes amazing. I would recommend this for everyone whos looking for a way to spend good lunch with friends or family.

Actually their foods don't meet my expectation as a five star hotel's restaurant. I order the steak to be medium-well cooked from buffet, but it's hard to chew. All of the taste was too salty, the dishes and event the sauces.. Their buffet is various from appetizer (salad, tuna and salmon sushi and so on), main menu from Indonesian, Asian, Middle eastern and western, and dessert (sorbet, ice cream, cake and so on). I hope they improve their quality of buffet menu..

Came here because of the wagyu beef saturday night, not too crowded, great atmosphere, food variation is limited. So the good part is their Beef Wellington, well made tenderloin cooks perfect in the middle, beef nigiri and tar-tar was also my favourite , and at the bbq counter the steak is lack of salt . The us sirloin roast is okay. Briyani and lamb is awesome. Now for the bad part brisket chewy , sliders dry, the burger is also dry and lack of seasoning, ordered rib eye and tenderloin on bbq counter and even though its a thin steak cut the ribeye is still rare 😂 . I paid 800k perpax, drinks included mineral water and a glass of red wine. To be honest i was expecting more then i saw the video ads on instagram, but its look like i set my expectation too high. And its def not japanese wagyu its more like australian wagyu with low marbling score.

Had a dinner with several partners in this restaurant, they served lots of menu mostly Japanese and Chinese fine dining. Can't mention one by one, but my partners were satisfied with the taste, and their service also great, serving us most of the time. Rate per pax was IDR 600k++, but luckily they had credit card promotion which cost us almost 30-40% discount.

Sunday lunch buffet here is UH-MAY-ZIIIIING! I was stunned by the variety of options and I was smitten by their french cuisine (in a buffet, yeah!) Escargot, beef bourguignon and french onion soup were on point. It was near Bastille day, perhaps that was why french cuisine was the prima-donna. And don't get me started on the desserts, oh yum! A lot of options, all great, and a feast for the eyes, too. The nephews went wild for the Tepanyaki ice cream.

Had buffet lunch on weekday, the restaurant was almost empty. Very surprise to see this hotel’s buffet lunch was different from other’s. Especially the salad station. Seemed the salads were prepared well and seriously, not only greens but also with salmon, tuna, etc.. just this time I really enjoyed having salad in buffet. The beef satay was good too.. the meat was soooo tender! Must try! Ordered Cappucino for drink and it was great 👍🏻 Serving was excellent, all the staffs were attentive, especially Mr. ARFI, whose apparently was man in charge to our table, they filling up empty glasses, cleaning and taking away empty plates, being always standby from adequate distance so we’re not being disturbed and still had privacy. Perfect for having family or group lunch.

love my lunch buffet, great menu, helpful staff, the meat is tender both grilled sirloin and beef brisket, the beautiful plating also feast my eyes. Besides the typical buffet menu in 5 star hotel, they also serve Japanese and Indian food, awesome

I made a last minute reservation on New Year's lunch for nine people, and they accepted it. The other hotel could not receive anymore at that time. This is our first visit to the restaurant. It was an amazing experiece. The food was great and the services was fantastic. Definitely will come back!

A nice restaurant inside Fairmont Hotel Jakarta, on its 2nd floor... A lot of options.. from Asian, oriental, western, including Indonesian.. Also you can find pork ribs at the special corner... I like to take the salad with salmon, and then I put Thai chili on it...it's good... for the noodle, not really special, just same for hotels level. Many desserts are also available.... for this one, I like ice cream Pistachio...it's peanut favour. The restaurant is not really crowded, so good to sit to enjoy your meals and your time.

Staying at Fairmont for the wedding event, we always excited to our first morning breakfast in any hotel that we stayed . The selection is very complete, giving a guest who stays more that 2 night to experience a different variety on their second morning. The classics egg station are there but missing were the waffle/ pancakes station, there’s an entire section dedicated to Siomay Bandung but not sure if the guest of fairmont are very well versed with West Java famous snack. Suggestion perhaps, chicken porridge might be more deserving to be featured. One thing to be note for the management, we understand that breakfast can be chaotic sometimes and you need to register each guest coming to breakfast but to have you as a guest being called back so loud by the hostess just because you forgotten to register your room number with them, is not an acceptable hospitality conduct for a 5 star hotel.

