Dining place with a classic and elegant interior design that gives a romantic atmosphere while dine in at there. We ordered Norwegian Salmon, Roasted Baby Chicken, Barramundi, Beef Lasagna, Fish Sticks, Singapore Laksa, Chocolate Fondant, Macarons, Butterfly Blossom, Royal Lychee, Uva Highlands Tea, Geisha Blossom Tea & Grand Wedding Tea. The tastes for food, beverages & dessert was good, all met with my expectations. The price is quite pricey (quality meets the price) & the service was friendly.

Aside from being famous and sell various exotic flavored tea, with a premium ambiance, this outlet is overpriced and I can say a bit unfair. Why? They applied service charge of 10% on top of the VAT, for take away only. That's not right, it shouldn't get the service charge because we dont even sit not served anything. Your price is very high already, don't be too greedy and scam your consumers.

If decide to enjoy here, there is some table avaliable, you will got a nice golden pot of tea that you desire, you might choose many varians of tea and flavors. An expensive and classy place to enjoy tea and other excelent foods in their menus. Came for the variety of Jasmine tea and some pastry. All delish and enjoyable.

TWG Tea Salon & Boutique. This is a place for tea or tea house where you can find more or less 200 kinds of tea from all over the world. This TWG outlet is located on the ground floor of Plaza Senayan Mall, Jakarta. TWG Tea was established in Singapore in 2008 and the name TWG means The Well Being Group, this TWG tea sells a luxury concept that incorporates unique and original retail outlets, exquisite tea rooms and an international distribution network to professionals the finest luxury tea brand in the world. The place is small but looks unique with the decoration. There's a long rack following the ceiling and a row of giant tea can, and each of them painted with a picture and the name of tea kind. Then you can see a rack of the medium and small can for tea leaves. On the table, you can see the beautiful tea set from ceramic, plastic and other materials. All things displayed are for sale either the can only or with the tea inside. When you sit there for dining, you can pick what is your favorite tea, from black, red, and white tea served in a pot with a single cup. For accompanying your tea there's always a blackberry muffin or else and eclair and macaron. For lunch or dinner, you can order chopped wagyu beef and its favorite menu is Egg Benedict.

One of the most expensive tea that you could buy in the town. The tea, of course having the best quality. Try their morrocan peppermint tea. It tastes superb and The scent is very strong. Take away packaging is superb and fancy.

Good place to have intimate tea time. They provide various quality teas with selections of cakes, snacks and foods. Though many of the tea in their menu are not available, the ones available are still good quality ones. The cake is nice though not superb which is ok considering they are focusing more on the tea. The place is quite small yet comfy. The service is good although near closing time, they will not hesitate to come and ask you to close and pay the bill. They will also directly pull the rolling door even though there are still cusomers inside. Something to improve in such "high tea" environment. :) I recommend this place if you like tea and looking for a "safe" place to have intimate talk or just to have your own me time.

i don't know why their services after the fire incident is terrible. Before, they only accept walk in customer. After the fire incident, they accept online reservation but the arrangement is terrible. When i came here, there's more than 3 reserved tables available. After waiting almost 1 hour, those tables still empty but they still didn't allowed us to use it. We finally can get the table after +1hour. The service was also very slow, with more than 5 waitress & some empty tables. TWG Pacific Place service is much much better than Plaza Senayan. I guess the good service here in PS already gone with the ashes after their fire incident last year.

Tea is always good, cakes n desserts not too fresh though. The portobello au gratin was lovely, perfect with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction. Had New York breakfast today. It is average with the poached egg overdone. Florentine quiche is too eggy and on the saltier side.

Came for the high tea. The American Earl Grey tea would refresh you as it was strong. The raisin scone was moist, and the chocolate cake was delicious, so chocolaty. The last piece I tried was the canele...it was decent. The ambience would be perfect if the distance between tables was more spacious... it was so difficult (even for the staff) to move around.

As always, TWG tea never disappoints. The place gives “fancy” vibes, I can feel growing a mustache while drink the tea. Too bad the take away tea only boiled for several minutes only, thus reducing the tea flavor. I thought the tea would be inside the take away cup. The packaging superb, love the glass straw merchandise.

Tried the to-go TWG's "Happy Birthday Tea" at Plaza Senayan is a bit pricey but totally worth it. The staff was very kind and friendly in explaining about the tea brewer. On top of all, exceptional tea quality for once in a while occasion! 🍵🎉

Good place, good drinks but might be can improve the taste of the macaroons so its not that hard texture, the service also good and fast. Its a cozy atmosphere

One thing to make sure, they had new menus and I got to taste Norwegian Salmon & Barramundi. First, you'll get free bites with very pleasing butter which I like the most. I guess it's offered since the cooking took quite time. For barramundi, it's served with coconut ginger rice and mushroom & edamame. The barramundi is okay, not too impressive but have a clean taste. Unlike the rice which is too overcooked for me. The sambal matah is also good. Comparing to others, the oil also has clean taste so you won't feel any greasy mouth after eating. Norwegian salmon, in otherwise had a very strong impression. The butter sauce is too sour but greasy since the butter is too strong and thick. Soba noodle absorb the grease and sour taste so the sourness is stronger. Maybe if they did not use butter too thick, or the sour is not too strong, it will be okay. I think the combination of butter and lemon is not acceptable. The fish is just okay. And also they put a cracker made by squid ink but it is not crunchy. The tea is very likely but also overpriced. I ordered the geisha blossom tea. Will always come back for the tea.

I'm not a fans of tea, but i must admit that their Rose tea is fabulous. Wagyu burger is fantastic, the meat still juicy, also i like their mini cakes. Luv this place🥰

A wide selection of tea, perfect to liven up your afternoon snack time. I chose the 120k set with tea + mini cakes. The cakes are perfect but the main star is the tea. I tried the iced choco mint truffle tea and the taste blew my mind. The area is quite spacious. I love the muffin here since you can taste the buttery flavor melt in your mouth. It's sad that the financier and madelaine lack varieties but overall it's a pleasant experience.

First time coming here to try the high tea experience. My friend and I chose the tea package called Fortune for two people. Tea was only refilled once. The lowest price for tea was 65K. The chocolate cake was legit and the scones were delicious. Service was great, staff was friendly. If you are into scones and want to take home some, order soon cause they're running out pretty fast.