It was a lovely evening. The ambience was good. The service was nice (although too nice sometimes because they took my plate even when I haven’t finished eating). However, for that price, I expect more for the food. It got some amazing gems there, such as the salmon eclair that was perfect for appetizer, the kale salad also nice. My favorite main was the Fish en Croute. The lamb was kinda overcooked, it was hard even to cut. And, the jiao zi that I got was undercooked. The dessert tasted lovely, especially the blueberry crumble and the soft cookies. But I do hope there were more dessert selection.

Was here during the pandemic time, and back here again on July 2023. There seemed to be more foods but still very lacking of variety / choices compared to other 5-stars hotel buffet. Overall everything tasted good, though. Sate Maranggi was my favorite from the stall, and they offered many salads, cheese and cold cuts. Sashimi & sushi were also fresh & served generously. For a IDR400++ /pax lunch (already included promo buy 3 for 4) I would still consider it to be pricier than what it worthed.

Bad services ever for such five stars restaurant! Seem manpower employed not sufficient. Maybe its one of five stars in budget version. toilets on 2nd floor stink and dirty! Used towel everywhere, pee on the floor below three urinoir. it smell bad like want to vomit.

Booked in for the Christmas Day buffet dinner so my husband could celebrate Christmas away from home and WOW WOW were we insanely impressed! It was the best buffet spread we’ve ever had, and we had very attentive service from mas Abbas - thank you! There was a huge variety of quality food including traditional Christmas food and plenty of seafood. To top it off was the beautiful festive atmosphere and decorations. We will be back again for any future Christmases in Jakarta!

Nice choices of Buffett menu. We happen to come during Shanghai night with majority of Asian menus. Really tasty but when the food ran out it took a while to replenish the food as there were many big group in the restaurant for year end dinner before Xmas

Amazing international variance of buffet menu on sunday brunch, from oyster, sushi, steak, wellington and french courses. For me, the french scallop is the star dishes. Service and friendliness are the best. Server are very attentive and helpful.

Nice varieties of foods, but the sirloin meat on the grill station some are hard to chew even on medium rare. Standard sushi/sashimi selection, for the price range the quality could be better as our expectations were high. However it has nice ambience, warm and friendly staffs.

Sunday 6pm They served chinese, italian, & indian menus at the buffet, also several stalls for grilled, noodles, sushi, dimsum, salads, cheese.. also dessert!!

Choice of food is very very limited compared to other hotel buffet, even desserts are lacking. They seemed to also be understaffed as there was literally no one at the reception for about 10 minutes. Service staff (at least in my area) seemed new as she didn’t know what to do or what to offer.

located inside the fairmont hotel, the interior design is fancy, quite spacey and overall clean. dropped by just to get a quick breakfast with variety selection of food. you will be full even b4 trying out all! during pandemic the staff there will help you to scoop out food into your plate and I think this is no problem at all! the staff also were also quick to clean up your table once you finished, good job! unlike some hotels that are usually short of staff in the morning and leave messy plates hanging around on the table

Very standard restaurant. The seafood is not fresh, low quality beef (hard to chew). Standard ambiance and too little staff to attend the guest. Very dissapointed, paying high price for very standard food. Not recommended

They have various buffet menu from Indonesian to international, from appetizer to dessert. But the taste was not meet my expectation for 5 stars hotel. Oh, they offer 50% off till August 31st, so I only paid around 300k per pax for dinner.

Great satay, steak, sushi. But it was a Eastern food like Turkey, India, so it's not my kind of flavour, but still acceptable. Social distancing only by give the space between table and the food is directly prepared from the cook

Great place to have your dinner buffet or go with your date. The staff will fill your plate, so you can't take as many as you want (maybe in pandemic only) Have several stalls that serve sashimi, steak, and pasta. But not so many choices (again maybe because of pandemic) Overall great and fresh food! But i've taste better.

I had lunch buffet…overall were very good. Menu variations was nice presented & many kinds of it. Sirloin steak & lamb satay was tender. Soup daging sapi was not as expected, tasteless. Biryani rice wae superb. Caponata should be have bell peppers, mushroom, onion, tomato, squash, carrot etc…not only eggpalant…lol…& bit sour too. Sushi station was up too standard, even that day haven’t Shrimp Tempura ? Baba Ganoush & Hummus…add bit more garlic & lemon juice please. All Desserts was Sweet as usual.
